[Japan] 大阪,北區,梅田 (Umeda)





大阪的梅田商圈是一個許多人會來此逛街購物的地方,占地很大,我也曾在某篇部落格中看到,她在梅田站裡迷路,在室內搞不清楚方向,一直走不到空中庭園展望台所在的藍天大廈,為了避免這樣的情況發生,抵達梅田站後,第一件事就是先出站,走到平面道路再說,接著只要對著那棟像是雙子星大廈的高樓走去就對了!
抵達後才發現,在一樓居然有聖誕市集,先隨意逛逛,還挺有趣的,回台灣之後才發現,原來台灣也引進了相同的概念,可以帶來更濃厚的耶誕節氛圍~
Umeda is a famous shopping area in Osaka. I had read from a blogger mentioned about he/she got lost in the Metro Umeda, so I leave the metro and come to Umeda on the ground which should be an easier way since the Umeda building is so easy to see. I guess it's because already end of November, there is a Christmas market. Just took a look and then went up to the Kuchu-Teien Observatory.



進了藍天大廈,一路向上移動,忘了在幾樓,發現居然有《灣生回家》的電影海報,感覺有趣,可惜來不及真的進電影院看看。
On the way going up, there is a Taiwanese movie going to be in theater soon, Wansei Back Home. It's interesting.






抵達的時間算早,再加上晴朗的天氣,可以拍出很清晰的大阪市的景色。
The weather is so good and I arrived at a good time.

差不多七點回到地面,聖誕市集打燈之後,果然比較好看,且人潮就多了。

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運大坪林站,滾滾鍋物 (Gun Gun)

雖然天氣還沒開始變冷,但這個晚上就是想吃個鍋物,就在捷運大坪林站找到這間「滾滾鍋物」,和朋友一同前往。
One day night, my friend and I are looking for a hot pot restaurant. We found this one near Metro Dapinglin Station, so we came here after leaving the office.


翻開菜單才發現,單價還挺高的,不是當初以為的,兩個人五六百塊就能解決的一餐,所以後來用這樣的預算,決定點溫體牛鍋,感覺很划算,鍋底加上一盤牛肉只要380元,據服務生說,那一盤是兩到三人份;後來有機會和老闆聊天才知道,這兒的招牌是羊肉鍋,老闆特地去找到的頂級帶皮羊肉,我自己在吃羊肉爐時,也特別愛帶皮羊肉,愛嚼有嚼勁的羊肉,依今晚溫體牛肉鍋的品質,下次再來,我一定會嚐嚐羊肉鍋,讓人期待。
We ordered the Beef hot pot at first. For me, that's because it has higher C/P ratio compares to the Lamb or Seafood hot pot. One hour later, we had a chance to have a conversation with the boss of the restaurant, he told us that the Lamb hot pot is the one he recommends. With the qualify of the Beef hot pot, I may also suggest you try the Lamb hot pot directly.




雖然已有鍋底,我們另外還是點了一盤綜合蔬菜盤(含菇類),這算是這兒的特色之一,菜盤完 全不含火鍋料,就是只用新鮮蔬菜提供湯頭的甜味,真的非常好吃,我就喝了好幾碗湯。
另外還點了全台唯一的羊油拌飯。
Other side dishes you can ordered. We've ordered the rice with suet (mutton fat; mutton tallow) which you can only found here. And the vegetable plate which only includes vegetables, no fishmeal products that is healthier.




這兒是現點現煮的鍋底,因此上菜時,第一鍋已經煮好,老闆也建議這時候就先動筷享用鍋底,等鍋底和肉類吃得差不多了,再開始下菜盤,這樣可以一開始享用熟度剛好的鍋底,之後再熬煮菜盤的甜味進入湯底。
When we ordered it, the chef started to cook it, that means it's already to eat while the waiter put the hot pot on our desk. The waiter recommend us to eat some first, then starts to add the vegetables to release sweet from the vegetables.






