[Taiwan] 台北，捷運劍南路站，金春發牛肉店 (Jin Chun Fa)

金春發牛肉店在內湖也是一間老店了，就位在捷運劍南路站旁，販賣各式各樣的牛肉料理。
This is a really popular beef noodle restaurant near Miramar. Nothing special, just serves beef dishes includes different way to cook and different parts.

菜單上以各種部位的牛料理為主，其他的菜色不多，不過我還沒有機會嚐嚐那些特殊料理，例如牛腦，牛鞭什麼的。
Most of the dishes includes part of a cow, for example fried beef brain which sounds interesting but I haven't had a chance to try.

半筋半肉麵，麵是少見的陽春麵，搭上清燉湯頭，倒是還滿合的，且這兒的清燉湯有濃郁的牛肉味，非常好喝；牛肉和牛筋都是煮得剛好，仍然有嚼勁的好吃！
I had a Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup with two side dishes. The tendon isn't soft but with the chewy taste, a good to way to eat the tendon. The soup is light and full of the fresh and sweet of beef. It's hard to find a restaurant to provide such original taste of the beef soup. 

沒想到這兒一盤燙青菜要60元，所以我點了50元的水蓮，有點出乎我意料的，是個冷盤，水蓮仍然挺脆，還帶著水蓮的甜味，挺好吃的。
The White Water Snowflake. I have no idea it's cold. Usually I order boiled vegetables in such place. The white water snowflake is cheaper, so I tried it. Even it's cold, it's still crispy and keep the sweet of vegetables. It's good.
