[Taiwan] 台北,捷運港墘站,川耗子南北麵典

某天黃昏,在內湖737巷附近找餐廳,由於看到某拉麵店的評分很高,找到了這一帶,沒想到拉麵店沒開,最後就在隔壁的川耗子南北麵典吃晚餐,我是做好了會被辣慘的心理準備推開大門,沒想到...
One day, I was going out for dinner in Neihu. To be honest, I was looking for the Ramen restaurant, but it was closed on that day. So I just choose the one next door, the noodle from Sichuan Province. When saw it, I had the expectation it will be spicy.




先點了蕃茄牛腩麵作為主食,雖然看起來好像有不少辣油,不過吃起來不辣,麵條很Q,很好吃,牛腩也還算大塊,挺好吃的一碗的牛肉麵,在快吃完時才發覺它的威力,看來湯頭應該加了不少花椒去熬煮,後來就開始冒汗,也感覺到舌頭麻麻的,算是另一種體驗。
The famous noodle from Sichuan in Taiwan is Beef Noodle, so I ordered it. The noodle is delicious and springy. And the beef is a big piece of sirloin, very chewy. Even it looks red, it's not spicy for me who doesn't really eat spicy foods. I guess the chef put many Chinese red pepper, so it tastes numb and still make me sweat.



小菜則點了燙青菜和夫妻肺片,有趣的是在查找夫妻肺片的英文翻譯,原來在2008年北京奧運時,曾經為了中式料理而推出了料理的官方翻譯,查不到網路版本的內容,沒想到卻在兩篇報導中查到不一樣的翻譯,就一起寫上來了。
I also ordered two side dishes. One is Boiled Vegetables and the other is Pork Lungs in Chili Sauce or Beef and Ox Trip in Chili Sauce. 

整體來說,口味還是比一般的台式料理重了點,不過有個優點是麻辣,而不是紅辣椒的刺激性的辣,讓比較不能吃辣的人也可吃出食物的美味,雖然吃到後面舌頭就麻了...另一個優點是餐廳附有冰水跟冷氣,吃飽後就可以降溫之後再離開,哈~
Generally speaking, all these three dishes have more strong flavor than usual Taiwanese foods. It's good. And they are not spicy, but numb. And I still sweat a lot. A good thing is that the restaurant has air condition and ice water. After I finish them, I sit in there for 5 minutes to cool down, ha~
