[Taiwan] 台北,捷運西門站,美觀園

在西門徒步區尋找餐廳時,突然看到一間老店─美觀園,1946年就在這兒開始營業了,決定來試試!
I was walking on the street and try to find something to eat. Suddenly, I found there is a restaurant founded 70 years ago Mei Guan Yuan.


一打開菜單,真的是眼花瞭亂,好多菜色,主要以丼飯,生魚片和握壽司為主。
It provides a lot of different kind Japanese food, Donburi, Sashimi and Sushi.


雖然這碗味增湯要50元,但我還是沒想到會這麼大一碗,滿滿的都是大場的魚肉與豆腐,真的是超滿足~
This miso soup is the biggest one I had never had. It's full of fish and dofu. It taste good and it just costs NTD 50.




勝丼,也就是炸豬排丼,飯煮得不錯,只是豬排炸得太老了,乾乾硬硬的,就不好吃了。
The Katsudon. The rice taste good with the soy sauce but the tonkatsu is not good. It's over cooked.


鹽烤軟絲,本來以為會是一整隻,像是之前在居酒屋吃到的,雖然已經切片,依然好吃,可以嚐出鹽烤的香味,再沾點檸檬汁,很棒,可惜看起來應該沒有一整隻。
The grilled squid. I expect to see a whole squid just like the one I had in an izakaya. Even though, it taste delicious and I can tell the flavor of grilled. 


星鰻醋飯,算是普通,星鰻沒有很軟。
The anago sushi. It's OK.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運六張犁站,鴻富麵食館 (Home Food)

在一篇網誌上看到介紹,這是一間升級了台灣料理的餐廳,好奇之下,就找了個時間來這兒吃飯。
One blogger introduces this restaurant which serves high class Taiwan traditional foods. So I found a time to came here to try.


從菜單來看,這兒的招牌應該是蕃茄牛肉麵。
The beef noodle with tomato soup is famous here.


不過,我還是比較偏好半筋半肉麵。
But I still choose Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup which is my favorite, ha~




有件很有趣的事,這兒是有提供免費的麥茶的,但是,我卻也在菜單上看到要價15元的水,挺懷疑會有人花15元買水~
Here is something really interesting. Here has free wheat tea, but it also provides water for NTD 15. This is weird for me. I believe most Taiwanese can drink wheat tea.


燙空心菜,第一次遇到加了這麼多蒜頭的燙青菜,還算不錯。
The boiled vegetable and tonight is spinach.


林東芳一樣,有提供辣牛油。
Here also has the beef butter which is same as Lin Dong Fang.


滷豬心,很難得遇到滷得這麼入味的豬心,也因此,加上沾醬之後,對我來說就太鹹了,反而光吃比較好吃。
The braised pig heart. The heart is full of the soup which also has enough taste for me. The sauce just make it too strong and too salty.








這碗半筋半肉麵很不錯,湯頭還滿清的,麵看來也是手工拉麵,相當地有嚼勁,牛腱肉又很大塊,且滷得很軟,大口咬下,非常好吃,吃完這一碗,讓人覺得好滿足~
The Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup is good. The soup is clear and not so strong. If you prefer strong taste, try to add some beef butter. The noodles are hand-made which is really chewy and delicious. The beef shank is thick but cooked really soft. It's so delicious. After finish it, I felt satisfied.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運雙連站,橫濱家系濃厚豚骨拉麵特濃屋

這間是在Google Maps上找到的餐廳,評價高達4.8顆星,雖然不知為什麼名字這麼長,既然評價很好,有機會就想來試試! 
I found this ramen restaurant on Google Maps with 4.8 stars which is really high. When I had free time, just came here to try.


由於是平日的午餐時間,還有些優惠(三選一):
1. 免費升級大碗拉麵
2. 免費一碗白飯
3. 免費一杯飲料
During the weekday launch time, there are some free services:
1. Ramen can be upgrade to big size.
2. Free rice.
3. Free soft drink.


我選了原味豚骨拉麵,260塊,另外還有辣味(多加了泡菜),還有蔥味,不過最多人點的還是原味;另外,湯的鹹度,麵的硬度也都是可選擇的,由於第一次來,就都先不做改變。
I had the most popular one, the classic ramen for NTD 260.
The 2nd one is spicy one, with kimchi, NTD 280.
The 3rd one will have extra green onion, NTD 300.


一端上桌,就覺得好大一碗,主要應該是那兩片大海苔的關係,其實碗並不深,那兩大片海苔很好吃,尤其在湯裡泡一泡之後,更有味道了~ 
It really looks big because of the seaweeds (or nori), ha~ The seaweeds is delicious when eat with soup.


