[Thailand] Koh Samui (蘇梅島/蘇美島)，Issan (Essan)

若翻成中文，這間餐廳叫做「缽」，英文則是 Issan 或是 Essan，店家的招牌或是菜單上使用的就是不同的拚法，應該是都可以。這間餐廳是我前一晚才在旅館找到的，不在查汶大街上，反而有點距離，騎車大約要15-20分鐘，不過值得，這間餐廳真的很棒！
This is a local restaurant that I found when I was there. The name is Issan or Essan, I guess both are OK. The sign uses Issan but the menu uses Essan, ha~ It's a little far from the villa I stayed, about 15 to 20 minutes away by scooter. It's really delicious and cheap.

首先，它有很特別的茅草席，雖然我找到的blog說茅草屋造型還滿好認的，不過大概是因為晚上了，再加上又加蓋了鐵皮屋，我還差點錯過，真的，一眼就覺得，很在地，應該很值得期待！
It has some special tables with the thatched roof. Since there are photos on the wall, it's not so hard to order what people wants to eat.

泰式酸辣湯，好喝，只是對我來說還是太辣，淺嚐一下。
The Tom Yam Kung (Sea Food), spicy and sea food is fresh.

涼拌沙拉(蝦)，或許是道用粉絲取代青木瓜絲的沙拉，很涼爽，好吃。
I forgot the name, it's kind of salad. Very cool and delicious.

碳烤糯米飯，其實我並不知道這道菜的菜名，當時我是拿著圖片給店員，直接跟她說我要這道菜的，烤得外脆內軟，帶著碳烤香與米香，真的很棒！
It might be BBQ rice. I didn't find it on the menu. I gave the waitress my cell phone to show it from a blog to tell her that I want to order it. It's crispy and still with good smell of rice. Good, I like it.

炒飯，而且偏乾式的炒飯，正好合我們的胃口。
The fried rice. It's more dry style which we like, very nice.

碳烤豬後頸肉，帶點肥肉，烤起來很香，很好吃，雖然有些台灣女生不吃肥肉，但真的建議至少嚐嚐，很讚的！
The BBQ pork, with half fat and half lean. Some girls in Taiwan may not like it, but I still recommend to try one.

烤魚，我覺得是鯛魚，吃起來肉質很軟，很嫰，雖然要等20分鐘，不過，吃飯本來就不用趕，很適合點，雖然是稱重算錢，但仍然不算貴，而且，或許因為用烤的，不會有太多的調味，魚本身的味道就很讚！ The BBQ fish. One of the MUST eat from a blogger who love this restaurant. The other one is the BBQ rice. This need to wait 20 minutes which is fine. The fish is very fresh and soft. 

整體來說，我自己會把這間餐廳列為蘇美島個人必吃，如果我再來第二次的話，便宜又好吃，記得上面這六道菜，應該是八百泰銖左右，最多不會超過一千。
In general, this restaurant is my MUST EAT in Koh Samui if I come here again. I don't remember the price for the dinner, but totally should be under 1,000 THB (I guess it's around 800 THB) that means it's cheap but very delicious.

Issan 地址： 查汶海灘(Chaweng Beach) 4169公路上
It just say on the Road 4169, Chaweng Beach. I guess that means use the Google Maps.
