[Japan] 奈良,志津香釡飯 (Shizuka Kamameshi)

志津香釡飯大概是奈良最有名的一間餐廳了,被許多人列為了「必吃」,這天中午約十一點半時,我在前往東大寺途中經過,果然是排了許多人,我猜是因為大部分遊客都只會在奈良待一個白天,基本上只有一餐,再加上是必吃,因此特別多人來此排隊。
The Shizuka Kamameshi is a really famous restaurant in Nara. On my way to Tōdai-ji (around 11:30 AM), there are already many people here. I guess that's because most of the tourists only spend one day in Nara.


當我傍晚逛完春日大社,五點半左右回到志津香,就沒有人排隊了,真是順利呀!建議大家,其實奈良可以待久一點,晚上再來吃志津香,容易許多,或者,很可能就要預估花兩個小時排隊,如果少了,就是賺到。
When I came back from Kasuga-taisha (around 5:30 PM), it's empty here. Here comes an option to eat the Shizuka Kamameshi, stay late then you don't need to wait such a long time (based on other bloggers, it may take 2 hours for the waiting).


忘了拍菜單了,總之,我點了有名的「七種釡飯」,另外拍了釡飯享用指南,先吃中間軟熟的米軟飯,把蓋子蓋回去,再吃一般的鍋巴,最後則是底層鍋巴。
Since it's so famous, I ordered the Nara Nanashu-kamameshi and found there are some tips to teach you how to eat it. Read carefully and I recommend you to follow it, so delicious.


從有涼意的秋末室外,進到室內後,可以喝一杯溫暖的綠茶,作好了享用釡飯的準備。 
The hot tea. Since it's already at night in the end of November, it's a little bit cold, it feels good to have a cup of hot tea while coming to inside.


由於現點現做,大約等了十五分鐘,釡飯上桌了。 
Around 15 minutes later, the set is ready.



配菜與醬菜部分,還算OK。

飯後水果,漂亮,不過只有微甜。

湯,清淡,還不錯。

重頭戲來了,豐盛的「七種釡飯」開蓋,食材看起來果然很豐盛。 
The traditional Japanese rice cooked in an iron pot. It smells really good with 7 different materials which I can't tell them all.




我只能算出其中四種食材,蒲燒饅,牡蠣,蝦子與香菇,其他的,可能就要去官網找介紹了~這鍋飯,超級香,而且米飯煮得粒粒分明,但又很軟Q,真的是厲害,很好吃,或許因此,我似乎吃得太快了,盛到第三碗,似乎只有微微的鍋巴,總之,好吃啦!光是為了這碗好吃的釡飯,的確就值來一趟!
At least have eel, ostreidae (true oyster), shrimp and mushroom. The rice tastes so good, it's grainy, firm rice texture but you can feel it's kind of soft. The side dishes don't matter, the rice is the key which you should come and try it.
