[Taiwan] 台北,捷運南京復興站,林東芳牛肉麵 (Lin Dong Fang)


當我在網路上找到這間名店時,還沒什麼感覺,直到我人到現場才發覺,週五晚上八點,居然有十幾,廿人在排隊等候,開始讓人期待等會兒會嚐到什麼美味了!
When I found this restaurant on Internet, the blogger says this is a very popular Beef Noodle restaurant. I didn't really consider about this, there are so many "popular" restaurants on Internet. While I arrived at one Friday night, I was shocked there are around 15 to 20 people waiting on the line at 8 PM. That's really unusual.


如果以第一流名店的價位來看,這兒還算是平價,一碗牛肉麵只要150元,台北市內有些店都要價近兩百了。
Compare to the beef noodle restaurants, the price here is at the general level for a popular restaurant. The normal size of beef noodle is NTD 150.


點了半筋半肉麵,豬頭肉與花干。
I had a Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup with two side dishes.


這兒最有名的小菜是花干,特別不一樣的地方是花干是泡在牛肉湯裡的,所以在吃花干時,裡面吸飽了牛肉湯汁,吃起來自然特別有味道;另一盤的豬頭肉也很不錯,有嚼勁。
I couldn't find an official term for these two side dishes...The left one is pork, and the right is one kind of bean curd sheet (I don't know what it is in English, someone says it's easy to be understand). It's another famous food of Lin Dong Fang.





這一碗半筋半肉麵的確好吃,麵比一般略粗,夠Q夠好吃;牛筋滷得很軟,吃的時候帶點湯汁,嘴裡非常滿足,很幸福的感覺;牛肉片也切得夠厚,加上使用的牛腱還帶著筋,有嚼勁,且能提供不同的口感,很好吃;湯汁雖然看起來好像很鹹,但其實不會,是清燉的牛肉湯,還可以嚐出牛肉本身的甜味。
The Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup is very delicious. The noodle is a little bit thin and chewy. The tendon is really soft and easy to eat. The beef is the beef shank which has more flavor, not just meat. The taste of the soup is lighter than others which you may be able to taste the beef.


如果覺得味道不夠重,旁邊還有辣油可以加,因為我不太吃辣,只嚐試了一點,並不辣,但又能提供更多風味;看了CNN的報導才知,這應該是牛油(或許裡面還另外加了辣味成份,只是比重也許不高),下次或許可以試著多加一點。
If you prefer stronger taste, you can add a dollop of the house beef butter to give it a spicy kick.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運南京復興站,龍一日式燒肉丼 (Lung-I Yakiniku Don)

臨近傍晚,正好在捷運站附近,用手機搜尋了幾分鐘,走路來到了龍一日式燒肉丼來吃晚餐。
Lung-I Yakiniku Don is a restaurant that I found in minutes on Google. It's a small and nice restaurant. 


牆上裝飾著挺特別的百福龍圖。
100 Fortune Dragons as a poster on the wall.


這兒提供的料理不算很多,價位也算適中。
The menu. The main dishes for don are around NTD 100 to 200, and side dishes are NTD 50 to 100. It's general price in Taipei. 


龍一燒肉飯,我覺得這相對比較台式一點,搭配了不少配菜,個人最喜歡的是糖心蛋,這碗飯的米飯也煮得不錯,粒粒分明,再搭上醬汁,很好吃。 
The Pork Don. It's more Taiwanese style with so many side dishes. I like the rice with sauce, very good. The pork is OK.


