[Taiwan] 台北,捷運市政府站,張記香酥臭豆腐 (Chang Stinky Tofu)

今天和女友在街頭上隨意亂逛時,女友無意間看到這間店的菜單上居然有「花生豬腳湯」,這道她很難得在台北街頭見到的餐點(我則是完全沒聽過,一般情況下,大概也不會有興趣就是了,不太能想像為何花生會和豬腳放在一起),就拉著我進入「張記香酥臭豆腐」,準備享用她遲來的午餐,畢竟中午只吃了一個小麵包果腹,她應該也是餓了~ 
Today, when we walk on the street, my girl friend was attracted by the menu of a small store. It says that it serves the soup with peanuts and pork knuckles. She says it's really rare to find it on the market. For me, this is my first time to hear about it. Since she just ate a small bun at noon, we decided to have the late lunch here. 


我們點了三道菜,臭豆腐,蚵仔煎和花生豬腳湯,記得總共是170元。 
We had three things here, the stinky tofu, oyster omelet and the soup with peanuts and pork knuckles. Total cost NTD 170.


經典的台式臭豆腐,底下舖上一層外表酥脆,裡面軟嫰的三角形臭豆腐,上面再灑上帶著酸味的台式泡菜,我就愛炸成這樣的臭豆腐,好吃! 
This is really Taiwanese style, the stinky tofu with Taiwanese style of kimchi which may have stronger taste of sour. And the stinky tofu is really good with the crispy skin and soft inside, the doughy taste is really good. 



蚵仔煎一上桌,就讓人驚訝它的尺寸,一般夜市賣的應該只有它的三分之二吧!而且我推算裡面應該包了八到十顆,大約有兩個一塊錢硬幣大小的蚵仔,真的是很划算的一道小吃,因為我對蚵仔煎比較沒有愛,覺得口味沒有特別突出,但有水準以上。
The oyster omelet is really big. Usually it's just two-third of this one. There are 8 to 10 oysters (I guess), and each is about two coins of NTD 1 dollar. 




最後是特別的花生豬腳湯,有機會和老闆稍微聊了一下,這道菜必須先把豬腳在柴魚湯裡熬煮四個小時,然後再加上花生與當歸成湯,讓豬腳成就綿密口感,溫和的當歸香味,好好喝的一碗湯~ 
The main dish is the soup with peanuts and pork knuckles. The pork knuckles were cooked over 4 hours which makes them really soft and then add the peanuts and angelica sinensis, commonly known as dong quai, to become this. The taste is really smooth. When you eat the pork knuckles, it's creamy and with the smooth flavor from dong quai, it's delicious.

回家一查才發現,這家店在Google Maps上有4.3顆星耶,雖然目前評價的人不多,才七個人,且大部分的人都推麵線,或許下次有機會應該來嚐嚐!
This is a restaurant with 4.3 stars on Google Maps, though there are just 7 people scored it. Most of them recommended to have the pork intestine vermicelli. Maybe next time we should try it.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運劍南路站,Trattoria di Primo

在清明連假時,和家人在內湖找了間餐廳聚餐,為了方便性,我們找到了位在美麗華 New Square 的 Trattoria di Primo。 
On a holiday noon, my family came to Trattoria di Primo at Miramar New Square for our lunch.


New Square目前的一二樓正在整修,聽服務生說,正在改裝成電影院,我們在猜是為了吸引人潮;或許因此,今天來此用餐的人不多,這對用餐的人來說,反而是好事,能夠更輕鬆地享用餐點,同時在這懶散地的氛圍中,互相聊聊。 
Maybe it's because that it's still under redecoration at the 1st and 2nd floor, it's not so many people here. That's even better. We can enjoy the meal more relax. And I like the bright environment. 





這兒的餐點以義大利麵和披薩為主,為了因應附近內科的上班族,也有商業午餐,不過,今天我們是為了義式碳烤海陸總匯而來,可在陸上美食美國Prime牛小排,紐西蘭羊排,雞腿三選二,還有海鮮美食深海虎斑蝦,海鱸魚,扇貝中三選二,想到就流口水~  
Here is more like a Italian style restaurant, it serves pasta and pizza. But it has a famous set for families, Grigliata Mista. It's a combo set with grilled livestock and seafood. We selected USDA Prime Short Rib, Lamb Chop, Sea Bass and Scallop.


前菜是這兒的招牌菜之一,Primo凱撒沙拉,半朵蘿蔓萵苣,再灑上整片整片的帕馬森乾酪,很香,搭上清爽的萵苣,非常好吃。
The Insalata di Cesare, one of the classic meal here. It has a lot of grana padano on the fresh and sweet Romaine Lettuce. So good.