湯頭真的很濃郁,嚐一口就有很濃,很明顯的豬肉香,好喝,雖然也一如日式口味的偏鹹,在我可接受範圍,還是喝了不少。 
The soup is very good, full of the taste of pig. It's really strong and I think that's delicious.


麵條挺Q的,再搭配濃湯一起吃,好吃;吃了一口青蔥後,終於理解為什麼還可以加蔥,蔥很新鮮,很脆又甜,好吃,同時也融入更不一樣的味道。 
The noodle is chewy and very delicious when eat with some soup. It will provide more flavor. When I eat the green onion, I guess I get why some people will ask for extra green onion. It's so crispy and fresh.



點菜時,服務生有問我叉燒是要肥肉多的?還是瘦肉多?第一次來,一時無法決定,服務生就建議我兩者都嚐一嚐,於是碗裡就有了一肥一瘦的叉燒,我必須承認,偏肥叉燒真的比偏瘦好吃,豐滿的油脂在嘴裡化開的感覺,真是讓人大~滿足,前提當然是要喜歡吃肥肉的人才能享受這樣的美味。
When the waitress asked me if I want the chashu with more fat or less? I don't know how to choose so she recommend me to try both. I have to say, the more fat one is more delicious if you like fat. The fat is more than I expected which might also make it more delicious than I expected. 



唐揚炸雞也是這兒很有名的一道料理,聽到服務生每一桌都會推薦,我也點了兩塊,個頭就比其他常見的炸雞大塊,一咬開,裡面的濃汁也更豐盛,真的好吃,真的是來了就該點。
The fried chicken, which is also very famous for this restaurant. Compares to others, it's big. And may be this is why it's so juicy, so delicious. Two pieces for NTD 90.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運六張犁站,真善美牛肉麵

今晚,在不知去哪兒用餐時,突然想起捷運六張犁站附近似乎有不少不錯的餐廳,Google一番後,選擇了這間「真善美牛肉麵」。
Tonight, I just recalled that someone told me that there are many good restaurants near Metro Liuzhangli Station. So I googled if there is any recommendation and I found this nice beef noodle restaurant, Zhen Shan Mei.


菜單上基本就是各種牛肉料理,本來想點清燉的半筋半肉麵,可惜這兒只有紅燒的,或許下次再來試試清燉的湯頭,這次就點了紅燒半筋半肉麵,140元。
The main menu is simple, just serves different kind of beef dishes. I ordered the Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup as usual. It looks cheap, only NTD 140.


真善美並不大,總共大約十桌左右,我到的時候大約七點初頭,就要排隊了,大約排了十五分鐘才有座位,然後再點餐,這樣也不錯,至少先到的一定是先有座位,不會說都先安排一兩人的小團體,如果五六人以上就可能會等得比較久,算是不錯的排隊規則。
It's not a big restaurant. The photo shows half of it. So, it may always a line before getting food. But I think this is a good thing. The waiter will ask every customer to be in the line and he will arrange a table by the order the customer gets in. It will be always first in and first eat. 

這兒倒是有項服務我覺得很棒,由於翻桌的速度挺快的,幾乎都是才剛收拾,新的客人就坐到位子上了,此時桌面的乾淨程度就很重要,這兒的侍者都會先用溼抹布擦過桌面後,再拿條乾抹布擦一遍,給人的感覺非常好,這樣的服務,在台灣也很少見。
And there is a very good service here. The table may be just cleaned by the waitress when you sit down. The waitress will use a wet rag for the first time and then use a dry rag for the second time to clean the table. This is rare to see in Taiwan.


點餐後,就可以到旁邊的魯味專櫃夾取魯味。
After provide the major dishes to the waiter, people can pick up the braised dishes on the next desk. Everything looks good.


點了豬頭肉,花干與海帶,豬頭肉和花干都很好吃,魯得很軟嫩,且吸飽了湯汁,但海帶就有點差了,太硬了點。
I had the pork, bean curd sheet and kelp. The pork and bean curd sheet are very good, soft and full of the soup. But the kelp is too hard, next time I should try others.


燙空心菜,搭配淋上去的醬汁很好吃。
The boiled vegetable, it uses spinach. It tastes good with the soy sauce.