竹莢魚一夜乾,如其廣告所說,將鮮魚的美味濃縮起來,非常有彈性的魚肉,且吃起來仍有魚本身的甜味,帶點魚汁(魚油?),非常好吃,非常棒,再加上又很大條,吃得好過癮!
Stockfish of Jack Mackerel. It's very good, the fish is very chewy and juicy with more flavor.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運忠孝復興站,土三寒六讚歧烏龍麵 (Dosan Kanroku)

與朋友相約在捷運忠孝復興站附近吃晚餐,由於忘了訂位,餐廳客滿,只好在附近找找,找到了這家名字挺拗口的土三寒六讚歧烏龍麵;一進門就有點不知所措,因為是自助式的,花了些時間才理解,先在窗口點麵,然後廚師才會下麵,沿途所有的配料就看想吃什麼就拿,到尾端才是結帳的收銀機,之後就可以找位子享用美食了。 
One day, I have dinner with a friend. Our first choice is full, we may need to wait 30 minutes. So we walked out and found Dosan Kanroku, the one I'm going to introduce. You have to serve by yourself. First, order the which udon you like and the chef will cook for you right the way. And then, choose all the side dishes or the ingredients. Finally, pay for it.




點了看起來比較豐盛的王子烏龍麵,另外拿了炸雞和炸竹輪為配菜,炸雞和炸竹輪還不錯,這兒最棒的是烏龍麵,非常地彈牙,還帶著湯汁的甜味,非常好吃,再加上山藥,又是另一種口感,很棒!
I ordered the Ouji Udon and with fried chicken, fried chikuwa. The noodle is very, very good. Very chewy and tastes sweet from the soup. When you eat it with Chinese Yam, it's another flavor.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運南京復興站,暴走食舖 (Boso Food)

又來到了週五,似乎該嘗試些比較特別的食物,Google了一番,找到了這家在回家路上的日式居酒屋料理─暴走食舖。
It's Friday, so I search for some food that I may not eat during week days. Boso Food, it's an izakaya, a type of informal Japanese gastropub.


店內裝飾滿簡單的,以水泥牆底色的粗獷風為主,放了幾張暴走風格的海報。
There are some posters represent Boso, the name of the gastropub.


菜單,樣式還不少,其中,燒烤類在八點後,第二串半價,還不錯的優惠。
The menu. For the barbecues, the second one has 50% off if you order after 8 PM.


前幾天,才有同事跟我聊到一種減肥方式,晚餐不吃澱粉,只吃蛋白質與蔬果,正好烤肉第二串半價,決定來試試,就點了一桌的烤物,哈哈~
My colleagues mentioned to me that there is a way to lose weight, no starch for the dinner. For me, it's an interesting thing to try. So I didn't order rice or noodles for the night.


香烤肥腸,外脆內軟,非常好吃。 
Pork Intestines. It's crispy outside and soft inside, and very delicious.


串烤牛肉,牛肉烤得太熟了,肉質偏老。 
Beef. It's well done beef, which means it's not that soft.


串烤雞肉,吃起來應該是雞腿肉,相對來說是有彈性的肉,只是吃不太出來雞肉的甜味,調味又不夠重,平平的肉串。 
Yakitori, I think it's made by chicken leg. It's chewy but the taste is just so so. I couldn't taste the sweet of chicken and nor the flavor of seasonings.


泡菜豬肉捲,跟其他肉串相比,這一串是重口味,不過其實泡菜只有小辣,搭配上軟嫰的培根肉,很好吃的。 
Bacon with kimchi. Compares to others, this one is the strongest. The kimchi is just a little bit spicy and with the nice cooked bacon, taste very good.


蒜烤雞腿排,點來作為主食,但跟雞肉串有一樣的問題,味道太淡,又沒有雞肉本身的甜味。 
Chicken leg with garlic taste. Same problem of the yakitori, there is no any specific flavor.


炙燒明太子阿根廷魷魚,非常好吃,魷魚很Q,再搭上濃郁的明太子,提供了更多樣的口味變化。 
Squid with Mentaiko. This is my favorite for the dinner. The squid is very fresh and very chewy, so good. With the mentaiko, it provides more flavor then just barbecue.