第二道招牌是佛倫提那(也稱作半熟蛋披薩),餅皮是相對較軟的,不是一般的酥脆,跟半熟蛋和菠菜挺搭的,或許再加上香濃起司,真的很棒。另外一提,如果吃辣的話,可以試試經典A.O.P.,這是服務生很推薦的另一道披薩。 
This one is Fiorentina, another famous meal. If you can try spicy food, you may try the Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino. If you don't eat spicy foods, try this one. The crust is soft and easy to bite. The cheese smells good. And taste with the spinach, it's appetizing. 



義式碳烤海陸總匯,扇貝算是中規中矩,羊排和海鱸魚非常好吃,羊排沒有羊騷味,很軟很好入口,海鱸魚有把魚的鮮甜鎖在裡面,很棒! 
The Grigliata Mista. The Sea Bass it's really good, soft and with the sweet of fish. So nice! The Lamb Chop cooks really good. It's soft and you won't taste the "gamey" (the strong smell of lamb if you don't like it).


唯一可惜的是牛小排,或許因為厚薄不一,基本上烤得太熟了,幾乎到了全熟,上菜過了十分鐘,當服務生來詢問餐點如何時,我們把這件事回饋之後,他很主動地請廚師再烤一塊牛小排,就如上面照片,是很漂亮的粉紅色,很軟很嫩的五分熟牛小排,兩者一吃,高下立判,馬上就能理解,為何好牛肉要吃五分熟,那個口感,甜美的味道,在在讓人回味無窮~
For the USDA Prime Short Rib, it's kind of overcooked. Since it's almost well-done, it tastes not so good. Since the waiter asked us if the meal is good and we feedback him about this. He asked the chef to cook it again, and that's why we got a second one as above photo. The Rib looks so good, it's about medium rare, fresh and red. It's so soft and tasty. Nice~

[Taiwan] 新北市,捷運大坪林站,圓味涮涮鍋 (Yuan Wei) - 已歇業 (Closed)



由於女友生日,我們在捷運大坪林附近發現一家有生日禮的涮涮鍋店─圓味涮涮鍋。
Since my girl friend's birthday is in March, we found this shabu-shabu near Metro Dapinglin station. It serves free side dishes if there is at least one person's birthday in the group.






翻開菜單一看,這兒的單價相對偏高一些,不過用料也都挺澎湃的,倒是很適合喜歡放滿桌子或是吃得多的人來此用餐,由於現在有活動,心癢之下,就點了超級誇張的戰龍蝦爆鍋套餐,1,880元。
When read the menu, the meals are with a lot of meats. Ha, that's what we want to have for tonight. Because they have one extra free lobster, we ordered the lobster set for two people.


原味湯頭,不過由於海鮮太多,後來完全成了海鮮鍋湯頭了~

菜盤,跟一般的涮涮鍋份量近似,不過由於這兒的肉和海鮮太多,感覺上菜盤的份量就有點不夠。

梅花豬,還不錯。

培根牛,有點可惜,這個套餐的組合不能更換,我們會想換成油花更少一點的雪花牛,依過去經驗,油花多的培根牛要煮到幾乎全熟才好吃,而雪花牛則是七分熟左右,若是幾乎全瘦肉的低脂牛一類的牛肉片,則最好在五六分熟享時就起鍋,這時候才是它最嫰的時候!
The beef. As you can see, half of the beef is fat, I recommend you to cook it to almost well-done.


生日禮的生蠔,大蛤蜊,蛤蜊和孔雀蛤,大蛤蜊超好吃,肉超級肥滿,占滿整個殼,一煮開就撈起來,連肉汁都還保留在殼裡,很鮮美;倒是生蠔的熟度不好掌握,煮得太熟了。

作為主餐的「海鮮」大餐,主角是兩隻大龍蝦(聽侍者說,一般主要是波士頓龍蝦,不過現在由於季節不對,所以用其他的取代),這應該是我第一次自己煮龍蝦,和一般涮涮鍋很不一樣,一般都是切薄片的肉,十秒左右就該起鍋了,龍蝦則是以分鐘計算,若沒記錯,服務生建議要煮七分鐘,不過還好可以隨時觀察,不用太擔心,煮到剛好熟就該起鍋囉~
The lobster, shrimp and clams. The shrimp and lobster are so good. I think this is my first time to cook the lobster by myself. So I consult the waiter first and try it. It's not like what we eat at a shabu-shabu restaurant. Usually you cook things for seconds, but for the lobster it's about 7 minutes (if my memory is correct).


真的是太棒了,可以一口吃下這麼鮮甜的龍蝦,超爽的,果然不是一般喜宴會場吃到的龍蝦沙拉可以比擬的,這個價格真的是很划算呀!聽服務生說,這個活動只有300套,賣完就沒有了喔~
It's so good when you can eat it with just one bite, so satisfied. It's totally worthy to pay NTD 1,880 for it, especially you can get two lobsters. As the waiter said, there are only 300 sets can have one extra free lobster.

