[Taiwan] 台北,台北車站,雞三和親子丼 (Sanwa)


大約在2010年年底的時候,我去了一趟日本東京,在築地市場吃了一碗親子丼,當時驚為天人,和在台灣吃到的親子丼有天壤之別,從此我就再也沒有在台灣吃過親子丼了;直到昨天,2018年五月十九日,日本的名古屋名店─雞三和來台北開分店,恰好有興趣想嚐嚐,看看是不是能在台灣找到不錯的親子丼(雖然它仍然是日本名店),恰好有空的時間是下午三點,依台北人喜愛排隊,一窩瘋的特性,或許這個時間去可以不用等太久,就跑到台北車站二樓來了,稍微等個十分鐘不到就可入座,也因此嚐到了親子丼。
Many years ago (about 2010), I had a chance to eat Oyakodon in Tokyo. It was amazing and I told myself don't try Oyakodon in Taiwan anymore. How delicious of the Oyakodon is in Taiwan and in Japan, is totally different. May 19th, 2018, is the first time after then I walked into a Oyakodon restaurant in Taiwan, although it's a branch of a Japanese restaurant actually.

這兒的主食有四種,親子丼,炙燒親子丼,炸雞排丼與雞肉三吃丼,然後再另外搭配不同的套餐,我們兩個人就點了親子丼與雞肉三吃丼。
There are only 4 major dishes here, the Oyakodon, the Oyakodon with broil chicken, Fried chicken-don and eat chicken with three different ways.





先上的是雞肉三吃丼,建議可以先吃原味,然後再搭配海帶,青蔥吃一碗第二味,最後再倒入湯底,加上一點芥末,來一碗茶泡飯收尾,基本上烤雞肉很好吃,底下的飯也都有淋上醬汁,吃起來很棒,或許因此稍微會有點油膩,在吃了一些原味之後,就會想用海帶,青蔥等物調整一下口味,清爽一點,然後再利用清湯與芥茉香洗去口中的油膩味,很讚,尤其最後其實只有芥茉香,沒有芥苿嗆,好吃。
To eat chicken with three different ways set is like this. You can directly eat the grilled chicken with the classical taste, to try the sweet of the chicken. And then add the green onion and kelp for the 2nd taste. The 3rd one is to add some wasabi and soup to eat it like congee. With the good taste of the wasabi, it's really tasty. 


套餐中有兩種小菜可值選擇,雞肉丸子與南紀州梅,其實我都覺得普普,如果一定要選,建議還是選雞肉丸子,畢竟日本的醃漬菜,在口味上和台灣人的喜好略有落差。
There are two kinds of side dishes for each set, the chicken ball and pickled plums. They both are so so. Compare between these two, personally I prefer the chicken ball. 


由於供內用的炸雞翅已經售完,故套餐部分搭配了一盤唐揚炸雞,這是我第一次吃到麵衣這麼厚的唐揚炸雞,不喜歡,雖然雞肉本身還滿多汁的。
To order some side dishes, because the famous fried chicken wings are sold out, we ordered the fried chicken. This is the first time I eat the Japanese style fried chicken with such thick coating, I don't like it. 



最後則是「最棒」的親子丼,光看那滑嫰,閃閃動人的半熟蛋汁,就讓人胃口大開,吃了一口,真是美味呀~口中有一鼓好甜,好滿足的味道,以後這就是唯一的一家了!
The Oyakodon, The raw, floating liquid egg looks so appetizing. When I have the first bite, wow, so amazing and feel so satisfied. It's the delicious Oyakodon. This can be the only Oyakodon I will eat in Taiwan.

最後說明一下,我猜是因為大部分台灣人的偏好的關係,在台灣的親子丼,總是搭配全熟蛋,偏偏我恰好就是那少數,不愛全熟蛋的人,再加上台灣有那麼多種美味料理可吃,所以我才不在台灣吃親子丼的。
PS. I guess it's kind of Taiwanese preference, the Oyakodon in Taiwan is always served with over hard, but I don't like it. It's not the chef's fault. He can only provide the things most people like. Unfortunately, my preference of Oyakodon is one of the few.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運台北101/世貿站,段純貞牛肉麵 - 信義威秀店 (Duan Chun Zhen)





週末在信義威秀看完復仇者聯盟:無限之戰後,直接就在二樓美食街的段純貞牛肉麵吃飯,照片上的餐點挺吸引人的,由於想點水餃來嚐嚐,就沒有點雙人套餐,直接單點想吃的料理,兩碗牛肉麵加上水餃,燙青菜。
After seeing the movie, the Avengers: Infinity War, we directly went to the food court in the theater and found the Duan Chun Zhen for our lunch. After read the menu, we ordered beef noodles and dumplings.




