[Thailand] Koh Samui (蘇梅島/蘇美島)，Will Wait

這間Will Wait餐廳，似乎在台灣背包客族群中有點名氣，網路上資料挺多的，好像曾經被某個旅遊節目介紹過。
The restaurant, Will Wait, in Koh Samui is some kind of famous in the backpackers' group of Taiwan. I read from someone's blog that it was introduced by a Travel Show.

除此之外，我覺得它的位子也很棒，就在島上最大的Shopping Mall─Central Festival的對街，這個晚上會到此用餐，單純就是因為，停留在Shopping Mall的門口找餐廳，結果一抬頭就看到它！
And the location of Will Wait is also very good. Just cross the Chaweng Beach Street, it's the only shopping mall on Koh Samui, the Central Festival.

回顧這幾天用餐的餐廳才發覺，島上的餐廳大多都是開放式的，沒有冷氣，自然就沒有牆壁或是玻璃窗/門，來隔絕內外，也算是種特色吧。
Will Wait is an opened restaurant, most of the restaurants in Koh Samui are like this. There is no air condition, so no walls or glasses to separate inside and outside.

這一餐我點了週一特餐，外加一杯芒果冰沙，這樣悶熱的天氣，來杯清涼的冰沙相當地舒服！
烤雞胸肉特餐還不錯，不過我並不推薦，口味上有點太單調了，不夠多彩。
The meal is Monday special, BBQ chicken. Although the chicken is good, but I don't recommend it. The special meal is a total set which is too simple, can't try too many things. 
The Mango Shake is a good thing to have in the summer night. Although it's just April, the temperature can up to 40 degree Celsius during the day time which is really...hot.

朋友就點了三道菜，沙拉，炒飯加上泰式酸辣湯，口味上的變化，就多了～
首先是偏酸的蝦仁，花枝與新鮮洋蔥和小蕃茄，接著是炒得粒粒分明的炒飯，再加上泰式略重的口味，好吃！最後再用清爽，但酸酸又辣辣的湯作為結尾，真的是棒透了！
My friend ordered three things, the Sea Food Salad, Fried Rice and the Tom Yam Kung (Sea Food).
The salad is delicious, it's little bit sour with fresh squid, shrimp and vegetables. A really good beginning for the dinner.
The fried rice is hard and dry which we like. 
The Tom Yam Kung is too spicy for me. I only taste a little. It's good.