必須說,溫體牛肉看起來真的是鮮艷欲滴,據老闆指導,有兩種享用方式,一種是直接放進鍋裡涮,涮個三秒鐘就可以起鍋,非常軟嫩好吃;第二種方式是像台南牛肉湯的方式,把牛肉放進碗裡,舀熱湯進碗裡,把肉燙熟,依個人經驗,大約燙個十秒左右就熟了,但不知為何,我覺得用這個方式燙熟的牛肉比較韌,愛吃有嚼勁的人可以盡量用這樣的方式燙牛肉,不過我個人比較愛涮熟的嫩牛肉,大概只燙了兩片,其他的就是用涮的,既嫩且甜,超讚!
There are two ways to eat beef. One is directly put the beef into the hot pot for only 3 seconds, then it will be perfect medium rare. The second way is put the beef in a bowl then add the boiled soup to cook it. Wait for maybe 10 seconds then it will turn to medium rare. Both way are delicious. For my, I prefer directly put it into the hot pot, which also called shabu shabu in Japanese. The beef is more soft if I cooked it this way.


羊油拌飯,記得上桌後趕快拌一拌,不然服務生和老闆會一直來提醒,因為羊油冷卻凝固之後,可能就沒辦法拌,而且可能就很容易膩,會覺得不好吃;這一碗的確挺好吃的,雖然沒有超出什麼有名的魯肉飯之類,不過還是建議若來了,兩個人可以點一碗嚐嚐味道。
The rice with suet, the waiter will remind you to stir it. Don't wait the suet became cold.


雖然服務生說那盤牛肉是兩到三人份,但我們兩人都覺得不夠,或許是好吃到覺得不過癮吧!再加上老闆又一直說這兒的招牌是羊肉,於是就加點了一盤溫體羊肉,羊肉的煮法就要煮得比較久了,放在湯匙上進鍋裡,利用夾子翻攪,大概是十到十五秒,基本上變色之後就可以起鍋,嫩中帶著一點點嚼勁,很好吃,和老闆聊天,老闆還不願意透露是羊的哪一個部位的肉,只說是某個特殊部位,一隻羊也沒有多少,最頂極的溫體羊肉,的確是目前吃到最好吃的,雖然我好像也沒吃過很多家溫體羊肉,哈~
It seems not enough for us, so I add Lamb. The lamb is really high class. The boss told us to cook it as medium and it's palatable. Because of this, I will directly try the Lamb hot pot if I come back again.


相形之下,表現得中規中矩的飯後甜點。

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運西湖站,Marcus老倉庫 - 內湖店 (Marcus Warehouse)

週六中午,因為要外食,利用Google尋找內湖有名的早午餐店,居然有間餐廳在第一頁就出現兩遍,又剛好離西湖站不遠,決定中午就在這兒吃了! 
On a Saturday morning, I was looking for a brunch restaurant in Neihu. The Marcus Warehouse is on the first page of Google search for twice. So I decided to have a try.




沒想到一翻開菜單,就有點苦惱,選擇真多,有早午餐,漢堡,義大利麵,還有比薩,實在想每一樣都吃吃看。 
There are so many different things, brunch, hamburger, pasta and even pizza. So many choices. 


或許由於一早有去慢跑,吃肉的慾望大過一切,考慮了五分鐘之後,選擇了BBQ夏威夷培根起司牛肉堡,再加上一成服務費,總價是352元。 
Since I went running in the early morning, I select the Hawaiian BBQ Beef Hamburger which is also recommended by a blogger.


店家直接在每個桌子上都放了一瓶水,我覺得這樣很方便,不用還要特地跟服務生要水,或者要自己在店內尋找,到底自助區在哪裡,再自己去倒水。 
It directly provides a bottle of water for each table. This is much more convenient for the customer. Don't need to ask or don't need find where is the table has water to help by himself.


