[Taiwan] 台北，捷運南京復興站，三友拉麵慶城店 (Three Friends)

某天下班前，Google了一番，找到了這間在回家途中的拉麵店，三位好朋友合作一起開的店，就順路來品嚐。
The restaurant is designed really Japanese style. Since the bosses are friends with 3 people, so called "Three Friends."

我點了招牌之一的豚骨無敵拉麵，會點它單純只是因為料最豐富，哈～
I guess the Tonkotsu Ramen is one of their famous dish, so I try it because it has the most side dishes on the noodle.

點的時候完全沒發現，配料裡居然有甜地瓜(甜馬鈴薯？)，雖然稍微有點奇怪，甜地瓜本身料理的不錯，還滿好吃的。
The most interesting side dish, the fried sweet potatoes. To have something sweet while eating ramen is kind of weird but interesting. 

湯頭是豬大骨湯，沒有純日式那麼鹹，還不錯喝；麵是挺有嚼勁的細麵，建議搭配一些湯汁會更好吃，更有味道；叉燒則是比較軟嫰的口感。
The soup is cooked by pig bones, but not that salty. The noodle is thin and chewy, I recommend to eat with some soup which will provide more flavor. The cha-shiu is soft and delicious. 

另外單點了炸雞作為搭配，沒記錯的話，這是用雞胸肉去炸的，挺特別的，比一般雞腿肉軟些，也甜一些，炸得挺好吃的。
As usual, I ordered Fried Chicken as the side dish. If I remember correctly, it's chicken breast which is really unusual. It's more sweet and soft.

店裡有幅三個人的畫作，應該是想要傳遞店主三人的友誼吧！
