[Taiwan] 台北,捷運大安站,喜樂滿足牛肉麵 (Joy Beef Nuddles)

週五晚上,和朋友在捷運大安站附近找餐廳,經過這家牛肉麵店,看到廣告上寫著「台灣評鑑十大牛肉麵」,雖然不知是什麼單位評鑑的,理論上應該會有一定的水準吧,就決定嚐嚐。
On a Friday night, I met a friend at Metro Daan Station. We tried to find something to eat nearby. When I see this restaurant and find it was one of the top 10 Beef Noodle restaurants in Taiwan (I don't know where this evaluation comes from, don't ask me.) so I decided to try.



小菜和燙青菜部分,算是普通。
The boiled vegetable and the side dishes are so so.


朋友點的紅燒牛肉麵,湯頭出乎意料的溫和,很好喝。
My friend ordered Beef Noodle, the soup is not spicy, tastes good.


我如往常點了半筋半肉麵,麵條是有嚼勁的拉麵,湯頭沒有紅燒那麼重,不過也是很好喝,讓人想一口接一口,此時完全能理解,為什麼老闆會把廣告打得那麼響,「加湯加麵不加價」,雖然進了店裡才發現,加麵只能加一次,不過,今天這卻成為了敗筆,當我們喝完了湯想要去加湯時,卻因為時間太晚,店家已經把東西都收得差不多了,無湯可加...
最後則是牛肉與牛筋,牛肉片實在太薄,實在沒有大口吃肉的fu,讓人不滿足;不過牛筋很好吃,偏硬,很有嚼勁,加上超大塊,超滿足的,只是相較之下,就讓薄牛肉片更顯得單薄...
I ordered the Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup as usual. The noodle is chewy, nice. The tendon is really good, a little bit hard. I like it. The soup is appetizing, make me want to drink more and more. I can totally understand why he has the service for customer to ask free soup. But today, this is a bad service. When we got in the restaurant, it's about 8 o'clock, they are going to close. So they start to clean all the stuffs. When we want to have more soup, it's too late, there is not soup left. Make us feel unhappy.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運六張犁站,花麻辣 (Hua Ma La)

週四晚上,和朋友來到「花麻辣」吃鍋物,沒想到,這個晚上居然沒什麼客人,就我們獨享~
I don't know why, we came here at the Thursday night, and there is no one eating with us. There was just one couple here enjoy the hot pot, just us.





翻開菜單,沒想到單價居然有點高,光是鴛鴦鍋鍋底就要300元,然後每人還要再收人頭費80元,似乎是第一次遇到這樣的店家呀!
To be honest, the price is a little bit expensive. We ordered the Spicy and Clear Broths as the soup which costs NTD 300. Because we have two people, there are NTD 80 for each as the plus. 

雖然如此,這間店倒是有個很不錯的點,前一陣子剛從日本回來,日本不時能夠看到店家驕傲地強調自己用的是日本和牛肉,但在台灣卻很難找到一間這樣的餐廳,幾乎都是使用從澳洲進口的牛肉,這間「花麻辣」正是全部使用台灣CAS認證的牛肉,豬肉與羊肉作為招牌,真讚!
Even though, there is one thing I was really impressive. Couple weeks ago, I just came back from Japan. In Japan, there are many restaurants highlight that they only use the Japanese beef, they are really proud of it. But in Taiwan, it's really hard to find this kind of restaurants. Most of beef are coming from Australia. Here, Hua Ma La, is the one highlights uses the Taiwan beef, pig and lamb. Those were CAS qualified (Certified Agricultural Standards).


店家免費提供熱茶,還不錯,至少不會愈喝愈上火~

店家直接調好的沾醬,不過我喜歡吃原味,只嚐了幾口,有很濃的麻油香。
The free seasoning, it smells really good. I guess the chef put a lot sesame oil.


鴛鴦鍋,白鍋放了番茄與大白菜,可能再加上高湯,還挺甜的,頗好喝;辣鍋也不是單純刺眼的紅,滿柔和的,我甚至還喝了幾口湯,微麻微辣,可以讓我這樣基本不太吃辣的人入口。
The soup, it looks good. For the white half, it's sweet, I think it's because the Napa cabbage. The red half it's kind of soft. To be honest, even I tried the spicy hot pot. Usually I just eat the meat cooked there, but I don't drink it. Here, the spicy soup is kind of soft, I drink some.


可無限續的湯底,鴨血與豆腐,兩者都很軟嫰,要記得讓水滾了之後再吃,讓兩者能夠吸飽湯汁,味道會很棒!
The duck blood and tofu are unlimited. They both are soft and remember to let the soup boiled so they can full of the soup to provide more flavor.



