[Taiwan] 台北，捷運西門站，無名日式料理 (No Brand Japanese Restaurant)

在一個週五晚上，由於在網路上看到一間不錯的「無名日式料理」店，「無名」感覺上就是很有吸引力，讓人想嚐一嚐，下班後就搭著捷運來到了這間路邊的小店。
The "No Brand Japanese Restaurant", I found it via someone's blog that says it's one of the Top 10 restaurants near Metro Ximen. So I came here to try it on a Friday night.

這間店沒什麼特殊的裝潢，菜單直接掛在牆上，樣式不少，我大概看了三，五分鐘才決定，直接跟小哥點菜即可；雖然一樓看起來似乎不大，二樓也還有座位，而且我用餐的時間已經快八點半了，一樓幾乎滿座，可見有不少人很喜歡。
The menu is on the wall. When you decide what to eat, just tell the waiter. And there are more tables on the second floor.

這兒以生魚片和關東煮聞名，先點了生魚飯(90元)，也就是握夀司，稍稍有點奇怪的「也就是」，哈哈～我好像只有在這家店才遇到；口味上，我必須說挺台式的，米飯被捏得太緊實了，口感不是很好，再加上魚片上的醬油太多，壓過了魚肉的鮮味，對我來說，有點失敗，吃不到魚肉的鮮甜。
It's famous with the Sushi and Oden. Above is the Sushi with NTD 90. The fish is fresh but cooking skill of the chef is bad. There are too much rice in one sushi, so the rice is too tight and hard and taste not good. And the soy sauce is too much on the fish. It covers the sweat flavor from the fish.

關東煮很好吃，這盤大盤要價120元，個人覺得最好吃的高麗菜捲有兩捲，吃得很過癮，和微辣(或許不能稱之為辣味，有刺激性的味道)的醬汁搭得很好，白蘿蔔也煮得很軟，有入味，不錯吃。
The Oden with big size (NTD 120). It's good especially for the cabbage roll. The cabbage with the soy tastes really good. The radish is really soft and with good flavor of the soup.

上週，有朋友請我幫忙找找新店，捷運大坪林站附近的早午餐店，在網路上找到這一家，評價不錯，名字也好記的餐廳(所以今晚才會想得起來，哈哈～)，正好今天晚餐要在附近解決，就決定來試試。

Last week, my friend asked me to introduce some brunch restaurants near Metro Dapinglin Station. I found this one, the Kitchen by the Bald Man. Today, I was here looking for dinner and thought maybe I should try it.

既然是美式餐廳，那當然就選美式食物囉，選了雙層起士牛肉堡。
Since it's an American style restaurant, I choose a burger for my dinner, the Double Cheese Burger.

B套餐附的玉米濃場和大蒜麵包，麵包不錯，有很濃郁的蒜香，加上酥脆口感，很不錯吃。
With B-type set, there are daily soup and garlic bread. The garlic bread smells good and delicious. 

主餐部分，薯條好吃，外表炸得酥脆，內裡仍然軟嫰，我很喜歡這樣的薯條；漢堡口味也很不錯，只是覺得生菜太少，只有一片，漢堡肉也少了點，整體味道感覺沒那麼豐富，沒有美式的濃重肉味，哈哈，大概是今晚想大口吃肉吧！
The fries are delicious. It's crispy outside and still soft inside. That's the way I like for fries. The burger is good, but a little bit not rich enough, too less vegetables and too less meat. In America, I believe the meat should be more thick, at least 1/3 more.

還有個優點是這兒不收服務費，這樣的餐廳，在台北已經愈來愈少見了～
A good thing for the customer is that there is no service fee. Taipei citizens are used to pay extra 10% for the service fee now. A restaurant doesn't charge it is kind of surprise in a good way.

