當我在安排香港的行程時,我發現原來香港的粥和台灣不同,香港的粥是把米也一起熬煮到幾乎消失不見,讓湯頭變得非常濃郁,除了食材的美味,還會有米粒的香甜味道,於是就在第四天早上,我來到了洪利粥店吃粥作為早餐。
When I search for the foods in Hong Kong, people says that congee is one thing I should try. It's really different than those in Taiwan. So I came to Hung Lee to try it for my breakfast.
菜單,看得我眼花瞭亂,四五十種粥以上,實在是有夠難選,稍微好一點的,是基本上價格還OK,大約都落在港幣20~40元間。
The menu, most of them are around HKD 20 to 40.
最後選擇狀元及第粥,算是可是吃到最多料的粥,豬肝,豬心,豬腸等等,基本上各部位都有,火候也拿捏得很好,都很軟嫰,舀一勺粥,香味滿口,真的是好吃極了~
I ordered the Pig Intestine Mix, there are pig's liver, heart, intestine and so on. It's superb. You may not eat rice inside but the flavor of rice may full of your month. The internal organs cooked really soft and tasty. It's really good if you like the taste.
