[Taiwan] 台北,中山國中站,花敦道鍋物 (Hua Tun Tao)

由於天氣變冷了,想找個熱熱的晚餐,就在捷運中山國中站附近,找到這家花敦道鍋物,來吃火鍋料理!
Since it's cold, I was searching for a hot pot restaurant for tonight dinner. This one is closed to the Metro Zhongshan Junior High School Station.


看介紹,這個兩人份的終極限量鍋,算是這裡的招牌,有一大盆的海鮮,還可以在現切的牛,羊,豬中選一樣,我自然是選雪花牛囉!
This is the two people set which Hua Tun Tao is famous for. It includes the sea food on the photo and also one kind of meat can be chosen via beef, lamb or pork.




餐具以及配料,有提供醬油,蒜泥,青蔥及辣椒,不過因為我喜歡吃原味,基本上都沒用到。
The tableware and seasonings. The seasonings include soy sauce, garlic, green onion and chili. I prefer to taste the original flavor of the food. I didn't use the seasonings.


由於店員的推薦,選擇鴛鴦鍋,辣鍋因為都是用中藥去調整口味的,所以會額外收取100元的費用,或許因此,這一鍋的辣味還挺溫和的,不會嗆,建議大家應該要試試!
I asked for Mandarin Duck Pot, half spicy and half not. I also try the soup from the spicy one, it's a little spicy but not strong. I don't feel uncomfortable from the spicy, it's good. For people who can eat or even like spicy, you should try.


有十一種蔬菜的菜盤,老闆非常自豪這些蔬菜的新鮮度,尤其是高麗菜,是可以生吃的高麗菜,她說,有時候,她們是邊準備邊吃的。
The vegetables, there are totally 11 kinds of vegetables. And the host mentioned that when they prepare it, they may also eat it at the same time. The cabbage is so good for people to eat even before cooking.


老闆現切的雪花牛,涮個十幾秒,就該拿起來吃了,很嫰,很好吃,真的要為老闆按個讚!
The beef, remember to just shabu shabu it. It's enticing and lip smacking. Thumbs up.






海鮮盤,老闆有特別提醒,要從下吃到上,最下面一層是花枝漿,花枝片,蝦(不知是不是草蝦),還有鯛魚片,中層是螃蟹,最上層則是胭脂蝦,胭脂蝦要留在最後,由老闆幫忙煮,老闆擔心食客煮得不好,浪費了這麼好的食材;這些食材中,我最喜歡兩樣,花枝漿與螃蟹,花枝漿有非常大塊的花枝,很棒,這是目前我吃到唯一的一家;至於螃蟹,一般來說,由於麻煩,我其實很少吃螃蟹,不過今天的螃蟹好甜,超級甜,讓我完全可以忽略麻煩,就為了品嚐美味!
The seafood, there are squid paste, squids, shrimps, snappers, crabs and rouge shrimp. Remember to cook them from bottom to up then wait the host to cook the rouge shrimp for you. For me, the best two are the squid paste and the crabs. The squid in the squid paste is big, so you can eat the chewy squid that's really rare. And the crabs are so luscious with the natural sweet.


胭脂蝦,第一次知道,原來腹部的蝦腳也是有肉的,應該要吸出來品嚐,真的是有種「蝦腳再小也是肉」的感覺,然後撥蝦頭,吃蝦膏,最後才是脫殼,吃蝦肉,很甜,好滿足喔~(偷偷說一下,老闆說,光這一條,高級餐廳要賣790元呢!)
The rouge shrimp, this is the first time I know that you should also eat the foot of the shrimp. It also has meat inside. It's marvelous.


最後,利用煮海鮮的白鍋,來煮泡麵,會非常好吃;這一碗,則是老闆來為我們煮的,湯汁是白鍋加紅鍋,然後再灑上蒜泥與青蔥,攪拌均勻之後,非常好吃,聽說還有人特地來吃老闆親自下廚煮的這一碗泡麵,想吃嗎?記得多跟老闆聊聊~
The instant noodles is cooked by the host. She cooked at the spicy soup and then mix those two soup with the garlic and green onion. She is really the master of cooking instant noodles. It's fantastic.