[Thailand] Bangkok & Ko Samui，曼谷 + 蘇梅島(蘇美島)五天四夜行程

下表是這次泰國五日遊的詳細行程，整體來說，五天跑曼谷跟蘇梅島(蘇美島)兩地，太趕了，來不及去逛曼谷有名的百貨公司，當地設計師的小店，雖然在蘇梅島待了兩天半，或許因為第三天早起，還是有一點點急迫的感覺。
Below is the whole schedule of this trip. Generally speaking, it's a little bit rush to go Bangkok and Ko Samui in a 5-day trip. Next time, a 6- or 7-day trip should be better. There is no time to go shopping in Bangkok this time. And because we took a really early flight to Ko Samui, it's tired on the 3rd day.

除了行程，還有幾點小提醒，提醒自己如果下次再去，可以多注意一下。
第一點，泰國的機場就可以辦理非常便宜的4G預付卡，七天，流量1.5G只要泰銖299，比在台灣申請漫遊便宜多了，千萬不要在台灣申請，印象中曾在其他人的網誌看過，在台灣也買得到(或者就可以辦理)，不過以這次經驗，到了曼谷機場再辦，也很方便。
There are some advices when visit Thailand.
First, to have 4G pre-paid sim card in Thailand is very cheap. For 1.5 G data in 7 days, only cost THB 299, that's really cheap compares to apply for international 4G in Taiwan. Just remember to bring an old cell phone to share the WiFi then your phone can communicate with friends like you're still in Taiwan.

第二點，當參觀大皇宮時，一定要記得「穿長褲」，連七分褲都不被允許，因為太熱，我穿著七分褲去，結果為了借褲子，多花了至少半個小時，太划不來了...
Second, when going to visit Grand Palace, don't forget to wear pants, even capri pants are not allowed. Because of that, I spent extra half hours (at least) for waiting to borrow a new pants...which delayed the schedule on the second day...

第三點，第二晚我選擇在Baiyoke Sky Hotel的76樓吃吃到飽，再到樓上觀景台看夜景，我覺得不值得，吃到飽的菜色不怎麼樣，而且還是我最討厭的一種吃到飽─飲料另外單點的吃到飽，超機車；觀景台的夜景還算不錯，但是，我去的時候剛好在整修，或是維護，有三分之一到四分之一被封起來，實在是...
Third, the buffet at Baiyoke Sky Hotel is bad. The food is just so so and the buffet doesn't include drink which is a very bad way to serve buffet. I hate this kind of buffet very much. So, this is a place I don't recommend to have the night view of Bangkok. Although, if we consider the night view only, it should good. But when I was there, it's under maintenance...
 
第四點，到了蘇梅島(蘇美島)，check-in時，其實可以直接跟飯店租機車，第一天我搭了兩趟的嘟嘟車，因為是喊價的，一趟至少都一百到一百五(每個人)，而租機車一天只要三百泰銖，且這還是跟飯店租的價格，很明顯哪一種交通工具比較划算；雖然跟飯店租比較貴，我還是建議跟飯店租，因為他不會把護照收走作為抵押物，護照離身還是相對不安全的，即使可以因此而每天省個一百泰銖。
Forth, when arrived Ko Samui, I strongly suggest to rent a scooter from the hotel or villa. I tried Tuk Tuk first, but it costs THB 100 to 150 (per person) every time. To rent a scooter only THB 300 one day. It's easy to tell which way is cheaper. 
Why I suggest to rent the scooter from the hotel or villa is because they don't take away the passport. If rent from the store, it will check it and take the passport which make me feel unsafe. Even it might only cost THB 200 per day, I still won't do it.
 
最後，由於泰國航空的新規定，從台灣飛往曼谷再蘇梅島(蘇美島)，反向亦同，只要不是兩段都搭乘泰國航空，在曼谷轉機時，行李就必須重新check out再check in，記得要留下至少三小時的轉機時間。
One last thing, if you don't take the Thailand airline to BKK and Ko Samui, you will need to check out the luggage and check in again in BKK. Remember to have at least 3 hours for transfer flights at Bangkok.

沒想到阿那塔拉度假村拍了這麼多相片，需要分成兩篇部落格來介紹，這一篇主要是它的私有沙灘照片分享，以及提供的早餐。
The Villa has its own beach, part of the Chaweng Beach. 