點完才發現,原來還有個窗口可以加點滷味小菜,看來好吸引人,不過由於主食好像已經點了不少,就只夾了豆干與海帶,滷得不錯,都有入味,且海帶也不會乾乾硬硬,好吃。
Besides the main dishes on the menu, there are some side dishes you can order separately. It looks so good. Since we already have enough things, I just had dried bean curds and kelp.


高麗菜豬肉水餃,老實說,挺失敗的,沒有高麗菜清爽的味道,或許是內餡的比例不對吧,菜香被肉味蓋過,不推。
The dumplings, they are no good.


燙高麗菜,煮得比較熟,比較軟的高麗菜,有把甜味煮出來,還不錯。
The boiled cabbage, it's soft and sweet.






一碗麻辣蒜味腱心牛肉麵,一碗巨無霸牛腩麵(手工麵條),牛肉煮得很軟爛,有吸了湯汁的味道,很不錯吃,但是手工麵條挺糟的,麵條黏在一起不說,且似乎切得太厚,不Q,且湯汁的味道又沒有進去,真的是不怎麼樣;另外再報怨一下,雖然肉是有比較大塊,但一點都無法讓人感覺到是「巨無霸」呀!
The beef noodles. The thin noodles is delicious but the daoxiao noodles (sliced noodles) is bad. It's hard and tasteless. I don't recommend to try it here. The beef is good, it's really soft and tasty.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運北門站,老山東牛肉麵 (Lao Shan Dong)

某個週六,女友想到似乎很久沒有來吃萬年大樓美食街的老山東牛肉麵,我們就跑來吃了頓午餐。 
One day, my girl friend wants to eat Lao Shan Dong for lunch because she didn't come here for a long time.



小菜部分算是不錯,點了它的豬耳朵與涼拌小黃瓜。 
The side dishes are pig ear and Chinese pickled cucumber.


燙青菜,加了不少醬油,口味稍微重一點。 
The boiled vegetables.


刀削半筋半肉麵,麵條Q彈有勁,牛肉與牛筋都煮得軟爛,很容易入口,且吸飽了湯汁的美味,更特別的是它的牛肉湯,可能是我目前唯一喝到,會「麻」的牛肉湯,帶著微辣滋味,好喝又好吃! 
The Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup. The beef and tendon are cooed so well, really soft to eat and tasty. The soup may make the tongue numbing, but not spicy. It's really good.




另外還想嚐嚐水餃,就點了一份(十顆)水餃加一碗三寶湯,多了牛肚可以嚐嚐;這兒的水餃也相當不錯,菜與肉的比例搭配得很好,很清爽的美味。
Because we want to try the dumplings, we ordered 10 pieces of the dumplings and also the beef, tendon and trip soup. The dumplings are so good. The portion of the vegetables and pork is good to make it so yummy.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運市政府站,張記香酥臭豆腐 (Chang Stinky Tofu)

今天和女友在街頭上隨意亂逛時,女友無意間看到這間店的菜單上居然有「花生豬腳湯」,這道她很難得在台北街頭見到的餐點(我則是完全沒聽過,一般情況下,大概也不會有興趣就是了,不太能想像為何花生會和豬腳放在一起),就拉著我進入「張記香酥臭豆腐」,準備享用她遲來的午餐,畢竟中午只吃了一個小麵包果腹,她應該也是餓了~ 
Today, when we walk on the street, my girl friend was attracted by the menu of a small store. It says that it serves the soup with peanuts and pork knuckles. She says it's really rare to find it on the market. For me, this is my first time to hear about it. Since she just ate a small bun at noon, we decided to have the late lunch here. 


我們點了三道菜,臭豆腐,蚵仔煎和花生豬腳湯,記得總共是170元。 
We had three things here, the stinky tofu, oyster omelet and the soup with peanuts and pork knuckles. Total cost NTD 170.


經典的台式臭豆腐,底下舖上一層外表酥脆,裡面軟嫰的三角形臭豆腐,上面再灑上帶著酸味的台式泡菜,我就愛炸成這樣的臭豆腐,好吃! 
This is really Taiwanese style, the stinky tofu with Taiwanese style of kimchi which may have stronger taste of sour. And the stinky tofu is really good with the crispy skin and soft inside, the doughy taste is really good. 



蚵仔煎一上桌,就讓人驚訝它的尺寸,一般夜市賣的應該只有它的三分之二吧!而且我推算裡面應該包了八到十顆,大約有兩個一塊錢硬幣大小的蚵仔,真的是很划算的一道小吃,因為我對蚵仔煎比較沒有愛,覺得口味沒有特別突出,但有水準以上。
The oyster omelet is really big. Usually it's just two-third of this one. There are 8 to 10 oysters (I guess), and each is about two coins of NTD 1 dollar. 




