[HongKong] 中環，石板街 & 文武廟 & 孫中山紀念館

既然來到了中環，就利用這個機會，把中環的景點，好好地逛逛，首先是石板街，也就是砵典乍街。

由於香港算是丘陵地，因此除了沿著等高線開闢的馬路之外，還有另一個垂直於等高線的馬路，就會像石板街一樣，坡度很陡，走起來挺辛苦的，這兒是仍然保留當初建設時的石板，可一層一層地往上走。

仔細看了兩側的攤位，才發現原來這些是固定式攤位，商品基本上都收在櫃子裡，營業時再將櫃子打開即可，不像台灣的夜市，基本上都是以流動攤販為主，而且，還有些店主，根本就坐在櫃子裡攬客，這真的是在香港才看得到。

從石板街走到文武廟，大約要十五分鐘，是一間挺擁擠的廟宇，不過裡裝飾得金碧輝煌的，很漂亮，唯一有點不習慣的，就是祈福的香油錢，可以換成上面照片中的大線香，所以線香的味道很濃郁，台灣的廟宇很少會有這麼濃郁的線香味了。
另外，門口的石獅是我覺得另一個有趣的點，那石獅好可愛，台灣的石獅一般都以威猛為主，一點都不cute，哈～

文武廟對面有條巷子往下走幾步，就是古董街(摩羅上街)，可以稍微逛逛，有許多李小龍的海報與相關物品在販售，只是個人覺得大概都是近期製作的，應該不太有收藏價值，另外則是毛語錄，大概也類似，可能都是賣給觀光客純紀念用的。

文武廟到孫中山紀念館，也可在十五分鐘內走到，內部展覽，我覺得還好，有一些舊照片，但不多，我覺得有趣的是外面這尊孫中山像，大概20歲左右吧，在台灣一定看不到，是以他在香港求學時的形象而雕塑的，是個特點，可以來看看。

[HongKong] 中環，地鐵中環站，大會堂美心皇宮 (City Hall Maxim's Palace)

來到香港，似乎不能不去吃個飲茶，第一天晚上Google了一番，就在第二天一早，搭著地鐵，來到位於大會堂二樓的美心皇宮吃飲茶，就如上圖，外觀上完全沒有招牌，一點都不像是餐廳，但是，不用懷疑，殺進去直上二樓，就會發現許多人在美心皇宮外面排隊。
Yum cha, also known as going for dim sum, is a type of Chinese style brunch tea, which involves drinking Chinese tea and eating dim sum. Hong Kong is a place which famous of the culture of Yum cha. This morning, I go to the City Hall Maxim's Palace to try Yum cha.

這一台就是排隊機，依人數不同分成不同的組別在排序，我在週日早上十點半左右抵達，要等大約20組人，不過中間似乎有些人等不及離開了，最後只等了約30分鐘，十組左右就可以入內用餐了。
This restaurant is so famous, so it has a kiosk for waiting.Just input how many people of your group, and you will know how many groups are in front of you. For example, I wait for about 20 groups, it takes only 30 minutes I guess. I don't know why, but some people just get the ticket and leave. I guess I may only wait for 10 groups of two people. And the time I arrived is around 10:30 A.M. at Sunday morning.

坐定位之後，基本上就沒有人會來招呼了，接下來就是跟從桌旁經過的侍者拿點心了；在此之前，看了下菜單，基本茶資，一人19港幣(假日)，且每樣心在港幣35～56元之間，老實說，真的是貴呀！看到價格的當下，我就覺得回台灣之後，應該找家飲茶店好好地吃吃這些點心，印象中，台北的飲茶餐廳不是每樣點心只要台幣50～100元，價格怎麼會差這麼多呀！
The menu. For the tea, it's 19 HKD per person on holiday. For weekdays is 17 HKD. For dim sum is from HKD 35 to 56. When I know the price, the first idea come to my mind is I have to eat yum cha in Taiwan when I back to Taipei. As I remember, the price of dim sum in Taipei is TWD 50 to 100, which means only 1/2 compares to here...

既來之則安之，先吃個過癮再說，等了五到十分鐘之後，終於看到推車經過，選了奶皇流沙包，沒想到，內饀反而沒有台灣那麼地飽滿，不用那麼小心，不會流得到處都是。
Anyway, since I'm here. I should try all the dim sum I want. Wait for about 5 to 10 minutes, I find the first thing I want, the Steamed egg custard bun.

鮮蝦腸粉，這是一道十分簡單的美味料理，加點醬油，有嚼勁又有味道。 
The steamed rice flour rolls.

蝦餃，我覺得裡面應該還有蟹腳，一口咬下，海鮮的味道超級濃郁，超好吃，在台灣真的是沒吃過。 
The shrimp har kau.

粉蒸鳳爪，味道上和台北差不多，不過我覺得比台北吃到的更軟嫰，口感上更好吃。 
The steamed chicken feet.

灌湯包，這一道我覺得普通，雖然可看到有不少干貝，口味上不算突出。

蟹肉燒賣，不知道是不是差不多吃飽了的關係，這道燒賣我覺得還好。

這一餐吃下來，總價大約400港幣，是我在香港，最貴的一餐，呵～
Total costs around HKD 400, it's the most expensive one I had in Hong Kong.

