[Taiwan] 台北,捷運西門站,牛公館牛肉麵 (Niu Kung Kuan)

西門町附近人潮眾多,在附近逛了逛,找了一間看起來不錯,又不用等的餐廳。
One day, I just found a restaurant which looks good and there are no people outside because I don't have time to wait.


價位也還算一般,雖然有點偏高,以西門町來說,應該算正常。
I ordered the Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup, boiled vegetables and the side dish, braised dried tofu.


拿了一盤小菜,滷大豆干,滷得還滿入味的,不用沾醬就很有味道。
The braised dried tofu, the dried tofu is braised with the soy sauce. Taste good.


燙大陸妹,一碗60元,剛在菜單上看到時,真的是瞪大眼睛,怎麼會有人燙青菜要賣到六十塊錢,一般都是30-40元的,沒想到居然是用跟牛肉麵一樣大的碗裝著的一碗燙青菜,我想,這份量應該超過一般的兩倍了吧~口味上,醬油和大蒜都提供了更多樣化的變化,這碗燙青菜還挺不錯的。
The boiled vegetables, today is taiwanese lettuce. It's crispy and good. This is a suprise for me. When I found it costs NTD 60, I think it's expensive. Generally should be 30 to 40. When the watress served it, the size is so big, the bowl is the same size with the beef noodle. I think the quantity may be twice than other restaurants.








清燉半筋半肉麵,湯很清,有著淡淡的肉味,麵是細麵,口感普通,肉則是燉煮到很軟爛的牛肉,輕輕一咬就能切斷,牛筋則還保留一點韌性,QQ的口感,也很好吃。
The Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup. The soup is light but still can taste the flavor of meat. It's good and I like this kind of light soup. Another thing I like is the beef is so soft, really easy to eat.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運南京復興站,Big Boyz Pizza

單純因為在Google Maps上的高評價(4.5顆星),就在一個晚上跑來嚐嚐。 
This is a good restaurant on the Google Maps with 4.5 stars.



當我打開菜單,其實有短暫地想過,是不是應該要離開,因為,上面只有12吋的比薩,雖然這兒是窯烤的薄皮比薩,但正常來說,應該還是要兩到三人才能吃完吧!開口問了服務生之後,才放下心來進行點餐。
When I opened the menu, I'm a little bit worried. There are only 12 inches pizza which means for 2 to 3 people to finish one. After check with the waiter, it seems to be OK that one person can still finish one pizza by his own.


餐廳的裝潢挺簡單的,就是幾張海報而已,不過整體來說,還是有感受到一點美式風格。 
The decoration is simple, just several posters.


由於比薩的重口味,一般都會喝些飲料作為搭配,今天想喝得健康點,就點了蘋果汁,沒想到直接就是一瓶Tree Top的蘋果汁,要價59元。
When eating pizza, I usually drink some soft drinks. On that day, I would like to have something healthier than soda, so I ordered apple juice. I didn't expect tht I will have a Tree Top apple juice.



三拼比薩,以培根,美式臘腸,自製義式香腸為主,窯烤比薩真的就是好吃,只是份量真的是很多,吃到十二三分飽了吧~真的應該找朋友聚餐再來這兒吃,還可以多吃幾種比薩!
The Three Knights pizza, made by tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, bacon, housemade Italian sausage and garlic. The pizza is delicious. I love kiln baked pizza, it's always good. A 12-inch pizza is kind of too much for only one person, should come here with a group to try those good pizzas.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運市政府站,Afternoon Tea


上週末,有個機會在統一時代百貨吃飯,發現了一家挺不錯的餐廳─Afternoon Tea,據說它的甜點很好吃,只是,午餐時段我喜歡鹹的食物,故點了西班牙番紅花海鮮燉飯,一盤320元,倒是不貴。 
Last weekend, I had a chance to eat in Uni-Ustyle Department Stores. And I found a nice restaurant which is famous by the desserts. Since it's the lunch time, I ordered Saffron Rice with Seafood which costs NTD 320.




餐點上桌後,配色不錯,可引發食慾,燉飯挺有味道的,應是吸收了燉煮的湯汁,海鮮也新鮮,只是份量似乎少了點,很快地就吃完了,算是剛好覺得七分飽吧,就沒有加點甜點,回頭來看,實在是個錯誤的決定;三個小時之後,我就餓了...
The rice is really delicious which is full of the flavor of the soup. And the sea food is also fresh. It's a little pity that I feel good so I didn't ask for the dessert. After three hours, I feel hungry again~

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運西門站,凪Nagi豚王拉麵(西門店)



又是一間Google Maps上拿到高分的餐廳,有4.2顆星,沒想到的是,這間餐廳的熱門時段居然是晚上九點,而不是七點這個一般的晚餐時段,所以我七點左右抵達時,小等個五到十分鐘就入座了,或許因為座落於西門町,才會有這樣不同的熱門時段吧!
This is a good ramen restaurant on Google Maps with 4.2 stars. And it's good and a little bit weird that the rush hour is around 9 PM but 7 PM is OK. Maybe it's because it's located in Ximending.


凪Nagi最自豪的,就是它的豬骨湯頭,所以招牌就是豚王,一碗兩百塊,在台北市還算正常。
The restaurant is proud of its pork soup, so call it Original King for ramen with pork soup. It's also the cheapest one, NTD 200.