最後是特別的花生豬腳湯,有機會和老闆稍微聊了一下,這道菜必須先把豬腳在柴魚湯裡熬煮四個小時,然後再加上花生與當歸成湯,讓豬腳成就綿密口感,溫和的當歸香味,好好喝的一碗湯~ 
The main dish is the soup with peanuts and pork knuckles. The pork knuckles were cooked over 4 hours which makes them really soft and then add the peanuts and angelica sinensis, commonly known as dong quai, to become this. The taste is really smooth. When you eat the pork knuckles, it's creamy and with the smooth flavor from dong quai, it's delicious.

回家一查才發現,這家店在Google Maps上有4.3顆星耶,雖然目前評價的人不多,才七個人,且大部分的人都推麵線,或許下次有機會應該來嚐嚐!
This is a restaurant with 4.3 stars on Google Maps, though there are just 7 people scored it. Most of them recommended to have the pork intestine vermicelli. Maybe next time we should try it.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運劍南路站,Trattoria di Primo

在清明連假時,和家人在內湖找了間餐廳聚餐,為了方便性,我們找到了位在美麗華 New Square 的 Trattoria di Primo。 
On a holiday noon, my family came to Trattoria di Primo at Miramar New Square for our lunch.


New Square目前的一二樓正在整修,聽服務生說,正在改裝成電影院,我們在猜是為了吸引人潮;或許因此,今天來此用餐的人不多,這對用餐的人來說,反而是好事,能夠更輕鬆地享用餐點,同時在這懶散地的氛圍中,互相聊聊。 
Maybe it's because that it's still under redecoration at the 1st and 2nd floor, it's not so many people here. That's even better. We can enjoy the meal more relax. And I like the bright environment. 





這兒的餐點以義大利麵和披薩為主,為了因應附近內科的上班族,也有商業午餐,不過,今天我們是為了義式碳烤海陸總匯而來,可在陸上美食美國Prime牛小排,紐西蘭羊排,雞腿三選二,還有海鮮美食深海虎斑蝦,海鱸魚,扇貝中三選二,想到就流口水~  
Here is more like a Italian style restaurant, it serves pasta and pizza. But it has a famous set for families, Grigliata Mista. It's a combo set with grilled livestock and seafood. We selected USDA Prime Short Rib, Lamb Chop, Sea Bass and Scallop.


前菜是這兒的招牌菜之一,Primo凱撒沙拉,半朵蘿蔓萵苣,再灑上整片整片的帕馬森乾酪,很香,搭上清爽的萵苣,非常好吃。
The Insalata di Cesare, one of the classic meal here. It has a lot of grana padano on the fresh and sweet Romaine Lettuce. So good.


第二道招牌是佛倫提那(也稱作半熟蛋披薩),餅皮是相對較軟的,不是一般的酥脆,跟半熟蛋和菠菜挺搭的,或許再加上香濃起司,真的很棒。另外一提,如果吃辣的話,可以試試經典A.O.P.,這是服務生很推薦的另一道披薩。 
This one is Fiorentina, another famous meal. If you can try spicy food, you may try the Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino. If you don't eat spicy foods, try this one. The crust is soft and easy to bite. The cheese smells good. And taste with the spinach, it's appetizing. 



義式碳烤海陸總匯,扇貝算是中規中矩,羊排和海鱸魚非常好吃,羊排沒有羊騷味,很軟很好入口,海鱸魚有把魚的鮮甜鎖在裡面,很棒! 
The Grigliata Mista. The Sea Bass it's really good, soft and with the sweet of fish. So nice! The Lamb Chop cooks really good. It's soft and you won't taste the "gamey" (the strong smell of lamb if you don't like it).


唯一可惜的是牛小排,或許因為厚薄不一,基本上烤得太熟了,幾乎到了全熟,上菜過了十分鐘,當服務生來詢問餐點如何時,我們把這件事回饋之後,他很主動地請廚師再烤一塊牛小排,就如上面照片,是很漂亮的粉紅色,很軟很嫩的五分熟牛小排,兩者一吃,高下立判,馬上就能理解,為何好牛肉要吃五分熟,那個口感,甜美的味道,在在讓人回味無窮~
For the USDA Prime Short Rib, it's kind of overcooked. Since it's almost well-done, it tastes not so good. Since the waiter asked us if the meal is good and we feedback him about this. He asked the chef to cook it again, and that's why we got a second one as above photo. The Rib looks so good, it's about medium rare, fresh and red. It's so soft and tasty. Nice~