半筋半肉麵,這兒的麵條似乎以家常麵最受歡迎,可惜我到的時候已賣光了,拉麵則是細拉麵,搭著一點湯汁入口也很好吃,而在我離開時,約七點四十分,連拉麵都賣光了,生意真的相當好呀!
紅燒湯頭挺順口,如果愛吃辣,這兒的辣醬似乎挺出名的,也可以手動多加點。
重點的牛肉與牛筋非常好吃,很大塊且魯得很入味,吃得非常過癮,一級棒!
The Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup tastes very delicious. The noodle is thin and tastes good to eat with some soup. The soup is soft. If you like spicy, I heard that their spicy sauce is very good. Another good thing is that the beef shank is braised very soft but still has the sweet of beef, really good. And the tendon is so chewy, very nice.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運中山國小站,老牌山東水餃大王 (LaoPaiShanDongShuiJiaoDaWang)

大約下午兩點半左右,沒想到在這附近的餐廳大多關門休息了,只好找了間還不錯,在Google上有拿到三顆星的老牌山東水餃大王吃午餐。
It's around 2:30 PM. and most restaurants nearby are closed. So I just choose this one still opened and more than 3 stars on Google.


拿了盤海帶,這是我第一次吃到微辣的海帶,我覺得很好吃,滷得很有味道,很適合開胃。
The appetizer, kelp. It's over my expectation. With a little spicy, it's really good.




點了碗炸醬麵,一上桌就覺得炸醬少了點,大概就剛好夠拌一碗麵,不過,麵條很Q,搭上炸醬倒是很好吃。
Zhajiangmian, also called noodles in soybean paste. The soybean sauce is kind of less but the noodle and the sauce actually are good taste. The noodle is chewy and with the sauce can provide more flavor.




既然叫水餃大王,就來試試它的水餃,還滿好吃的,不過我同意網路上的評價,以一顆六塊錢來說,小了一點點。
The dumplings which this restaurant is famous for. People says the dumplings are too expensive here. For me, I agree with that. It's good but too small for one piece.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運中山國中站,柚居酒屋 (Yuzu Izakaya)

雨夜中,到居酒屋喝一杯似乎是個不錯的選擇,就挑了這間挺有情調的小店。
In a rainy Friday night, it seems to be a good time to have a drink. So I found an izakaya called Yuzu for dinner.


菜單上的樣式不少,可惜沒有今晚想吃的烤小卷。
The menu. It's a little pity that here doesn't serve squid.


免費的一盤酸菜,剛看到時覺得好特別,一般似乎是以花生或是毛豆為主流,我猜裡面還有加了些切小丁的大蒜,讓酸菜除了酸,還帶了一點點刺激的辣,真的是很開胃的一道的前菜。
The appetizer for free, the Chinese sauerkraut. It's very crispy and I believe the chef put some garlic to make it a little bit spicy. And with the sour sauerkraut, it really makes me feel hungry.


大葉明太子飯糰,沒想到這兒第一道就上飯糰,或許是先墊個肚子,然後就可以開始喝酒的意思吧,呵~飯糰烤得外脆內軟,很不錯吃。
The onigiri with Mentaiko. It's crispy outside and soft inside and smells so good from Mentaiko. It's delicious.


小黑牛串,雖然烤到了八九分熟,牛串仍然很嫰,很好吃。
The barbecue beef. I guess it's grilled as medium well, even though, it's still soft and good.


杏鮑菇比較常見的方式是用炸的,但我覺得用烤的更好吃,外皮微焦,但更能鎖住水份,一口咬下,滿口的汁液與香甜,好好吃喔~
The barbecue pleurotus eryngii, also known as king trumpet mushroom, French horn mushroom and king oyster mushroom. It's easy to find with fried. In a izakaya, it's a good place to have it with grilled with can keep more water inside with the natural sweet, so delicious.


牛舌,基本上我覺得是今天最失敗的一道料理,這樣小片的牛舌,吃不出牛肉的鮮美,而且又太乾了。
The beef tongue. It doesn't be cooked well. Too hard. I don't recommend to have it here.


雞肉串燒,雞肉的甜味有烤出來,好吃。
The chicken with green onion. It's really good with the sweet chicken flavor. 


野菇培根捲,烤肉的時候,吃一些青菜培根捲挺不錯的,可以換換口味,而且,這樣烤得軟嫰的培根,有帶豬肉的甜味,相當地好吃。
The beacon with mushroom. The beacon is grilled really soft and I like it. I like soft beacon that can keep the flavor of pork and it's sweet.


櫻花蝦高麗菜,一上桌就聞到非常濃郁的櫻花蝦香,讓我想要回家自己也來炒一盤,真好吃~
The pan-fry cabbage with sakura shrimp. The smell of the sakura shrimp is so good which make me want to try it by myself. 


季節大香魚,算是中規中矩,不過覺得比不久前在古月炎吃的小條。
The grilled ayu or sweetfish. It's kind of small compares to the one I had in Kogetsuen Yakitori


再配上一瓶Asahi生啤酒,總共970元;今天特地嚐了嚐,我覺得Asahi生啤和台啤生啤的口味還滿接近的。
With a bottle of Asahi beer. Totally cost NTD 970.