另外倒是有個有趣的資料,這兒也提供飲料喝到飽,冰淇淋吃到飽的自助吧,不過,裡面卻沒有我女朋友最愛的巧克力口味的冰淇淋,一問才知,原來巧克力口味是大眾的最愛,銷得太快了,庫存已經沒有了,我猜是因為進冰淇淋為了大量購買,必須連帶買一些冷門口味才能用較低的價格採購,在冷門口味吃完前,大概是吃不到巧克力口味了,呵~
Here also has the free soft drinks and ice creams. As the waiter said, people love the chocolate taste of the ice cream, so you may not easy to find it here.

[Japan] 神奈川,箱根,箱根神社 (Hakone Shrine)



離開九頭龍神社,又走了約四十分鐘,終於來到了箱根神社,來此的第一目標,自然就是來跟湖中的和平鳥居拍照,沒想到參觀的大家會很自動地排成一列,每個團體都會幫前一組人拍照,為對方留下美美的照片,真是很棒!
The most famous spot of Hakone Shrine, I believe it's the Hakone Shrine Peace Torii. People will line here to help each group to take photos. The one behind you will take photo for you no matter which country you or him comes from. So everyone can have good pictures here.

走到鳥居前,旁邊有一小片沙灘,還可以在這兒拍個漂亮的360度全景照喔!

拍完照,沿著階梯往上走,沿途便是神社的各項設施,感覺好不一樣,分佈在整個山頭的神社,讓人在各處都能沐浴在芬多精中。
After taking photos for the torii, people walk up the stairs to the Hakone Shrine. It's a shrine in the middle of a forest. It's really comfortable to walking here.

登頂之後便是神社的主殿。
When up to the top, you can find the main shrine and where you can make a wish. It's interesting to see people's wishes.


四處晃阿晃,突然發現,眼前怎麼又出現了九頭龍神社?回台灣後查資料,發現這兒的是九頭龍神社的分社,之前我們參觀的,應該就是本社了~
At a corner on the top, it's interesting that I found the Kuzuryū Shrine. I don't know if they are connected or not, ha~

[Japan] 神奈川,箱根,九頭龍神社 (Kuzuryū Shrine Hongū)

離開大涌谷,接著來到蘆之湖,先去旅館寄放行李,用完午餐之後,打算去參觀箱根非常有名的箱根神社,記得之前做功課的時候,可以在蘆之湖搭公車到附近,然後再走路走個十分鐘左右過去,沒想到在這兒等了快一小時的公車,每部車都跟我說:「沒有到箱根神社,這兒沒有車可到。」不知道是不是因為用英文問的關係,居然沒有人願意說明一下該怎麼過去,有許多人都說日本的公車系統很棒,可惜我的個人體驗實在不是很好...或者,就只是沒那麼友善吧!最後,看了看地圖,決定走路去,直線距離大約五公里,應該一小時左右就能走到了。
PS. 其實還可以搭船到箱根町港,然後再走過去,只是那已經是明天的行程之一了,就有點不想走重覆的路線。
On the second day in Hakone, we stayed at Lake Ashi. After lunch, we tried to take the bus to Hakone Shrine. As I remembered, the bus can only take us to a bus stop nearby, then we may need to take 10 minutes walk (at least) to the Shrine. BUT, every bus driver told us, "Sorry, this bus doesn't go to Hakone Shrine." It wastes us almost one hour to wait for the bus. The bus system in Japan gave me a BIG MINUS again...At last, we decided to walk to Hakone Shrine. The Kuzuryū Shrine Hongū is what we found on the way to Hakone Shrine.
PS. There is another way to go to the Hakone Shrine. You may take the cruise to Hakonemachi-ko then walk there. This is already on my schedule tomorrow, so I would like to take another way there today.

大約走個十五分鐘左右,就會在路旁看到《九頭龍之森》,裡面則有九頭龍神社,算是這趟旅程中,意外發現的好景點,沒什麼人來這兒參觀,可以很平和地在這兒享受森林浴,在這兒的參拜,也很悠閒,可以好好地觀賞這些建物,我們逛了四五十分鐘才悠哉地離開。
The Kuzuryū Shrine Hongū is a really peaceful place. Maybe it's not so famous, no much people here. You can take your time to visit every place and every small spots.


園區裡居然還有個小碼頭,我們就看到兩位日本人在這兒搭著小船就離開了,真的是挺有趣的。
Here is a small harbor which really can take people on a boat. There are two people took the boat here to some other place.


另外還發現了這座位於水中的鳥居,原來除了箱根神社,這兒也有矗立在水中的鳥居,好美~
Not only the Hakone Shrine has a torii in the water, here also has one.






逛了一圈下來,這兒似乎原來有被規劃成一個度假村,只是後來似乎遷走了,入內另外要收個四五百日幣的清潔費,發現這樣一個優美,個人獨享的一個景點,很划算。
Here also seems to be a villa before, but those areas are closed right now. Even though, it's still a good place to look around.
