從赤柱回到尖沙咀，我來到了重慶大廈B1的蘭芳園，據說是絲襪奶茶的發源地，當然就要來嚐嚐～
When I back from Stanley, I went to Lan Fong Yuen (Tsim Sha Tsui) to have my dinner because I heard this restaurant a lot. Many people say this is the thing I must try in Hong Kong.
這兒有樣名產─鹹檸檬，也就是上面菜單上的咸檸七，還有朋友托我來買，另外便是金牌豬扒包以及絲襪奶茶了！
The menu. Mainly it separate to two categories, the rice and the sandwich. Tonight, I didn't want to eat too much hear, so I just ordered the hamburger with pork chop.
稍微拍了下店內的情況，才發現似乎又有另一個特點，這兒的侍者與廚師居然臉上有笑容耶，真是太難得了～
The waitresses here have smiles on their face. It's unusual in Hong Kong.
豬扒包一上桌，觀察了一下，好簡單的料理，兩片麵包夾著一片烤過的豬排及一片蕃茄片，一口咬下，真是好吃，豬排的香味(濃)加上有點酸甜的蕃茄(淡)，兩者在口中混合，真的是超美味，這成了另一樣，我來香港列為必吃的料理！
The hamburger with pork chop, it's really easy. Just one piece of grilled pork chop and tomato and two buns. It's fantastic good, so delicious. This is one thing that I will put on my must eat list while going to Hong Kong.
從蘭芳園發源的絲襪奶茶，跟台灣比起來，我覺得茶味比較重，相對不那麼甜一點點，不知道是不是蘭芳園用的茶葉比較好，還是沒有下重糖的關係，相較之下，台灣的比較像糖水，哈～
The Hong Kong-style milk tea. This comes from here, the Lan Fong Yuen. Compare to the milk tea in Taiwan, I may say you can taste more flavor of tea here, I guess it might because the tea is better or the tea has more strong taste. In Taiwan, it's more like water with a lot of sugar, ha~

赤柱，據說是個很有歐洲風味的一區，例如赤柱大街上的開放式咖啡廳，很不幸地，我在一個雨天來到這裡，實在感受不出來...而且，也不過就那麼三五間店而已...
The Stanley, where should be more western style. For example, the open coffee on the street. Unfortunately, all gone because of a rainy day.
美利樓，一座具有維多莉亞時期的建築物，挺有特色的，只是，那個大大的H&M標誌實在很破壞景色...看了些網上的資料，才發現美利樓和這些柱子，其實都是搬遷過來的，如果再加上之前在維多莉亞港的鐘樓，香港對於這些有特色的古蹟的維護方式，似乎就是搬到某個不影響發展的地方，讓觀光客跑去參觀？
The Murray House. I don't like the big H&M sign there, it destroy the atmosphere of those old things.

在美利樓後方，就是赤柱馬坑公園，有些步道可以走走，不遠處就可以找到北帝古廟與千年古井(滿難相信居然已有千年)。
Behind the Murray House, it's Stanley Ma Hang Park. Just several hundred meters walk, you can find the Pak Tai Temple and The Ancient Well.
從馬坑公園最高處，可以俯瞰整個赤柱灣，若是晴天應該可以更美。
When talk to the top of the park, you can see the whole Stanley Bay.
在美利樓正面不遠，則是赤柱天后廟，也就是媽祖廟。
And in front of the Murray House, it's Tin Hau Temple.
我是回程才來逛赤柱市集，基本上都是賣衣服，玉器等等的小東西，可以找一些紀念品帶回家。
If you want to find some interesting thing, there is a market just near the bus stop. I spent nearly one hour here.
前往赤柱的交通：
我在港鐵金鐘站搭的車，沒記錯應該是從D出口出站，步行五分鐘左右可到，搭乘6, 6A, 6X, 66或260巴士，於赤柱廣場下車。
How to arrive Stanley:
I take the metro from Tsim Sha Tsui to Admiralty Station, leave from D entrance with 5 minutes walk to take the bus 6, 6A, 6X, 66 or 260. You can get off at Stanley Market Bus Terminus.
當我在安排香港的行程時，我發現原來香港的粥和台灣不同，香港的粥是把米也一起熬煮到幾乎消失不見，讓湯頭變得非常濃郁，除了食材的美味，還會有米粒的香甜味道，於是就在第四天早上，我來到了洪利粥店吃粥作為早餐。
When I search for the foods in Hong Kong, people says that congee is one thing I should try. It's really different than those in Taiwan. So I came to Hung Lee to try it for my breakfast.
菜單，看得我眼花瞭亂，四五十種粥以上，實在是有夠難選，稍微好一點的，是基本上價格還OK，大約都落在港幣20～40元間。
The menu, most of them are around HKD 20 to 40.
最後選擇狀元及第粥，算是可是吃到最多料的粥，豬肝，豬心，豬腸等等，基本上各部位都有，火候也拿捏得很好，都很軟嫰，舀一勺粥，香味滿口，真的是好吃極了～
I ordered the Pig Intestine Mix, there are pig's liver, heart, intestine and so on. It's superb. You may not eat rice inside but the flavor of rice may full of your month. The internal organs cooked really soft and tasty. It's really good if you like the taste.