[Taiwan] 2017春,五天四夜馬祖遊 (2017 Spring, Five Days in Maitsu)

由於馬祖藍眼淚的好發期在每年的五六月,就在今年的六月,安排了一個假期前往馬祖諸島旅遊。
The Sea Sparkle is the reason I went to Maitsu Islands in June. The season for Sea Sparkle here is from May to October. The months you can find it easiest are May and June.

這次旅行,運氣很好的地方,是台馬之間的交通基本上如預期,搭船去,飛機回都順利;但是島間的交通卻遇到停班,未能在北竿停留一天,真的挺可惜的~
Because the cruise between Dongyin and Nangan closed on the 3rd day, we stayed one more day on the Dongyin Island. And with the bad weather, we didn't go to many places. It's an easy trip.

下表是這次的實際行程,在東引島上,多了許多與朋友聊天的時光,呵~

實際跑下來,學到了幾件事:
1. 台馬之間的交通,或許搭船是相對最不受天氣影響的交通方式,但仍然不要忘了,出發前要記得上網確認船班的情況,還是有可能會被取消的;

2. 其實網路上有一些追淚團體可以提供最及時的訊息,例如粉絲團或是Line上的團體,反而有時候民宿老闆並不知道,只能依據過去經驗提供可能有藍眼淚的地點,不過這次我只知道一個臉書的粉絲團:

3. 由於島上的景點其實還滿類似的,相對來說,容易感到重覆性太高,可能容易喪失逛景點的動力,這時候,就要確保找到好的旅伴,因為你們會有很多的時間可以互相交流~
Based on my experience, here are some reminding:

2. When I came back, I find there are two ways you may catch the updates for the Sea Sparkle everyday. From Facebook or Line, but I only have the Facebook:
3. The attractions or the spots on the islands are really similar. And the islands are not big. You will have a lot of time to have many conversations with your friends. Remember to find really good travel partners like I did, then you will enjoy it very much!

如果再安排一次馬祖行,當然希望能夠多花一點時間待在北竿,尤其是這次本來預訂好的民宿-家適咖啡,這次有機會能與家適咖啡的主人聊聊,是位人情味很濃厚的大哥,能住在這裡,一定會很開心~
If I have a chance to come back again, I will definitely spend more time on Beigan Island where I only have a morning this time. And I prefer to stay at Just coffee hostel because the host make me feel like home. It's so warm.



食物方面,個人很喜歡東引島上山猴的店的料理,黑毛超好吃的啦!不過下次希望佛手放一半的量就好,嚐嚐即可,哈~
For the food, I may go to 山猴的店 (@ Dongyin) to try the fresh fish again. But this time, maybe just half of the Turtles, ha~

[Japan] 京都,東山區,二訪臨濟宗大本山東福寺 (Tofukuji Temple)


由於東福寺幾乎是大家都推崇的賞楓景點,決定在離開京都前,一早再來一次東福寺,七點半多就到,八點一開放,就作為第一批的旅客進入,希望看看不一樣的陽光下,東福寺的楓葉的景緻。
Because the Tofukuji Temple is so famous, and the day I came here was raining. On my last day in Kyoto, I decided to came back again. To take a look if I came here with more sunshine. I don't know why, but I found a new map as above, ha~
















小景點基本上都一樣,故不多介紹,直接看照片吧!

這一天倒是多逛了普門院,這兒的假山水,挺普通的。

離開前,居然剛好遇到一個攝影團來拍楓,老實說,感覺真的不太好,除開個人行為不說(當天有兩個團員,居然跨越圍籬,進入院子裡拍照,被工作人員趕出來),這樣一群拿著相機,占據一大片空間,對著某個景色一直拍的行為,實在是妨礙到了其他人,雖然身為愛拍照的人,一個人對著一個景拍個二三十分鐘,其實滿正常的,但若只有一個人,其他人稍微躲躲,也還是能夠一起欣賞的,若是一群人,就會把其他人賞景的空間全部占據了,實在是...
Before leaving Tofukuji Temple, I found a group who specified to come here to take photos. To be honest, I don't like them. Too many photographers get together and take pictures at the same time. It may occupied the spot. Other people cannot enjoy the view.