[HongKong] 尖沙咀，維多莉亞港 (Victoria Harbour)

「幻彩詠香江」是個在網路上被介紹得很廣的活動，結合了維多莉亞港的兩岸的大廈，一同參與演出的大型燈光秀，懷抱著想要來大開眼界的目的，在池記吃完雲吞麵後，就往維多莉亞港的方向走，邊逛邊等待開演時間的到來。
就在太空館旁，發現這個不知是不是新的觀光景點的裝置，許多人在這兒拍照，也在這兒許願，只是不知許願的名信片是要去哪兒買就是了～
When I googled what I can do in Hong Kong, many people mention about A Symphony of Lights. It's a daily light and sound show in Hong Kong on the both sides of Victoria Harbour. After finish my dinner at Chee Kei. I walk to the Victoria Harbour and find this interesting Installation Art, I guess. People write down their wishes and hang up here, I find someone wants to meet her boy friend~

還有點時間，就先在港邊拍拍對岸中環的夜景，也順便找找比較好的拍攝地點，拍照過程覺得，香港的霧霾的確是挺嚴重的，大廈的燈光被反射出來，造成照片上的天空其實挺明亮的，也算是一種另類的，還挺漂亮的夜景。
The night view for the Central District. It's beautiful. Somehow, with the smog which reflects the light, it show a different dazzling night view.

八點一到，整個維多莉亞港都聽得到廣播，幻彩詠香江秀就開始了，不到五分鐘，我就失望透頂了...是的，能夠整合數十棟大廈一起參與演出，的確很了不起，但是，這些已經興建好那麼久的大廈，能拿出什麼樣的表演呢？大概不過就是在頂樓加裝一些雷射燈光吧！就像上面照片中的綠光一樣，難道能夠把整棟玻璃變成LED螢幕嗎？在這樣的情況下，整個氣勢就出不來，反而就是這麼零星的幾道燈光，讓人覺得真是弱爆了～
This is part of the Symphony of Lights. I was so disappointed on it. The area is too big and the light is so light. It's kind of empty...

看完秀，往東走，就可以看到另一個小景點，前九廣鐵路鐘樓，亦稱為尖沙咀鐘樓。
After the show, I walked to another spot, the Hong Kong Clock Tower.

若往西走，應該是星光大道，可惜目前正在整修中，未能參觀。
It's pity that the Avenue of Stars is closed for refurbishment.

[HongKong] 尖沙咀，晉逸精品酒店 (尖沙咀) (butterfly on prat)

由於朋友的介紹，我在香港這幾天，都住在尖沙咀的晉逸精品酒店，這也是為什麼，當不知道去哪裡時，總是在尖沙咀附近逛，哈~
A friend introduced me the Butterfly on Prat at Tsim Sha Tsui, so I stayed here for all my trip in Hong Kong.

從機場過來時，搭A21巴士，在第16站，麼地道，漆咸道南(官網上寫的是赫德道, 漆咸道南)下車，走路五分鐘內就可抵達，算是挺方便的。
From the airport, take the bus A21, and take off at the 16th bus stop, Mody Road, Chatham Road South. Within 5 minutes walk, you'll arrive.

或許因為還挺早check-in的，櫃台幫我免費昇等，應該是從高級客房(附4G WiFi)昇級為純淨空氣特「適」客房(附4G WiFi)。
I stayed at Room 311, and the front desk told me that I have a free upgrade. I guess I was upgraded from Superior with 4G Pocket WiFi Device to Pure Air Signature with 4G Pocket WiFi Device.

打開房門，右手邊是浴室，廊道走到底便是臥房；我猜，我的升等就是腳邊的這一台空氣清淨機。 
When open the door, the right hand-side is the bathroom and the end is the bedroom.

這個房間挺大的，浴室空間很足，除了乾溼分離，還有充足的洗臉台空間，可以在此梳裝，附有兩人份的盥洗設備，吹風機，但很可惜的是沒有刮鬍刀，我又沒帶，所以，這幾天就沒有刮鬍子了，哈~ 

I think the bathroom is big, not like the image I had for a hotel in Hong Kong. It has hair dryer, but no razor. And I also don't remember to bring mine, so I didn't shape for 4 days, ha~ 

床舖是略硬一點的床，睡上去不會沉下去，且隔音也很好，這幾天睡得很不錯。 
The bed is comfortable and it's peaceful, so I sleep well at night.

還附有網路的手機，應該也可以打當地電話。 
And it also has the cell phone for a tourist to use in Hong Kong.

有些偏商務的服務，例如洗衣或是燙衣。 
Iron and washing service are also available.

還附了一個萬用插座。 
One universal socket in case you forgot to bring it. It's really convenient.

保險箱與冰箱。
The safe and the refrigerator.

整體來說，算是考慮得很周到的飯店，交通也方便，有巴士，有地鐵(尖沙咀站)，很不錯。再加上有那麼大的空間，應該也很適合來此大採購的觀光客，可以把東西攤出來整理，呵~
General speaking, the Butterfly on Prat at Tsim Sha Tsui is closed to the bus stop and also the Metro station. It's convenient to go everywhere. 
And the room is big, it should be a good thing for someone who may want to buy a lot of things in Hong Kong.

最後的費用部分，我透過Agoda預約了四個晚上，總共花費新台幣16,330元，平均一晚要四千初頭，好像也不是太便宜~
At last, I booked the hotel via Agoda and total costs me NTD 16,330 for 4 nights. Which means 4,082.5 NTD for 1 night.
