[Taiwan] 台北,捷運大安森林公園站,小林食堂一間壽司

從外觀來看,這間小林食堂感覺還挺低調的,反而讓人有種或許很高級,很貴的感覺,特別有點期待今晚會吃到什麼!
The Lin Canteen, it's a Japanese restaurant near Daan Park. The restaurant looks low-key from outside which makes me have higher expectation.


菜單出乎意料的簡單,以丼飯套餐為主,今天不太餓,不想吃太多飯,就點了握壽司套餐,沒想到吃飯過程中,左右瞧了瞧,似乎在場客人有八成以上都點了握壽司套餐,似乎這才是這兒的招牌菜!
The menu is simple, it provides 11 main dishes as a whole set includes appetizer, salad, barbecued fish and miso soup. I ordered the Sushi set.


前菜的沙拉,份量不多,剛好開開胃,準備接下來的生魚片大餐,哈~
The salad for appetizer. The fresh vegetables tell me, ready for the fishes.


刺蝦軍艦卷,蝦子本身不大,不過挺甜的,很好吃。
The stab shrimp roll. The raw shrimp is sweat and fresh, very good.




炙燒甘貝握壽司,這大概是我無論到哪間日式餐廳必點的一道握壽司,這種既大且厚的甘貝超好吃,非常甜,加上一點醋飯,這一口非常滿足。
The bum scallop. The scallop is very thick and sweat. The scallop sushi is always good especially when the scallop is thicker. This one is good and sweet. 


炙燒旗魚握壽司,雖然有記得用薑片和白蘿蔔洗洗口中的味道,但這道旗魚的印象還是不深刻,記得還算是不錯,可吃得出鮮甜味。
The bum swordfish. I guess I didn't have a chance to eat bum swordfish before. It's fresh.


右邊的鰤魚是今晚唯一的「生」魚片,哈,真是有趣,今晚大多數的握壽司都是用炙燒的方式料理,而不是生吃,這塊鰤魚很厚,相對來說很有嚼勁,提供不一樣的口感,好吃~
左邊的炙燒海鱺,口感就比較脆一點,也算是不錯的搭配。
The right one is Japanese amberjack. This is the only raw fish in this meal which is a little bit interesting. I thought sushi should always be raw, but most of today's are bum fish. Anyway, it's kind of chewy and sweet.
The left one is cobia or black king fish. It's sweet and delicious.


手捲,裡面有包魚,只是不知道是什麼魚,還算不錯吃~
The temaki / hand roll. There are some fishes in the roll but I don't know what it is. Even though, it's still good. 


炙燒鮭魚,必須說,鮭魚就是軟,嫰,甜,好吃!
The bum salmon. The most soft fish tonight, really delicious.


燒烤胸鰭,這似乎是一般比較少人吃的部位,我倒是挺喜歡的,或許是運動得多,這部位的魚肉挺嫰,且還大塊的,吃起來很過癮。
The grill pectoral fins. I like it. When eat a whole fish, the part is what I like to eat.


料滿多的味噌湯,好喝,而且還可以加湯,這在冬天是一項非常好的服務,可以喝得非常暖再走出店門。
The miso soup. It's good and you can ask more for the soup which should be a really good service in winter.

整體說來,這兒的握壽司做得很好吃,而且醋飯的份量是稍微偏少一點的,這樣才不會沒吃幾個就覺得飽了,可以放開心地享用美食,非常棒,讓人會想再來試試小林食堂的無菜單料理,午餐一千,晚餐一千五,至於今晚,則是506元(460+10%)。
In general, the sushi is good here and the rice for each sushi is a little bit light with much more fish. So people can try a lot fishes and don't be too full. This is a good thing for a good Japanese sushi restaurant. Next time, I should try the meal without menu, for lunch is NTD 1,000 and for dinner is NTD 1,500. For tonight's sushi set, total is NTD 506.
