吃完六千牛肉湯後，還可以到隔壁吃吃有名的集品蝦仁飯，這裡的飯會預先炒過，口感上比較溼潤，搭配肥美的蝦仁，滋味很棒！
After having the beef soup at Liuqian Beef Soup, we went to the Jipin to eat Shrimp Rice nearby. The rice is fried first, it's really delicious with the tasty shrimp.
也可以另外再點個荷包蛋，讓蛋黃流入炒飯的畫面，真是美極了～
To make it even better, you can order an over-easy egg. The photo is so fantastic when the yolk flows into the rice. So good~
集品蝦仁飯：

「意麵」是鹽水很有名的小吃，鎮內有好幾個銷售點，都是一箱 150 元，既然來了，本來想有名的三間都去吃吃看，但沒想到，這一天居然只有阿妙營業，下次有機會再去嚐嚐其他家的手藝。
While writing this blog, I found an interesting website that is generated by the Tainan Government, the English resource of Tainan Citizens. It has the official terms for Taiwanese Foods. Yanshui is famous about Egg Noodles. You can even buy some back to cook by yourself. Amiao is of the Top 3 famous at Yanshui.
菜單還滿簡單的，品項不算多，價位上也比台北再低一些。
Amiao doesn't sell a lot of things which is good for them to focus on cooking these foods fantastic.
滷味的部分則是另外加點，我們點了一大盤作為配菜，挺入味的，好吃～
Besides what you can see on the menu, you can also order some braised dishes.
重點戲的意麵，是稍硬有嚼勁的麵條，配以簡單的滷肉提味，很好吃，一下子就可以吃完一碗；最後一張照片的則是肉燕酥，這應該是我第一次知道還有這種食物，酥脆的餅皮，搭上滷肉，算是OK。
I prefer to eat the Egg noodles without soup so I can taste the flavor and it should be chewier. With the soy sauce from the braised pork, it's really good. A new thing I tried here is the Ròuyànsu. It's a kind of snack. It's fried crispy with some braised pork, for me, the taste is OK.
