[Taiwan] 宜蘭,礁溪,冒煙的石頭,一泊三食之三食 (Smoking Rock Resort)

在預計冒煙的石頭時,若能在兩週前預付訂金,旅館會多贈送一餐,免費的無菜單料理的晚餐,於是,這次的小旅行就變成了一泊三食的養肉之旅~
If you can pay the down payment two weeks before your stay, you will have the free dinner at the Smoking Rock Resort. Which means you can have the afternoon tea, dinner, and the breakfast on the 2nd morning just like us. It's really good.


Check-in時,就會拿到三份餐券,包含下午茶,晚餐與隔天的早餐,當天由於Check-in時間已是下午四點初頭,櫃檯人員還提醒,由於餐點分量挺大,是否要放棄下午茶?由於自認食量比一般人略大,自然是回絕了,大家就參考一下下面照片,若太晚到,是否要放棄囉!
When you check in, you will receive the meal tickets like above for the meals. Remember to bring it with you for each meal.


下午茶的部分是一人一杯飲料再加上兩盤小點,上面這是梅子冰沙,份量真的很足,至少在500cc以上,可能有750cc也說不定,酸酸甜甜的梅子味還不錯,挺好喝的。
Each person can have a soft drink for the afternoon tea. This is the smoothie with plum taste. Sour, sweet and cool, it tastes good.










兩盤小點就有點中西合併了,有鹹點三明治,蔥油餅,還有甜點鬆餅,蔓越莓,起士蛋糕,倒是餅乾類很少,頂多就是那個類似核桃蛋塔,有點酥脆的口感,整體來說很不錯吃,尤其兩個蛋糕都只是微甜而已,不會容易吃膩,個人有點不喜的是起士蛋糕的奶油太多了。
The desserts and cakes. The desserts are not so sweet, that's the flavor I prefer. Only one thing I might have a little complain. It's the cheese cake, there is too much cream.


晚餐部分則是帶著輕鬆的心情,六點準時到B1等著廚師上菜。
由於我們抵達時只剩下五點半與六點兩個用餐時段,不確定是否還有更晚的用餐時間,雖然理論上應該要有,畢竟有不少人可能更習慣七點,甚至快八點才用餐。

There is no menu for the dinner. You just eat what the chef prepared.


今晚除了主菜是魚和蝦二選一之外,其餘料理都是一人一份的。
第一道是櫻桃沙拉,印象中是非常清淡,微甜的沙拉醬,非常棒地把主角讓給了兩片櫻桃鴨胸肉,嫰但仍然帶著有嚼勁的Q度,非常好吃。
The salad with cherry valley duck. The duck breast is chewy and tasty. It's appetizing for the following food.


生魚片與握壽司,這道料理很明顯是吃粗飽的料理,魚肉給得很大方,大片而且又厚,滿嘴都是魚片的鮮味,只是或許退冰得不夠,甜味比較出不來,至於另兩片握壽司,我相信廚師應該沒有接受過相關的訓練,色香味,三者皆普普。
The sushi and sashimi. This is the one which I think it's not good. It's easy to say that the chef doesn't know how to cut the sashimi and make the sushi. It's just OK.






炒飯配一盤百香果蓮藕,微辣的炒飯,炒得粒粒分明,偏重的口味,搭上甜甜酸酸的百香果蓮藕,很特別,也挺好吃的。
The fried rice with sweet lotus root (passion fruit taste) as the side dish. It's yummy. The rice is dry and a little bit hard which I like, although it's also spicy which I didn't expected. It's zesty.


主菜各點了一魚一蝦,魚是炸馬頭魚,魚肉十分鮮美, 嫰Q,好吃。
The fried tilefish (also called horsehead). The fish is fresh, soft and sweet. So yummy.


蝦則是天使紅蝦,算是不錯。
The shrimp.


接著是一盅雞湯,且雞肉還不少,又大塊。

接著還有一根豬肋排,烤得非常軟嫰,很輕鬆地就可以把豬肉剝下,享受肋排肉的甜美。
The rib. It's soft and just a little sweet, tasty.


最後附上一盤炒水蓮,輕脆的口感,正好中和一下前面的吃下肚的各式肉味,呵~

很甜的各色水果。
整體來說,晚餐的份量還真不少,好吃又能滿足地吃到各種肉,有家禽的鴨胸,雞塊,海鮮的馬頭魚或天使紅蝦及生魚片,還有四隻腳的豬肋排,蛋白質補充得超級多;只是,不知道是不是泡溫泉真的消耗許多熱量,還是六點實在是太早吃飯了,近半夜時還是出門買宵夜了,哈~

隔天早上,則是在一樓享用buffet式的早餐,一下樓就小小地驚訝了下,居然這麼豐盛,民宿很少看到有這麼多樣的早餐,以中式來說,有地瓜粥,還有十樣搭配粥的小菜。
The breakfast is all you can eat and it serves a lot of foods. The first area is congee with sweet potatoes and the side dishes for congee that Taiwanese may have.


偏西式一點則是青菜沙拉吧,我完全不考慮作為早餐的區塊,只知道樣式不少,哈~
The second area is the vegetables and salad that someone may eat really light for the breakfast.


在角落,則放了三樣比較油一點的台式早餐,蔥油餅,蘿蔔糕和雞蛋豆腐。
The third section is kind of local foods include scallion pie (also called scallion cake), radish cake and egg tofu (or I found someone called it Wrinkly Old Man Tofu).




另外還有算是正餐區的料理,鴨賞,炒青菜,火腿片,炸雞塊等等;另外則是我沒有拍到照片的飲料區和西式麵包區,飲料有熱豆漿,熱牛奶,冰的養樂多,西瓜汁,甚至還有優格,真的是非常豐富,每一區塊都有許多選擇。
And others may have fried vegetables, meats and so on.


由於東西樣式多,又煮得好吃,很難得的,我吃了非常多的早餐,上面的份量,我吃了兩盤,第三盤則是配粥的小菜加一碗地瓜粥,為了健康,我又拿了一盤水果,真的是超爽啊~
The food is really good, I have two plates as above and one plate with the side dishes for congee, and one more plate with the vegetables. For me, I usually just eat a little for the breakfast. Today, it's more like my lunch, ha~