即使才四月，還是只有早晨或是黃昏才適合來，太陽才不會那麼烈，欣賞著白白的細砂，真的很舒服呀～
If go there in early morning or late evening, it's very comfortable and cool. 

旁邊有樹蔭處，還放了幾張吊床，床，不知會不會有人在這兒睡著～
It also provides some beds for relaxing.

稍微高點的地方，就是公共泳池了，雖然不大，玩水，或是稍微游一下，下去泡泡，涼一下很足夠了！
A small pool for people to swim or have fun. 

早餐也是在這沙灘邊吃的，提供的種類相當多，還可以現場煮麵，或者請廚師做歐姆雷特，水果沙拉也很新鮮，真的是很棒的早餐！
Next to the pool, it's also the restaurant. Every morning, we had the buffet here with fresh foods. I like the breakfast very much!

[Thailand] Koh Samui (蘇梅島/蘇美島)，Anantara Lawana Resort & Spa Koh Samui

阿那塔拉度假村在蘇美島上有兩間，一間在拉瓦娜(Lawana)，一間在波普(Bophut，這間可能較新，有些推廣活動)，這次住拉瓦娜，主要是因為交通方便，離查汶沙灘，查汶大街都非常近。
The front desk of the Anantara Lawana Resort & Spa Koh Samui is kind of Chinese style. As I remember, I read some blog mentions about because the big boss of the villa is a Chinese.

一早抵達蘇美機場，就小小訝異了一下，這麼大的度假村，居然沒有機場接送服務喔？看來這大概是蘇美島的慣例吧！於是就搭了「坐滿才開車」的shuttle前往度假村，一人一百五十泰銖；依機場的度假村服務人員所述，蘇美島的計程車非常貴，都喊價，而且三百泰銖起跳！ 
For me, there is one weird thing but it might just work like that in Koh Samui. There is no free shuttle from the airport to the villa. So we had to spend 150 THB per person to take the public shuttle to the villa. If took a taxi, it may be 300 THB or more, said by the waiter of Anantara located at the airport.

由於太早到了，沒辦法check-in，就先去查汶大街上找吃的，稍微晃一下，回到villa時才發現，我們的房型被升級了，從基本房型(Deluxe Lawana Room，NTD 4,700)升級到有游泳池的房型(Deluxe Plunge Pool Room，NTD 8,700)，不知如果當初訂房就訂較高級的，有沒有機會再昇一級呀，哈哈～或許有機會耶，當時服務員就嘗試要我多付一萬元升級到Anatara Pool Villa，不過，一萬元的價差實在是太多了呀～
個人不負責猜測，被升級的原因應該是因為住宿的日子是平日，然後我們又很早就check-in，在調配房型上就非常地有彈性，住了之後，我覺得升級後的房間真的很舒服，以後來這樣的度假勝地，都該早點check-in，看能不能賺到免費升級！
Since we arrived so early, before 11 o'clock. We couldn't check-in at that time. We went for lunch and came back around 1 o'clock, it's so hot to stay outside. We got a good news, our room is upgraded from Deluxe Lawana Room (NTD 4,700) to Deluxe Plunge Pool Room (NTD 8,700). I guess is because we were early check-in and also because it's week days (Monday and Tuesday).

搭乘高爾夫球車，帶著行李(由於服務人員協助拿行李，要準備20泰銖的小費)，來到了這次入住的房號，517，後來觀察發現，奇數號的房間都在一樓，偶數號則是二樓的房間；或許設計師為了給房客有安全感，房門開在後院這一側，用圍牆擋一下中間馬路的行人或行車的聲音。
We took the golf car to take our luggage with us to the room, 517. The odd numbers of the room are the 1st floors, the even ones are the 2nd floors. And maybe because the designer want to make people feel comfortable, the door is open at the back side.

