在心齋橋逛了一整天之後,覺得真的需要多補充一點能量,且隔天就要回台灣了,決定來大起水產大吃一頓,美美地吃一堆握壽司後再回家。
After whole day shopping, I decided to have something with high C/P ratio. I believe I can eat a lot, so I choose Daiki-Suisan. It's a revolving sushi restaurant.
在座位前,直接把菜單列給客人看,每盤單價從100円到500円,讓每個人拿取前就可以清楚算出是否符合預算,也可明確知道,店家是否供應自己很想吃的魚類,若有但又一直找不到,那就直接開口點吧!
Just in front of every seat, you can easily find which sushi you want by the menu with photos. And also know the price of it, from ¥ 100 to ¥ 500.
經過這一餐的體驗,我覺現一個來此用餐的大好處,或許由於食材不是最高檔的,因此不同部位,不同魚種的魚肉,差異其實可以很容易吃得出來,為什麼一般腹肉比赤身好吃?為什麼上腹肉又比中腹肉好吃,油花比率,魚肉的柔嫰度,真的很容易吃出差距,當然,價格上也很容易體會出差距;這大概就是唯一缺點了,吃過好吃的肉,有時候就不想回過頭去吃不那麼好吃的,結果這一餐的餐費可能很容易就會爆表了,呵~
There is a really good benefit to eat sushi here. You can easily tell the difference between different portions and different prices. From ¥ 100 to ¥ 500, the oil of the fish and how soft is the fish, the higher prices one provides better taste and flavor. So easy to understand why it's more expensive. Because of that, the total amount of this meal may not be cheap. You may prefer to have the higher price fishes, ha~
最後提醒一下,不要點星鰻,雖然很大氣,就份量來說可以吃得很爽,但實在沒有滋味,吃不出魚香與魚甜,一盤又要500円,不太值得。
The last thing I want to mention is about the Seasoning Large Conger. It doesn't worth for ¥ 500. I can't taste the sweet of the fish itself. This is the only one I don't recommend to try here.
大起水產 - 道頓堀店:

其實之前沒有想過要來吃龍蝦三明治,剛好在我經過時,店門口堆滿了從美國緬因州空運而來的龍蝦,讓我注意到這家店。
When I walk on the street, I found there are many shipping boxes in front of a restaurant. I was curious why? Then I found this Luke's Lobster and all the boxes are lobster.
再加上牆上照片中那誘人的色調,實在是忍不住~

店裡的裝潢非常簡單,點餐區,工作區與取餐區,旁邊只有幾張桌子可供立食 ,且還有一些排隊人潮,不過還是美食的吸引力比較大,我還是加入了排隊,幸好製作的速度不慢,這樣子的人龍,我大約半小時後就拿到了。
Although there is no seat for people to eat, you can only stand up and eat it. There is also a line there waiting. I still decided to try it. Luckily it's not so long. I have the lobster within 30 minutes.
畢竟剛吃過元祖串炸,我點了一個一般尺寸的龍蝦三明治,感覺好簡單,麵包熱過,然後把一隻龍蝦份量的龍蝦肉放進去,就超美味,而且,口口大滿足!
This is the regular one. It's full of lobster. Just fresh, and full of your mouth. That's delicious enough.
Luke's Lobster - 心齋橋店:

