[Japan] 奈良,元喜神雞白湯 (Aoniyoshi)





這家餐廳是行前做功課時找到的,畢竟我要在奈良待一個晚上,除了志津香,應該要再找一家餐廳,發現這兒有道很不一樣的料理,只有在奈良才吃得到的「雞白湯」,這間元喜神雞白湯位在奈良商店街較遠離近鐵奈良站的一側,門口有個中國餐廳(飛天)的大大的招牌,進到室內後的左側,就是元喜神雞白湯了!
The Aoniyoshi is a little bit hard to find. You may need to find the China Dining first, the sign is more big. Then walk in but go to the left hand side, and you'll see it. This is a ramen restaurant which I found via a blogger.




由於太特別,桌上還有說明書說明該如何享用,先享用拉麵(或是沾麵),再把剩餘湯汁,白飯及生雞蛋倒入碗中,加熱幾分鐘後,就是一碗熱騰騰的粥品作為結尾。
The most famous food here is Toripaitan Tukemen. I heard this dish you can only eat in Nara, so it tells you how to eat it. First, eat the noodles. And then heat the rice and egg with the soup, it will bring more flavors.




拉麵部分有雞白湯和醬油口味兩種,既然店名都叫做雞白湯,我自然不會去選醬油口味,選了雞白湯味玉拉麵,多了我愛的溫泉蛋。
There are many different types of noodles you can eat with Toripaitan Tukemen, I ordered ramen.




依慣例,單點了「唐揚炸雞」作為配菜,外皮酥脆,內裡湯汁滿溢,好吃極了。
As usual, I ordered fried chicken for the side dish. It's really juicy and chewy, so yummy.














雞白湯味玉拉麵,湯頭很清,可能因為是雞骨去熬煮的,「雞」味挺濃郁,算是另一種拉麵的口味,麵條也算是有嚼勁,再加上好吃的溫泉蛋,這是一碗好吃的拉麵;吃完後,把湯汁全部倒入碗裡,加入白飯,把生雞蛋打散,淋入湯汁,再加熱幾分鐘,就是一碗好吃的雜炊,超香超讚的,不一樣的美食,一樣的高級享受呀!
The Toripaitan Tukemen. The first thing is eating the ramen. The soup is clear, I guess that's because it's made by chicken. Compares to port or beef, it should be clear. The noodles are chewy which I like. After finish them, put the rest of everything into the bowl and add rice & egg, then heat it. The congee is so delicious. It recall the good taste of the ramen but brings more. So good~
