[Taiwan] 台北，捷運忠孝復興站，土三寒六讚歧烏龍麵 (Dosan Kanroku)

與朋友相約在捷運忠孝復興站附近吃晚餐，由於忘了訂位，餐廳客滿，只好在附近找找，找到了這家名字挺拗口的土三寒六讚歧烏龍麵；一進門就有點不知所措，因為是自助式的，花了些時間才理解，先在窗口點麵，然後廚師才會下麵，沿途所有的配料就看想吃什麼就拿，到尾端才是結帳的收銀機，之後就可以找位子享用美食了。 
One day, I have dinner with a friend. Our first choice is full, we may need to wait 30 minutes. So we walked out and found Dosan Kanroku, the one I'm going to introduce. You have to serve by yourself. First, order the which udon you like and the chef will cook for you right the way. And then, choose all the side dishes or the ingredients. Finally, pay for it.

點了看起來比較豐盛的王子烏龍麵，另外拿了炸雞和炸竹輪為配菜，炸雞和炸竹輪還不錯，這兒最棒的是烏龍麵，非常地彈牙，還帶著湯汁的甜味，非常好吃，再加上山藥，又是另一種口感，很棒！
I ordered the Ouji Udon and with fried chicken, fried chikuwa. The noodle is very, very good. Very chewy and tastes sweet from the soup. When you eat it with Chinese Yam, it's another flavor.