總結這兩次的東福寺之行,我覺得十九日那天,才是今年楓紅最美的時候,或許當時的雨,有打落一些楓葉吧!

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運雙連站,好朋友居酒屋 (Iitomo)

今晚其實已經吃過一點東西了,只是由於份量不足,想找點烤物,同時也來杯生啤;在Google地圖上找到這家4.8顆星的好朋友居酒屋,雖然評分人數只有五人,還是硬著頭皮來試試!
Since I've already eaten something for dinner, I'm looking for some grilled food and bear for supper. The Iitomo has very high score on Google Maps, 4.8 stars, although there are only 5 people scored it. 

一拉開拉門,居然一個客人都沒有...實在有點希望店家說沒開,我想去別家看看~
When I get in, I'm a little scared because there are no any guests inside. I may be the only one.


當拿到菜單,居然沒有烤物,除了驚訝,還有點不高興,但還是點了一點東西。
When I look at the menu, I'm a little unhappy. There are no grilled food...


一開始就來了小驚喜,上了兩盤免費的前菜,這道是小芋頭,說實話,我不喜歡芋頭味,所以差不多考慮了五秒鐘吧!嚐了一口,很甜,而且,還沒有我討厭的芋頭味, 一直到快吃完的時候,才有一點芋頭味,這道是我喜歡的芋頭。
The free appetizer, the taro. To be honest, I eat taro but I don't like the taste of taro. When the waitress told me, it's taro. I really consider for few seconds, should I eat it? 
It changes my image for the restaurant, the taro is very good, sweet and no taro flavor which I don't like. It's delicious.


毛豆,偏脆的毛豆,挺順口的。
The soybeans taste crispy. 


關東煮部分,我點了蒟蒻和蘿蔔,蘿蔔吸飽了湯汁,很好吃,蒟蒻本身不吸湯,建議沾著附的黃色芥菜醬,帶點微辣,讚!
The konjac and radish of Kanto Cooking. They are yummy. And try with the wasabi even better. 



烤香菇,旁邊附著一點醋,據廚師說,日本人喜歡配著醋吃,嚐了一口,我喜歡沾著胡椒鹽吃,雖然調得有點鹹,但調得讓人一口接一口,停不下來,一下子就吃光了。 
The grilled mushroom, it's served with some kind of vinegar and the waitress said that Japanese prefers to eat with the vinegar. I tried one bite, I prefer to eat with the peppered salt.


鯖魚一夜干,魚肉非常地飽滿,再擠上一點檸檬,好好吃,讓人好滿足。
The Mackerel of Jack Mackerel. It's delightful and I was satisfied with the meal at last.


最後再來一杯生啤酒,真棒!

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運雙連站,企鵝文肉焿專賣店


某個晚上,我在捷運雙連站附近,想找間能快速填飽肚子的店,無意間,看到招牌上的30老店,就決定是它了!
One night, I was looking for something to eat fast near the Metro Shuanglian Station. I was attracted by the word, it's opened for 30 years.


菜單其實滿簡單的,大概只有不到十樣料理,我就點了炒米粉和肉焿湯。
炒米粉稍微偏乾,搭配口味較重的魯肉,很好吃,再加上清脆的豆芽菜,口感還挺多變的。
肉焿湯則是給了許多的肉焿,我猜有六~八塊,滿滿一碗,真的是好滿足。
There are not much food it serves. I just ordered the stir-fried rice noodle and portage soup. The noodle is simple but delicious. The flavor most comes from the braised pork. It's delectable. The portage soup is full of portage, I guess there are 6 to 8 pieces. That's really a lot.

離開前,有四個來自香港的女生跟我併桌,我才發覺,原來這間店可是間名店呢!
When I almost finish them, there are 4 girls come from Hong Kong to try it. At that point, I guess I find a really famous Taiwan style restaurant. ha~
