[Taiwan] 花蓮(Hualien),五霸焦糖包心粉圓

吃完扁食,下一攤是五霸焦糖包心粉圓,一個我之前都沒聽過的冰點,不過似乎挺紅的,在晚上九點半左右,還是好多人排隊,老闆想收攤都不行,客人沒停過~
When finishing the won ton, next stop is a restaurant for ice. So hot, and then so cool. Ha, ha~ This is kind of Taiwan style.


其實選擇不多,不過以那繁雜的工序,如果樣式多點,恐怕就更忙不過來了~
There are not many choices, just some minor difference about what inside the ice. If it's winter, user might select hot desserts, but not today.




五霸焦糖包心粉圓算是一般刨冰的變形,固定提供十餘種的內容物,然後在冰上加煉乳,就成了這一道五霸焦糖包心粉圓,滿好吃的,甜味相對糖水來說,比較柔和,只是冰的部分稍微少了點,有一點點不過癮~
This is my first time to try this and there are so many sweats under the ice. It's really delicious. Usually I don't try so many, because I may focus to have more ice to cool down.
