[Japan] 東京,中央區,築地市場 ─ 壽司大 (Sushi Dai)
2010年時我曾經來過壽司大,當時覺得壽司大的壽司超級好吃,這次再來東京,一定不能錯過,幸好有上網做功課,當年我八點半來排隊,十點半吃到的情形已經很難再次重現了,現在八點半來,至少要排三到四個小時才能吃到,依部落客的建議,想在兩小時內吃到,必須四點到,為此,我選了一間很近的AirB&B,走路十五分鐘內就可抵達築地市場,結果我們四點半到,門口的位子已經排滿,排到了轉角,差不多就是我八年前來的位子,真是巧呀!
Last time I went to Sushi Dai was 8 years ago, the sushi here is so delicious. So I decide to came here again. Before doing that, I search blogs on Internet and I found that there are more and more people like Sushi Dai and that makes people wait for a long time to eat sushi. Based the experience, we arrived here at 4:30 AM. Yes, it's 4:30 in the morning, and there are already 30 people before us.
大約六點的時候,我們排到了門口區,拿到了菜單,基本上點Omakase套餐就對了,標準10貫加一貫任意加點,總價4000日幣,只比當年漲了100日幣,算是幾乎沒漲價的。
About one hour later, we moved to the front of Sushi Dai and get the menu. The Omakase set is ¥ 4,000, just ¥ 100 higher than 8 years ago.
坐下後,每人一杯綠茶跟味噌湯,雖然是夏天的清晨,並不冷,但能喝一碗熱湯,暖暖胃,還是很舒服的;為我們服務的,主要是右邊這位娃娃臉廚師,當年我也是坐在他的面前享用壽司,他會說一點中文,會用中文簡單介紹一下吃的是什麼魚,讓顧客不會在吃魚時兩眼一抹黑。
When we sit down, every one has a cup of tea and miso soup. The chef on the right-hand side is the one who served us, and as I remember also the one who served me 8 years ago. From other blogger mentions, he is the boss, or the boss' son of Sushi Dai. He can speak a little of Mandarin to tell you which fish you're eating.
這十一貫生魚片,魚肉鮮美,醋飯也搭配得非常好,照片上看起來粒粒分明,還都泛著魚油光,真的是非常好吃,而且每口都能吃到這麼厚的魚片,真的是大滿足。
老實說, 若再加上等待時間,我個人會說等待時間若在兩小時內,這是值得的,真的會讓食物更美味,但為了不要等超過兩小時,必須在四點,甚至三點半起床,似乎就會讓人再考慮一下,是不是真的要排進行程裡了~
There are total 11 pieces of sushi. The fish is fresh and taste so delicious with the rice. Fantastic!