台灣牛,油花挺不錯的,侍者特別說明,燙個六秒鐘就可以吃了,如果喜歡吃五分熟的肉片,可以再短個一兩秒,牛肉真的很嫰,牛肉香滿口都是,好吃呀~
The Taiwan Ox Beef, just put into the pot for 6 seconds, and it's soft and so good.


鴨舌,這是其他部落客很推薦的,我個人是覺得還好,雖然鴨舌的確很軟Q地好吃,或許是個人本來就沒有特別愛這樣,肉不多的美食吧!
The duck tongue, Many people recommend this here. For me, it's chewy and appetizing but I don't know why it's something must eat here. Maybe because you may not have a chance to eat any where else.


千層腐皮與手打花枝漿,這兩都很好吃,腐皮記得要煮到20分鐘以上,這樣可以從內到外都軟嫰無比,帶點微麻辣味,好吃,若未煮到那麼久,就是內層還會有點QQ的,口感也是不錯;花枝丸很好吃,我們今天是下白鍋,可以吃到很多的花枝塊,專心一點也還吃得到花枝的甜味,好吃極了~
The layered tofu and squid paste. The layered tofu may need to be cooked for more then 20 minutes then it will be really soft, so good. The squid paste really has many squid slices which make it has really good taste.



湯底四寶,牛筋,牛肚,牛心管和豬大腸,都煮得軟爛入味,好吃。
The mixed innards includes ox tendon, ox tripe, ox vein and Taiwan pig intestine.which help to make the spicy half more flavorful. 

沒想到,吃完以上,還覺得有點不過癮,我猜是因為肉點得不夠多吧!哈~所以就再加點了一道沙朗心。
After finish above, still feel unsatisfied, I guess it's because the meat is not enough. So I add sirloin.



由於沙朗心比較厚,要煮得比較久,所以還另外送上了一個沙漏,當漏了2/3時就代表好了,如果沙子全部漏完,就過熟了,算是一個有趣的小遊戲,依此煮法,大約是五六分熟的沙朗,還有機會見點血,肉質仍然算嫰,不過會比較有嚼勁,好好吃的。
Because it may need to cook a little longer, the waitress provide a hourglass. When the sand drop 2/3 means the sirloin is OK. It's doughy and tasty.

最後,兩個人大約花了兩千七百元(另外還有盤高麗菜,忘了拍照了~),而且只收現金,算是稍微偏貴,不過肉質很值得,很好吃的一家麻辣火鍋店。
At last, we paid around NTD 2,700 in cash (cash only). I think it is worthy for the Taiwan beef.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運松江南京站,京東燒肉專門店 (Jing Dong)

京東燒肉專門店以其牛肉燒烤而聞名,我想部分原因是這兒有提供代客烤肉的服務,可以幫客人把每一片肉都烤到最美味的火候,再讓客人享用;如果客人想試試自己的功力,那也可以,服務生會幫忙烤一片,同時提供相關訣竅讓客人即使沒經驗,也不會無從下手。
Jing Dong is a famous BBQ restaurant which serves really good beef. And they also have grill-for-you service. The customers can focus on eating and chatting to each other. Don't have to be worried about that you may not grill the beef well. Even the guests select to cook it by their own, the waiter may still demo one piece and tell you the tips to make sure you can try the best flavor of the meat. This is really a nice service.


為了節約時間,火爐底下其實是個瓦斯爐,先用瓦斯將木炭燒紅,再把瓦斯關掉,單純用炭火烤肉,讓客人仍能品味到木炭香。
To shorten the time to wait the charcoal ready, the waiter will use gas to heat it first then use the heated charcoal to grill the meat for you.




這兒最有名的套餐,是最左側的「一頭牛套餐」,會提供十個部位的牛肉,並放在一個牛隻形狀的餐盤上端上桌,可惜一天只有八份,服務生說要提前一個月預約才能訂得到,於是我們兩人就點了「犇鮮雙人餐」,一份2180元,另外再單點了一份無骨雞翅與烤麻糬。
The left hand side one is the most famous one, it provides all the beef cuts which is called the set of whole cow. There are only 8 sets in a day, so you need to book it one month before you really go to eat it. Since we didn't do it, so we order the second one, the beef and seafood set for a couple which costs NTD 2,180.




前菜附上的胡麻豆腐沙拉與泡菜,雖然不知為何要附上泡菜(難道京東是屬於韓式料理體系嗎?),至少口味有一般水準;沙拉的口味比較特別,不是常見的和風醬或是千島醬,還挺清爽的,不錯吃。
The salad and kimchi. Maybe because the BBQ is a kind of strong taste food, the salad is light with tofu. It's good.