這兒還有個特色,每週都會推出時間限定的拉麵,吸引客人不斷地回流,是個高招,只是廚師應該會很累,據說我來的這天的限定王是義大利風味,上面還會放一顆蕃茄,挺好奇的,不過呢,畢竟是第一次來,還是點豚王吧!
Every week, it also provides the Limited King. Today, it has Italian Ramen. Since this is the first I came here, I tried the Original King.


雖然很自豪自家的湯頭,但倒是給了客人很大的空間進行客製,從醬汁的鹹淡,蒜蓉多寡,到叉燒肉部位等等,都可以進行選擇,我倒是沒那麼講究,直接勾選「廚師推薦」。
When order the ramen, the customer choose how salty the soup should be or how hard the noodles should be cooked. It's too difficult to decide everything, so I just select as chef recommends.




桌上直接就擺放著兩道小菜與調味料,辣酸菜與椒鹽豆芽都夾了點試試,嗯...不合胃口。
There are two side dishes and seasoning. The spicy Chinese sauerkraut and salty sprouts. Both are not good, I don't like.








按照指示,先喝口湯,哇~超好喝,好香甜的豬肉味,很棒,一連喝了好幾口才開始吃麵,麵算是細麵,比較少遇到,稍微偏硬了點,在這碗麵裡算是優點,很有嚼勁,很好吃,搭著湯一起下肚也很棒,接下來吃叉燒,此時才發現叉燒好大一片,雖然偏薄,不過大小一片抵兩片,或許由於是豬肩肉,很有彈性的叉燒,而且豬肉的香甜味都有保留下來,可以品嚐得出豬肉的美味。
The Original King, the soup is so delicious. I can taste the good smell of pork and it's no as salty as I expected. It's good.
The noodles are thin and kind of hard which is very chewy, really delicious.
The chashu is a big piece with good pork taste and chewy. I like it very much. Totally are 3 pieces.


貪心之下,另外加點了一塊豬腩肉,很厚的一塊肉,可能接近兩公分,又帶了些肥肉,雖然也不錯,但我覺得還是豬肩肉好吃。
I ordered the pork belly to taste both flavor. It's really thick, I guess 1.5 to 2 cm. Good but I like pork shoulder more.


來到日式料理店,我就想吃顆溫泉蛋,半熟的蛋黃,超好吃~
The onsen tamago is ordered separately because I love it. It's good.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運西門站,美觀園

在西門徒步區尋找餐廳時,突然看到一間老店─美觀園,1946年就在這兒開始營業了,決定來試試!
I was walking on the street and try to find something to eat. Suddenly, I found there is a restaurant founded 70 years ago Mei Guan Yuan.


一打開菜單,真的是眼花瞭亂,好多菜色,主要以丼飯,生魚片和握壽司為主。
It provides a lot of different kind Japanese food, Donburi, Sashimi and Sushi.


雖然這碗味增湯要50元,但我還是沒想到會這麼大一碗,滿滿的都是大場的魚肉與豆腐,真的是超滿足~
This miso soup is the biggest one I had never had. It's full of fish and dofu. It taste good and it just costs NTD 50.




勝丼,也就是炸豬排丼,飯煮得不錯,只是豬排炸得太老了,乾乾硬硬的,就不好吃了。
The Katsudon. The rice taste good with the soy sauce but the tonkatsu is not good. It's over cooked.


鹽烤軟絲,本來以為會是一整隻,像是之前在居酒屋吃到的,雖然已經切片,依然好吃,可以嚐出鹽烤的香味,再沾點檸檬汁,很棒,可惜看起來應該沒有一整隻。
The grilled squid. I expect to see a whole squid just like the one I had in an izakaya. Even though, it taste delicious and I can tell the flavor of grilled. 


星鰻醋飯,算是普通,星鰻沒有很軟。
The anago sushi. It's OK.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運六張犁站,鴻富麵食館 (Home Food)

在一篇網誌上看到介紹,這是一間升級了台灣料理的餐廳,好奇之下,就找了個時間來這兒吃飯。
One blogger introduces this restaurant which serves high class Taiwan traditional foods. So I found a time to came here to try.


從菜單來看,這兒的招牌應該是蕃茄牛肉麵。
The beef noodle with tomato soup is famous here.


不過,我還是比較偏好半筋半肉麵。
But I still choose Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup which is my favorite, ha~




有件很有趣的事,這兒是有提供免費的麥茶的,但是,我卻也在菜單上看到要價15元的水,挺懷疑會有人花15元買水~
Here is something really interesting. Here has free wheat tea, but it also provides water for NTD 15. This is weird for me. I believe most Taiwanese can drink wheat tea.


燙空心菜,第一次遇到加了這麼多蒜頭的燙青菜,還算不錯。
The boiled vegetable and tonight is spinach.


林東芳一樣,有提供辣牛油。
Here also has the beef butter which is same as Lin Dong Fang.


滷豬心,很難得遇到滷得這麼入味的豬心,也因此,加上沾醬之後,對我來說就太鹹了,反而光吃比較好吃。
The braised pig heart. The heart is full of the soup which also has enough taste for me. The sauce just make it too strong and too salty.








這碗半筋半肉麵很不錯,湯頭還滿清的,麵看來也是手工拉麵,相當地有嚼勁,牛腱肉又很大塊,且滷得很軟,大口咬下,非常好吃,吃完這一碗,讓人覺得好滿足~
The Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup is good. The soup is clear and not so strong. If you prefer strong taste, try to add some beef butter. The noodles are hand-made which is really chewy and delicious. The beef shank is thick but cooked really soft. It's so delicious. After finish it, I felt satisfied.