一進門便是發呆亭與玩水池，這次沒什麼利用到發呆亭，還是偏熱，待在房裡吹冷氣比較舒服，玩水池的水，則是白天被太陽曬得溫溫的，沒想像中那麼冰，只能涼一下～
When get in, the first thing is the pavilion and the pool. The pavilion is a good place to relax. But it's so hot during the time we stayed, we still prefer indoor. The pool is so small, just for feel cool.

內部裝潢滿簡單的，很舒服的大床在中央，門旁兩側則是電視與化妝檯，桌面則是一些基本用品，水果，杯子，水等等。
The furniture is simple, a big and nice bed. I slept really well. And one personal table to provide the basic things, the fruit, cups, water and so on.

衣櫥位在床側，提供了浴袍與保險櫃。
The closet is next to the bed with bathrobes. And also the safe box is on the other side.

浴室和房間又隔了一道門，變成半戶外，半開放的空間，再加上這麼熱的天氣，洗冷水澡很舒服，一天洗個兩三次真的很平常，實在有點無法想像如果夏天才來，會是什麼樣的情形...
The bathroom is kind of outdoor bathroom. Here is so hot, every time went out and came back, I'll take a cold shower to make me feel more comfortable. I can't even image that if I came here in summer, how hot it will be...

這間餐廳是到了W Hotel，才花了些時間在網路上找到的，因為Google Maps上的評價很不錯，又在W Hotel附近，走路十到十五分鐘，只是在一個小巷裡，要稍微找一下，一找到就小小地嚇了一跳，居然有中文名字-豐泰園。
I found this restaurant near the W Hotel (10 - 15 minutes by walk) in Bangkok. When I found it in a small alley, I was so surprised that it has Chinese name.

餐廳就座落在彎進巷子不到廿公尺，而且又設計了開放空間，很像是在台北小巷子裡的特色料理，感覺很不錯，也看到了許多歐美人士來用餐。 
It just on the street with open spaces. Maybe because this, there are many tourists to have dinner here.

一拿到菜單，就看到大大的QR code，用微信一掃，原來有中文菜單，還有圖片，真的是貼心，這間餐廳也算是走在科技前端，對觀光客來說，真的是很方便。
翻開菜單，每道菜的平均價格大約在泰銖100 - 150之間，算滿OK的，和朋友聚餐也是無壓力的價位。
When got the menu, there is a QR code on it. If scanned by WeChat, you can find the Chinese menu which helps to understand what you're going to order. New technology makes people's life easier. Another good thing is that it's cheap. Most dishes are under or around THB 150.

辣炒空心菜，不過不太辣，調味偏鹹了點，除了調味，結論是空心菜還是台灣的好吃，菜本身偏老，沒有台灣空心菜的甜味；這道菜有趣的地方在，不知為何，中文菜單上好像叫做炒含羞草，不知道中國是不是真的把空心菜稱作含羞草。
Fried Spinach, it taste good but the spinach itself it's not good enough, not sweat enough. Taiwan has the best spinach.

忘了菜名了，或許是炒海鮮吧！海鮮新鮮，甜，份量也多，好吃！
Fried Seafoods, maybe, I don't really remember. The seafoods are fresh and good. 

炸雞，普普，只是不知為何要把黃瓜切成那個樣子，其實也沒有比較好吃。
Fried Chicken, it's OK. I don't get why make the cucumber like that. It doesn't taste better.

接下來則是最讓我驚訝的，鳳梨炒飯，我不知道原來泰國的鳳梨炒飯就是鳳梨裝盤的，所以看到服務生端著鳳梨上桌時，真的是...不知該說什麼，炒飯炒得不錯，只是或許裝在鳳梨裡的關係，比較偏溼，和台灣炒得乾乾的炒飯不太一樣，或許某些人會不太習慣。
The most impressed dish in this restaurant, the Fried Rice with Pineapple. I have no idea that I will get the whole pineapple as the plate to carry the fried rice. The fried rice is not bad, but it's kind of wet. It might not be the style that Taiwanese prefers. 

最後點了瓶泰國的啤酒嚐嚐，Chang，這應該淡啤酒，滿好入口，挺消暑氣的。
Try Thai bear, Chang. It's kind of light bear. Nice.