綜合烤鮮蔬,有杏鮑菇,青椒和玉米筍,青菜滿新鮮好吃的,但真的放太多黑胡椒了,搶了蔬菜本身的風味。
Barbecue vegetables. The vegetables, mixed with pleurotus eryngii, green pepper and baby corn, are very good but too much pepper that covers the sweet of the vegetables themselves.
The Pleurotus eryngii also known as king trumpet mushroom, French horn mushroom, king oyster mushroom, king brown mushroom, boletus of the steppes, trumpet royale. Reference from Wikipedia.

總結來說,由於沒有點主食,點了比較多的肉串,因此總價沒有預計的便宜,總共742元,一般台灣居酒屋的均價應該大約要1000元上下吧,尤其有點飲料的話;不過這兒的食物稍微遜色了點,雞肉和牛肉料理得不太到位呀!
As a conclusion, because I didn't order rice or noodles, it's not that cheap for the dinner, totally NTD 742 (includes one soft drink which I didn't take a photo). Compares to other izakaya in Taipei, usually around NTD 1,000. 
For the foods, the chicken is not good and the beef is so so here. Others are delicious.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運松江南京站,牛不花

牛不花,不花在蒙古語中也是牛的意思,基本上這就是一家以自家的牛肉麵自豪的餐廳,從介紹來看,我覺得重點就在其湯頭。
This is a restaurant serves beef noodles with Mongolia style.


於是就點了招牌雪花鍵心雙併白湯麵,還滿少看到名字這麼長的餐點。
I ordered the beef noodles with shank and brisket.


不知是不是蒙古習俗,上了幾片餅乾作為開胃菜,餅乾本身滿好吃的。
It provides some cookies for appetizer. Kind of weird for me, but I don't know if this is really Mongolia style or just a new idea of the chef.


略微奇怪的是這兒還供應酒精飲料,不知背後是不是有什麼故事,所以才把牛肉麵和酒精連結在一起,蒙古天冷,餐餐配酒吃飯?忘了這杯是什麼了,總之是雞尾酒,調酒總是帶著甜味與淡淡的酒精味,滿好喝的。
Here also serves some alcohol drinks. This is cocktail with something I don't remember, it might be mango taste.


除了主餐,另外加點了夫妻肺片,小菜普通,而且料比預估地少,跟之前沒多久吃過的川耗子相比,不太划算...
The side dish is Beef and Ox Trip in Chili Sauce which is just so so and a little bit expensive...




湯頭雖然看起來很濃郁,但其實喝起來沒什麼味道,我的口味在朋友中已經算是清淡的,每次吃飯的沾醬,我都只是沾一下,用來提味而已,但這碗湯真的喝不出味道,淺嚐了一下,就加了些蒜味來提味;除此之外,麵條和牛肉都很好吃,只是就給人一種三者沒有融合,不是整體的感覺。 
The beef noodle is good. The white soup is what the chef very proud of. He spends many hour to cook it. Even it looks really strong, if it is Ramem. In fact, I can't taste any specific flavor. It's so light that the menu recommends the customer to use the meshed garlic to extract more flavor. The noodles and beef shank or brisket are good, really delicious.


甜點,好吃的梅子點心。 
A cute dessert, really nice.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運西湖站,炭為觀止窯烤披薩屋 (Bake King Pizza Pub)

在捷運西湖站附近,有條411巷,是附近許多餐廳,攤販聚集的美食區,在這眾多的中式料理中,炭為觀止提供了很特別的選擇─窯烤披薩。
This is a restaurant very close to Metro Xihu station. Most of the restaurants nearby are Chinese foods, this one is very unique. It serves wood fire kiln pizza.


台灣常見的三種義式料理─披薩,義大利麵和燉飯,這兒都有提供,既然以披薩為名,自然是要嚐嚐囉,我點了一個窯燒香辣花枝披薩套餐,包含了一份雞米花。
It provides pizza, pasta and risotto. All these three kinds of food in Taiwan are called Italian foods. I ordered a 9 inches pizza of squid. And plus NTD 88 and have a set with side dish, soup and drink.


