[HongKong] 中環,地鐵中環站,大會堂美心皇宮 (City Hall Maxim's Palace)

來到香港,似乎不能不去吃個飲茶,第一天晚上Google了一番,就在第二天一早,搭著地鐵,來到位於大會堂二樓的美心皇宮吃飲茶,就如上圖,外觀上完全沒有招牌,一點都不像是餐廳,但是,不用懷疑,殺進去直上二樓,就會發現許多人在美心皇宮外面排隊。
Yum cha, also known as going for dim sum, is a type of Chinese style brunch tea, which involves drinking Chinese tea and eating dim sum. Hong Kong is a place which famous of the culture of Yum cha. This morning, I go to the City Hall Maxim's Palace to try Yum cha.


這一台就是排隊機,依人數不同分成不同的組別在排序,我在週日早上十點半左右抵達,要等大約20組人,不過中間似乎有些人等不及離開了,最後只等了約30分鐘,十組左右就可以入內用餐了。
This restaurant is so famous, so it has a kiosk for waiting.Just input how many people of your group, and you will know how many groups are in front of you. For example, I wait for about 20 groups, it takes only 30 minutes I guess. I don't know why, but some people just get the ticket and leave. I guess I may only wait for 10 groups of two people. And the time I arrived is around 10:30 A.M. at Sunday morning.




坐定位之後,基本上就沒有人會來招呼了,接下來就是跟從桌旁經過的侍者拿點心了;在此之前,看了下菜單,基本茶資,一人19港幣(假日),且每樣心在港幣35~56元之間,老實說,真的是貴呀!看到價格的當下,我就覺得回台灣之後,應該找家飲茶店好好地吃吃這些點心,印象中,台北的飲茶餐廳不是每樣點心只要台幣50~100元,價格怎麼會差這麼多呀!
The menu. For the tea, it's 19 HKD per person on holiday. For weekdays is 17 HKD. For dim sum is from HKD 35 to 56. When I know the price, the first idea come to my mind is I have to eat yum cha in Taiwan when I back to Taipei. As I remember, the price of dim sum in Taipei is TWD 50 to 100, which means only 1/2 compares to here...



既來之則安之,先吃個過癮再說,等了五到十分鐘之後,終於看到推車經過,選了奶皇流沙包,沒想到,內饀反而沒有台灣那麼地飽滿,不用那麼小心,不會流得到處都是。
Anyway, since I'm here. I should try all the dim sum I want. Wait for about 5 to 10 minutes, I find the first thing I want, the Steamed egg custard bun.


鮮蝦腸粉,這是一道十分簡單的美味料理,加點醬油,有嚼勁又有味道。

蝦餃,我覺得裡面應該還有蟹腳,一口咬下,海鮮的味道超級濃郁,超好吃,在台灣真的是沒吃過。

粉蒸鳳爪,味道上和台北差不多,不過我覺得比台北吃到的更軟嫰,口感上更好吃。

灌湯包,這一道我覺得普通,雖然可看到有不少干貝,口味上不算突出。

蟹肉燒賣,不知道是不是差不多吃飽了的關係,這道燒賣我覺得還好。
The pork siu mai with crab roe.

這一餐吃下來,總價大約400港幣,是我在香港,最貴的一餐,呵~
Total costs around HKD 400, it's the most expensive one I had in Hong Kong.