深水埗，有點像是香港的舊城區，從地鐵站出來，四周遍佈上面照片中的小攤位，販售各式各樣的物品，可能是便宜的衣服，有二手手機，還有一些像是跳蚤市場般的二手舊物，算是個有點有趣的街區，可以來此走走；比較新的，倒是看到許多賣手機的商家，或許就像是台北的通訊行集散地，來此應該可以買到比較便宜的價格吧！
Sham Shui Po, you may say it's the old town of Hong Kong. It looks old and have a lot of small stores showed on the above photos. You may find some interesting things or some old things here. And also some new things, there are many smart phone stores. I guess which may be cheaper than the downtown Hong Kong.
往東北方走個十分鐘左右，就可以抵達美荷樓，美荷樓以前就是香港的公共房屋，且現在裡面有美荷生活館在展示當年的生活場景，可以一窺當年居民的生活，只可惜，我是在週一來到這兒，它只在週二到週日開放，沒能進去瞧瞧。
現在，其也做為青年旅館(YHA)供旅客住宿，雖然離較繁華的尖沙咀，中環遠一點，應該也還算方便，只是若有大行李箱，要在馬路上拖行十分鐘才能來到此，可能會稍微累一點，但至少房價應該可以便宜不少。
Mei Ho House, formerly part of Shek Kip Mei Estate, Hong Kong, is the last remaining example of a "Mark II" building in a single-block configuration. While the other buildings of the estate dating from the 1950s have been demolished, being replaced by new ones, Mei Ho House was chosen to be preserved. Now it's a YHA, if you're not so care about the transportation time, I think here will be a cheap place to stay. It's also opened for public from Tuesday to Sunday. Unfortunately, I went here on Monday, so there are no more photos.
就在大門旁，沿著晨運徑往山上走，就可以爬上嘉頓山，建議在日落前約一小時來即可，爬上山頂可能需要15~20分鐘，再觀察，試拍一下，這樣的時間應該是差不多的，雖然有些許人潮也會來此賞景，但不算多，不用特地來占位。
Just next to the main gate of Mei Ho House, there is a sign point out the path up hill. This is the path to go up to the Garden Hill for a nice view of Sham Shui Po.
放眼望去，這些高樓並不是中環那些辦公用的高樓大廈，而是一般香港居民，可能花費三分之一月薪才能租一個小房間的公寓或是唐樓，這些大樓，可能密密麻麻地住了不知多少人。
These buildings are apartments or tong lau. The Hong Kong citizens may spend one-third of their monthly salary to stay in a small room. It's hard to imagine how many people lived in those buildings.
有人說，太平山頂的夜景，是豪宅與商業大廈，是屬於遊客的，深水埗的嘉頓山夜景，是公屋，唐樓及舊區，是屬於香港人的；對我來說，這兒是更有活力的夜景~
Some people are says that to see the night view at the Peak, you'll see the skyscrapers from those rich people. That belongs to the tourists. Here, the Garden Hill at Sham Shui Po. You'll see the old apartments and tong lau which belongs to the poor people, where only the citizens may know. For me, here has the night view with more energetic.

在深水埗逛了一下午，真的是熱又渴，抬頭一看，正好走到一間「冰室」前，覺得應該要來吃吃冰，清涼一下了～
After walking on the Sham Shui Po for about one hour, it's so hot and thirsty. When I see the Mandarin character "ICE", I was attracted then walked into the restaurant.
沒想到，翻開菜單才發現，原來香港的冰室仍然是賣正餐為主，根本就沒有什麼甜點，冰品...失望之餘，就忘了拍菜單了...
When I opened the menu, I felt a little bit upset because this is a restaurant, not a place sells cold stuffs. There are only two or three kinds of ice creams that I can choose.
牆上掛了不少李小龍的海報，我覺得這似乎成了香港的特色之一，只是，我不確定單純是為了吸引觀光客用的，還是真的香港仍然有不少李小龍的影迷，所以很容易看到李小龍相關的物品。
There are a lot of Bruce Lee's posters. I don't know that's only something that can attract visitors, or the Hong Kong people still are fans of Bruce Lee.
在大門背面，張貼了不少報紙上的介紹，似乎是間挺有名氣的店。

點了一個聖代，奶油多了點，如果能把其中的一半換成冰淇淋，會更好，不過，口味上倒是挺不錯的，尤其是杯底的紅豆，有點甜又不會太甜，好吃。
The sundae I order. This is what I want in such a hot afternoon. It's cool and yummy. As I remember, I like the azuki bean at the bottom. It's sweet but not that sweet, ha~
由於時間點的關係，點了個三明治作為下午茶，這三明治比我預期的好吃，以主食的鹹味為主，再帶點水果的甜味，挺不錯的。
The sandwich, it's really good than I expected. It's a good dessert.
