[Taiwan] 台北,捷運南京復興站, 多田壽司屋



在網路上找了一下,發現這間多田壽司屋的評價還不錯,沒想到等到了門口,才發現原來就在Machikaka的隔壁,這樣倒是挺不錯的,進入這條小巷,就有兩種以上的選擇。
When I found this restaurant, I just notice that it's next to the restaurant, Machikaka, which I just visit not long time ago.




看來,多田有上過媒體,菜單上還有推薦菜色;對我來說倒是還好,反正來到日式料理店,基本上就是來吃生魚片跟握壽司的。
It seems that this restaurant was posted on the news in the past, so there are some dishes that were recommended on the menu. But for me, it doesn't really matter. I still ordered the sushi I like.


我點了三道握壽司,海鱺,干貝和比目魚鰭邊肉,三道都很新鮮,很好吃,只是我還注意到,海鱺的肉質偏硬,干貝似乎沒有我在小林食堂吃的那麼甜,比目魚鰭邊肉則是小塊了點。
From left to right, they are cobia or black king fish, bum scallop and engawa. They are all good. The cobia is kind of hard compares to other fishes and the engawa is a little small.


這碗應該是特上生魚片蓋飯,生魚片的種類滿多的,還有一些比較少見,認不出來的魚類,雖然白飯似乎少了點,不過因為我另外點了六個握壽司,這個飯量倒是剛剛好。
The fish don, there are not so much rices. And this is good for me since I had order other 6 sushi. The fishes are fresh and some of them are unusual to found. I was satisfied with it.


挺豐富的味增湯,裡面還有旗魚丁(應該是吧)。
The miso soup is good because there are some diced fishes.


甜點是仙草茶,不知道是不是只能喝一碗,當天侍者倒是主動尋問夠不夠,要不要再來一碗?
The dessert is grass jelly and its official name is mesona. It is a plant in the mint family. I don't know if it's unlimited. At that night, I had a second one. 


由於最後贈送了這一道烤魚鰭,好吃,所以我多要了一碗仙草茶作為完美ending。
A free dessert. It's grilled and really delicious.
