On the way to the beach, there are several restaurants just on the sides of Main Street. Since I don't have any idea, I use Yelp to find a restaurant. The Sushi on Fire is a 4-star restaurant on Yelp.
It looks nice, and both my friend and I want to try some fish, so we get in.
When I open the menu, I have a bad feeling about this restaurant. There are a lot of rolls which should not be the main dish of a Japanese restaurant. I guess, this might be an American style, Japanese restaurant.
My friend ordered Helloween, the raw fish is tuna.
I ordered the Sushi on Fire, the shrimp and the avocado are good taste.
After finish the rolls, I feel not satisfied. So I ordered Syouyu Ramen as an extra. And, I was so full on that day that I even skip my dinner. About the taste, just so so. The soup only has the taste of soy sauce, you can't taste the sweat of vegetables or chicken or pig which is popular for a Japanese restaurant to cook the soup.
After all, I think this really is an American Japanese restaurant which is just so so for me. I should not try.

[US] California,Huntington Beach,The Parade on July 4th
I didn't expect there is a long weekend until I realize that the July 4th is the Independence Day. There should be something funny on that day, although there is nothing funny in Taiwan for the National Day.
I believe all the tents are private.
Someone even circles a space for his/her family and friends.
"Hurry up, Dad." Although the girl looks unhappy at all.
A lot of bicycles are decorated like this, I don't know if it's a kind of homework from school, or the parents just willing to do that.
After Google, I found there are several interesting thing at Huntington Beach. So, I got there before 10 o'clock for the Parade on the Main Street. I was lucky that I still can find a parking lot around the Utica Avenue. Just one minute walk I reached the Main Street and it's not too difficult to find a spot to watch the parade.
Since the spot is a little far from the beach, where the parade starts, I wait to 10:30 then I can start to watch the parade.
"Hurry up, we're behind the team!"
The advertisement of the hunting game in October. For me, this is the most interesting attraction in the parade. There are three people walking on the side and saying that, "It's my daughter's (sister's) wedding!"
The horse has the longest hair I never seen.
The first time to see Falun Dafa. It's novel.
Is that real bullets (or missiles)?
The support from the sister city, Anjo. When I saw it, "It's so hot" just jump into my head especially for the Samurai.
This is an interesting parade, but I felt a little be bored. The parade didn't go smoothly. It just stopped couple times, there were no team showing anything for couple minutes, from 1 to around 7 or 8 minutes which make the audiences impatient. Besides that, it's good.
It ends about 12:30. And then I walked to the beach for next show. On the way to the beach, I can see how Americans enjoy it, the decoration of the house.
Now I can understand why American people buy so many camping gears. You can use it on so many events.
