[Taiwan] 台北,捷運南京復興站,蘭芳麵食館 (Lan Fang)

蘭芳麵食館設計得挺有古風,有點三四十年前的老店,聳立在台北街頭的感覺。
Lan Fang, the design looks like a traditional store from 30 years. It looks really interesting on the street. 


牆上也有木條標示了菜單,另一面牆上則是介紹了這兒的特色菜,由於我基本上不吃辣,這次沒有點到蘭芳小麵,若有和朋友再訪的機會,我會嚐嚐。
It highlights the famous foods of Lan Fang, and also the menu.

每桌都會附上點菜單,價位還算中等,只是我個人可能點得太多了...
The menu, I think the price is OK, just general price in Taipei.

川味筍香哨子麵,初看其實有點像酢醬麵,在拌麵的時候,超級香的,讓我一直流口水,麵條也是Q彈有勁,唯一稍微有點可惜的,醬料稍微少了點,沒辦法每一口都是醬料加上麵條一起入口,好吃;備註,網路上看到的哨子麵似乎是會辣的,但這一碗一點都不辣。
The Whistle Noodle, or called Saozi mian. Before eating the noodle, you should use chopstick to stir/mix the noodle, the sauce and the vegetables. During mix them, the delicious smell comes out and will make you feel really hungry. The noodle is really good.

滷味,這兒點的滷味滷得火侯夠,且又都切成薄片,吃起來入味,相當好吃,我點了海帶,生滷豆皮和豬耳朵。
The Braised Dishes, includes the kelp, bean curd sheet and pig ear. They were sliced very thin and braised really soft. That make them delicious.

燙青菜,醬汁調得不錯。
The Boiled Vegetables. The sauce is good and make it more flavor.

豆腐湯,由於看到牆上的介紹而點,不過我卻覺得這湯似乎不完整,豆腐和湯是兩個獨立的個體,豆腐滷得很夠味(六小時),但是湯卻熬煮得幾乎沒味道(十二小時),理論上可能要豆腐和湯一起入口才能調和這兩者稍微有點矛盾的現象,但即使如此我都覺得有點怪,或許如果能把兩者再放在一起煮個半小時,一小時,會更能融合兩者的味道而成為一道調和的料理吧!
The Tofu Soup. It looks different, not like an usual Taiwanese food. The tofu and the soup are cooked separately. Maybe this is why I feel tofu and the soup are two independent food, not a group. One is too strong, the tofu, and the other is too light. 

自覺點的樣式似乎有點多,但還是吃光光了,總共265元。
Finally, it costs me NTD 265.