Marcus老倉庫走的是工業風的裝潢,天花板直接拿掉,把管線漆黑,給人一種很寬闊的感覺,吃起飯來也比較舒適,雖然這兒有限時兩小時的用餐時間,不過這些料理,吃起來都還算簡單,時間應該是綽綽有餘。 
The restaurant is really looks like a warehouse. The ceiling is really high and you may feel it's like an open space. 


點漢堡可以再免費加點飲料,對我來說,沒什麼好選的,漢堡就是該配可樂才對味呀! 
When ordering the hamburger, there is a bottle of soft drink as added-on. Hamburger should be eaten with Coca. That's what it should be.





漢堡一上桌就讓我驚訝了一下,這漢堡排也太厚了吧!於是我還特地拍了特寫,感覺應該有兩公分厚,真讓人期待,一口咬下,嘴裡滿滿的牛肉香,真是太令人滿足了,搭配微酸的鳳梨片及其他生菜與醃黃瓜,口味也挺多樣的,真的非常好吃。另外,薯條也很不錯,看來是整顆馬鈴薯直接炸的,都還帶著皮,外皮十分酥脆,內裡仍軟嫰,還有點澎鬆口感,正好就是我最愛的薯條,吃完有在考慮,不知道能不能再單點一份炸薯條?
When I first see the hamburger, it wows me. The patty is so thick, I guess it's about 2 cm. That's fantastic. More meat, and it's more good. The 2nd thing I noticed it's the french fries. It fried a whole potato and that's the way I like very much. It's crispy and with really good taste. I even want a second one when finish it. Today's brunch is really finger-licking.

[Japan] 大阪,北區,木地大阪燒 (きじ)

來到大阪的第一天,決定往北走到梅田附近,既可以逛街,還有新梅田City,既可以上展望台欣賞黃昏與夜景,晚上還可以直接到B1的潼見小路吃晚餐,真是方便。 
When go to Osaka, the Shin Umeda City is a place I strongly recommend to go. At the top, it's the Umeda Sky Building where you can come to sea the sunset and the night view of Osaka. At the basement floor, there is a food court with many good restaurants.




往下走到地下室的美食街,便是這次的用餐地點-潼見小路。 
The food court is also called Takimikoji.






有點像是近幾年在台灣的一股懷舊風潮,這兒的裝潢也很古色古香,散發著50年前,日本街頭的氣味,正好今天要去的木地大阪燒,在四十年前就開業了,還真是符合這個時空背景呀!由於它實在太出名了,要有心理準備至少要等個一小時吧,如果是兩人以上一起來的話,記得一個人先排隊,另一人則可以逛逛這個頗有60年代風格的潼見小路。由於我只有一個人,且又因為在展望台拍夜景擔誤了些時間,很快地拍了幾張照片,就乖乖地排隊了。 
It's decorating with old years, about 50 years ago in Japan. It's really interesting and people may take twenty even thirty minutes here just for the photos. Especially when you decide to eat the restaurant I'm going to introduce, it might be the most famous one here and serves Okonomiyaki.


忘了為什麼沒有拍到菜單,或許是很快就被服務生收走了,拍了牆上的價目表,只記得我點的應該是海鮮大阪燒。
The menu. I forgot why I didn't take a photo for the menu, so I took one on the wall. Anyway, I have a sea food one.














看著大阪燒從麵糊,加入海鮮等配料以及麵條,涮上醬汁,慢慢發散出香味,真的讓人忍不住流口水,這一切都提升了我的期待,或許因此,我反而不覺得非常好吃,雖然料理過程挺讓人享受,但我真的覺得算是普通美食,也許是個人口味不同吧,我真的覺得,或許來到大阪,不一定要吃到大阪燒,雖然自己用小鏟子吃大阪燒挺有趣的。
The chef will cook it just in front of you. Looking it from batter, then add some sea foods, noodles, and then well done. The whole waiting time and process may raise up the expectation. Maybe that's why I didn't feel it's that good as the bloggers mentioned.