新世界元祖串炸,是一間有非常多的部落客列為來大阪必吃的名店,尤其心齋橋,道頓堀幾乎是來大阪的台灣人必去的逛街行程,既然我這一天的白天行程就是逛心齋橋,自然要抽點時間來嚐鮮;元祖串炸在這附近有兩家分店,分別的心齋橋店與道頓堀店,道頓堀店就在運河邊,非常大間,或許因此,人潮也很多,心齋橋店的人龍就少多了,我於十二點半時決定要在此用餐,稍等了五分鐘就有位子,建議大家如果想吃,來這兒比較快。
The Kushikatu Daruma is a restaurant that many bloggers recommend to eat in Osaka, especially when you visit Shinsaibashi. There are two branches nearby, one is Shinsaibashi and the other is Dōtonbori. The Dōtonbori one seems to be a bigger one which have more people. I read from a blogger who suggest to come to the Shinsaibashi one which you may not need to wait a long time. Based on my experience, I came here around 12:30 and I only need to wait 5 minutes to get in.
為了做觀光客生意,這兒有英文與中文菜單,很方便我們點菜,如果什麼都想吃,還可以點個套餐,15串應有盡有,也只要2200日幣,不過我還打算再吃第二頓的午餐,在這兒就只是墊墊肚子,只是單點個幾串,不過,新商品我倒是都點了,金目鯛,雞橫膈膜肉與帶肉雞胸脆骨(這應該就是台灣常吃的雞軟骨)。
Here has English and Mandarin menu. It should be easy to order the food you like. Since I plan to go to another restaurant after this, I just order few things for my first meal of lunch.
店內的裝潢給人很歡樂的氛圍。
The painting makes me feel joyful while sitting inside.
整間分店是長條型的格局,廚房在後半段,我剛好坐在廚房前的位子,不過油煙處理得很好,吃東西的過程沒有受到干擾;一坐下來,桌上就放了一疊生的高麗菜,炸物配生高麗菜,還挺解膩的。
The kitchen is at the end of the restaurant, and I was just sit in front of the kitchen. It's clean that I didn't have any bad experience like the smoke of fried foods or something. The raw cabbage is like the side dish. It's sweet.
說實話,由於是一年前的食記,我的確是已經不記得哪樣是什麼了,只能隱約猜測,第一樣或第七樣應該是金目鯛,第二樣則是雞橫膈膜,第五樣是蝦,第六樣則是雞軟骨,不過我還記得整體感覺,苜先是非常薄的麵衣,不會吃到麵衣的味道,而且我覺得應該也都沒有炸很久,且油也瀝得很好,吃起來挺清爽的,沾一點醬汁就很有味道,仍然都嚐得出食材的原味,的確是很好吃的炸物!
說到醬汁,醬汁的提供方式是每一桌都有一盒醬汁,且可能一天才換一次,所以,炸物只能沾一次醬汁,否則後面的客人就要吃前面的口水了,請大家注意呀!
Since it's one year ago, I can't remember which is which. The only thing I can tell is the shrimp, ha~ It's easy to recognize. And also the taste, because the coating is really thin, and I believe they hadn't been fried a long time, I can still taste the original taste from the foods. You can easily tell that it's pork or it's fish. It's really good.
新世界元祖串炸 - 心齋橋店:

在大阪的第二天,由於就住在黑門市場旁的Air B&B,於是就從市場中找早餐開始。
On the second day in Osaka, I went to the Kuromon Ichiba first because I stayed in a AirB&B just next to it.
黑門市場基本上可算是個室內的市場,行動空間都有遮雨篷,離捷運也近,很多人來到大阪,都會來此逛逛,在廊道上方,隔一定的距離,都會有一個巨大的海鮮塑像,不知道是不是用來標誌定位用的,總之,我前後逛了好多遍,還是常常搞不清楚自己在市場的哪個位置,哈~
The big shrimp sign is something really special here, and there are more signs for different kinds of fishes. Maybe it's a way to tell the visitor where you are.
一早,先來杯濃濃的豆漿─高橋豆腐,這兒的豆漿十分出名,幾乎來逛黑門市場的人都會嚐嚐,一杯印象中250日幣左右,有很濃厚的豆香,但是不甜,我懷疑是完全沒有加糖,我個人比較偏好加了二三分糖的豆漿。
The soya milk from Takahashi Shokuhin. The taste is pure from soybeans which I'm OK but not prefer. I like to drink it with some sugar.
石橋關東煮,在這略帶涼意的十一月底,看到冒著熱煙的關東煮,忍不住就想吃一口,且每份才100日幣,於是挑了要煮得入味才好吃的蘿蔔,油豆腐等物,真的是好吃~
The 2nd store I recognize is Ishibashi Shokuhin. It has Mandarin sign and also really delicious oden.
這攤我忘了拍招牌了,印象中有好幾攤都有在賣烤物,就挑了間順眼的,嚐嚐干貝與小章魚,這樣一整塊的干貝,真的是很甜,很好吃。
The BBQ scallop and octopus. The scallop is sweet but I don't remember the taste of the octopus.
最後忍不住買了一盒握壽司,在市場,就是比較平價,就能吃到大塊魚肉,真是划算;結果這頓早餐總共大概花了我近兩千日幣吧,哈哈~
And I believe the fish is fresh here, so I just choose one which serves sushi for my breakfast.
走完一天的行程,晚上經過黑門市場,發現居然有間中川超市,還是24小時營業的,就在這兒買了五折的烤蝦當作宵夜;大致逛了下,這兒有不少生鮮食品都很平價,還有酒,清酒,葡萄酒等等,若想帶酒當伴手禮,也可考慮在這兒買,價錢應該是比機場等等通路要低一點。
At night when I came back, I went to the Kuromon Nakagawa which is a 24-hours supermarket. Since it's late, I have the shrimp with really cheap price for my supper.