牛舌與薄切胸腹肉,牛舌很好吃,略為有點可惜的是,服務生考到剛好熟,之前曾經吃過大約七分熟的牛肉,再加上蔥鹽,味道更嫩,更香甜。
The beef tongue and the plate. The waiter help to grill it to well-done, it's a little bit over for me, especially for the beef tongue. I've tried it as medium-well with the salt and green onion, it's finger licking.






牛小排,和牛橫隔膜與和牛後腰翼板,這三樣都很嫩,最嫩最好吃的,是和牛後腰翼板,這也是服務生個人的最愛,所以他最後一次烤給我們,軟嫩香甜,超級好吃的~
The short rib, beef skirt and chuck flap ribs. The waiter like the chuck flap ribs most personally. It's soft and full of the beef sweet, so yummy.


牛五花肉,有油花的搭配,不過相較前面幾種肉,感覺比較普通,沒有留下特別的印象。
The plank. Compares to the others, it's kind of normal. It's not so impressive.


蒜香蝦飯,蝦子大隻又新鮮,挺不錯的,飯的部分用焗烤的方式料理的,我覺得吃起來挺不一樣,挺好吃的,不過我女朋友就不愛。
The baked rice, also called the rice with baked cheese topping.




蔬菜的部分則有青椒,櫛瓜與杏鮑菇,這部分的確要有經驗才行,服務生就烤得恰恰好,熟了,又能保持裡面的水份,咬下去汁液就跑出來滋潤口腔,洗掉油膩,好吃。
The vegetables, green pepper, zucchini, and king trumpet mushroom. The waiter helps to grilled really nice. They are still juicy.






大草蝦與北海道生食干貝,蝦子算是有水準,生食干貝非常好吃,烤好之後,那個軟嫩中帶著香Q,香Q中帶著大海的鮮甜,超~級好吃的!
The shrimp and scallop. They are yummy, especially the scallop. It's soft, juicy and sweet. So good~


無骨雞翅,這是在部落格上看到的「推薦」菜單,個人覺得還好,雖然不錯吃,但沒有牛肉那麼美味,不足以成為必點料理。
The chicken wings which we ordered because a blogger suggested. He thinks it's something you may not have a chance to eat else where. For me, it's good but not that good as a "must eat" here.


吃完燒烤,最後加點了麻糬作為點心,算是不錯的收尾。

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運大直站,水餃之家

在捷運大直站附近,有家口袋名單的水餃店,因為只有中午才開,一直沒有機會去吃吃,正好這次國慶假期有空,就和朋友一起找來了,真的是一家非常有家庭式風格的餐廳。 
There is a dumpling restaurant near Metro Dazhi Station which I heard it only opened at noon. So, I came here during the public holidays to try it. 


這兒提供的餐點很簡單,主食只有韭菜水餃,一顆六元,其他就是滷味跟湯了,我們總共點了兩碗湯─酸辣湯和豆腐蛋花湯。 
The menu is simple. Only has dumpling with pork and garlic chives (also called Oriental garlic, Asian chives, Chinese chives or Chinese leek). Others are soups, we ordered sour and spicy soup and tofu egg soup.



滷味在滷味區另外單點,我們點了豬頭皮,豆干,海帶和滷蛋,每一樣都滷得很入味,相當地好吃,海帶軟硬適中,這是比較少見的,一般偏硬的比較多;豬頭皮也切得很大塊,吃起來很過癮~ 
The braised dishes are really good here. We had the pork, kelp, and the egg. They are full of the soup which provides good flavor.




25顆水餃一上桌,那一剎那有點小失望,覺得有點小顆,剛好是很適合一口一顆的份量,後來又加點了10顆才覺得剛好,呵~口味上很不錯,其實韭菜味並不重,而且和豬肉香也混合得很好,再加上有彈性的手捍餃子皮,真的很好吃,難怪可以看到許多附近的家庭來此用餐,是健康又美味的一餐。以份量來說,我想一般男生應該可以吃15~20顆吧! 
The dumplings are good. It's not so big, one for each bite. For a general man, I think he can eat 15 to 20. The flavor of the garlic chives is not that strong, and it's mixed really good with the pork. With the chewy dumpling wrapper, which I believe it's homemade, the taste is good. I can totally understand why so many neighbors and tourists come here to have the lunch.



最後是兩碗非常豐富的酸辣湯與豆腐蛋花湯,滿滿的都是料,兩碗中我個人更偏好酸辣湯,因為它不太酸,哈~我其實不喜歡太重口味的調味,一般的酸辣湯大多都是很明顯的酸味,帶一點點的胡椒辣,但這一碗只有微微的酸與微微的胡椒辣,我反而很喜歡;另一碗則是清淡的豆腐蛋花湯,有甜甜的蛋香,也很好喝,只是酸辣湯太特殊,我才會更喜歡。
The sour and spicy soup and the tofu egg soup. They are really rich and the taste is light which should be healthy.