自助式的蕃茄湯,可無限續碗。
The soap is unlimited, so you should ladle out the soap by your own.


不錯吃的雞米花,外脆內軟,也不油膩,挺適合搭配披薩的。
The popcorn chicken, crispy and chewy. Good.



披薩上桌之後,有點懷疑是不是上成了海鮮披薩,不過...管他的呢,反正有蝦有花枝,還有蟹肉絲,很好吃,真的讓人感慨,披薩還是要吃窯烤的才美味,一般烤箱烤的就是差了一點,這間就是我方便的好選擇!
I guess the chef gave me the pizza with seafood, not squid. Anyway, the pizza is delicious with lots of seafood. I like the taste with crispy crust and not too much cheese but full of fresh foods.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運中山站,酒留米日式精食居酒屋 (Kurume Izakaya)

這天,人在捷運中山站附近,想找間日式餐廳作為晚餐,用了App在附近尋找,沒想到走了走,來到這間離捷運站其實有點距離的日式居酒屋─酒留米。
What I was at the Metro Zhongshan station, I use Google maps try to find a good restaurant for my dinner. So I found this Japanese restaurant, the Kurume Izakaya.


而且這附近的巷弄稍微有點混亂,明明兩步外就是中山北路,但彎進來的巷子卻都叫做華陰街,找不到56巷,幸好靠著Google地圖的定位,還是順利找到。
It's a little weird that the address is on Zhongshan North Road, but the alley nearby all called Huayin Street...Anyway, Google maps guide me to find the restaurant.


一坐下來,桌上放著一付碟筷加一粒花生,吃完後可作為筷架使用。
Every seat already has the chopsticks, a plate and peanut. When finish the peanut, the shell can be the chopsticks holder. 




翻開菜單,發現這兒的烤物不多,因此沒有點很多食物,多點了一瓶北海道網走的白啤酒,挺順口好喝的,不過,價格偏高,一瓶280元,我本來以為會是玻璃瓶裝的,結果卻是易開罐...
After reading the menu, it doesn't serve much barbecue stuff. I just ordered a little and had a bear from Hokkaido. It's kind of light bear, very smooth. But the price is a little bit high. What I expected is 500 or 600 c.c. in a glass, not just 350 c.c. can for NTD 280.


烤雞心,切薄片後烤得火候相當一致,很香,也保留了雞心的Q度,好吃。
Chicken heart. It's sliced for easy heating. Smells good and very chewy. Delicious.


烤雞腿肉,表皮微焦,內裡鎖位水份,非常多汁,烤得很棒!
Chicken leg. Juicy and chewy taste of the chicken leg which is the best.


松阪豬炒水蓮,出乎意料地大盤,水蓮很青脆,非常好吃,吃得非常過癮。
Fried white water snowflake with Matsusaka pig. The white water snowflake is very crispy and fresh, very delicious. 




明太子炒烏龍,烏龍麵很Q,算是簡單的美味!
Yakiudon with Mentaiko, an easy, simple and delicious main dish.  

東西好吃,只是上菜順序和我預期的不一樣,我以為會是晚餐模式,先上炒烏龍+炒水蓮,然後再上烤物讓我配啤酒,結果店家提供續攤模式,先上酒,接著上烤物,讓同桌的人好好聊天,等真的準備要散場時,再上水蓮和烏龍麵讓大家吃飽,實在有點不符合我的預期呀~
The food is good at Kurume Izakaya, but the style is a little bit different than I expected. I though it should serve the Yakiudon and Fried white water snowflake first. After I finish them, I can enjoy the barbecue and the bear for my dessert. In fact, it's totally different. The chef provide the bear and barbecue first for those friends just after work to have something to eat and chat or even complain something from work. Ha, I think this is the style of Izakaya in Japan.
