[Taiwan] 台北，捷運南京復興站， 勝田日式豬排專門店 (Katsuda)

某天在南京復興站附近，正不知吃什麼的時候，抬頭時發現有間店位在路邊二樓─勝田豬排，似乎可以嚐試嚐試。 
One night, I was at Metro Nanjing Fuxing Station and don't know what to eat. When I looked around, I found a restaurant which serves Tonkatsu at the 2nd floor, the Katsuda.

看了菜單上的介紹，豬排料理挺豐富的，即然第一次來，就先點了招牌的厚切腰內肉，大份的(360元)。 
I ordered the most popular pork side, or called pork belly.

先上前菜，高麗菜絲，還滿甜的；另外則是沾醬的白芝麻，磨碎後淋上一些豬排醬，沾著厚豬排，挺好吃的。 
The shred cabbage as the appetizer and the sesame for the sauce. You should grind the sesame and add sauce as the sauce to eat with the tonkatsu. The shred cabbage is sweet for eating it directly.

另外加點的唐揚炸雞，典型的日式口味，外皮炸得酥脆，內裡的肉仍然嬌嫰，好吃。 
The fried chicken with Japanese style. It's crispy outside but soft inside and still keep the sweet of chicken.

主食的炸豬排，相當厚的兩大塊，且肉仍微帶粉紅，算是炸得剛剛好熟，麵衣脆，肉很軟，很甜，很好吃，再加上份量又很夠，超棒！ 
The delicious tonkatsu. The batter coating is really crispy and the pork is soft with the sweet flavor. It's really delicious and a lot. That's really good!

甜點的巧克力口味冰淇淋。 
The dessert, ice cream with chocolate flavor.
