牛不花,不花在蒙古語中也是牛的意思,基本上這就是一家以自家的牛肉麵自豪的餐廳,從介紹來看,我覺得重點就在其湯頭。
This is a restaurant serves beef noodles with Mongolia style.
於是就點了招牌雪花鍵心雙併白湯麵,還滿少看到名字這麼長的餐點。
I ordered the beef noodles with shank and brisket.
不知是不是蒙古習俗,上了幾片餅乾作為開胃菜,餅乾本身滿好吃的。
It provides some cookies for appetizer. Kind of weird for me, but I don't know if this is really Mongolia style or just a new idea of the chef.
略微奇怪的是這兒還供應酒精飲料,不知背後是不是有什麼故事,所以才把牛肉麵和酒精連結在一起,蒙古天冷,餐餐配酒吃飯?忘了這杯是什麼了,總之是雞尾酒,調酒總是帶著甜味與淡淡的酒精味,滿好喝的。
Here also serves some alcohol drinks. This is cocktail with something I don't remember, it might be mango taste.
除了主餐,另外加點了夫妻肺片,小菜普通,而且料比預估地少,跟之前沒多久吃過的川耗子相比,不太划算...
The side dish is Beef and Ox Trip in Chili Sauce which is just so so and a little bit expensive...
湯頭雖然看起來很濃郁,但其實喝起來沒什麼味道,我的口味在朋友中已經算是清淡的,每次吃飯的沾醬,我都只是沾一下,用來提味而已,但這碗湯真的喝不出味道,淺嚐了一下,就加了些蒜味來提味;除此之外,麵條和牛肉都很好吃,只是就給人一種三者沒有融合,不是整體的感覺。
The beef noodle is good. The white soup is what the chef very proud of. He spends many hour to cook it. Even it looks really strong, if it is Ramem. In fact, I can't taste any specific flavor. It's so light that the menu recommends the customer to use the meshed garlic to extract more flavor. The noodles and beef shank or brisket are good, really delicious.
甜點,好吃的梅子點心。
A cute dessert, really nice.
