[Japan] 東京,中央區,築地市場 (Tsukiji Fish Market)
由於住得很近,我們連續兩天早餐都是在築地市場解決,這兒真的有許多便宜又好吃的東西,雖然這樣吃下來之後,早餐都破三千日幣,算是大大超出預算了,哈~
第一家小店是鮪魚專賣店,就在有名的丸武玉子燒旁邊,當天下午一兩點才逛到這兒,或許快要收攤了,架上的魚肉似乎都有折扣價,我們就看著這一盒鮪魚中腹肉看了許久,印象中還是要兩三千日幣,感覺還是挺貴的,直到旁邊一位日本主婦小聲地跟我們說,已經很便宜了,快下手;於是我們就買了,真的是好肥美的鮪魚中腹肉~
Because we stayed nearby, we came to the Tsukiji Fish Market for two mornings. I collect all the breakfasts we ate here. The first one is a fish store, it sells good thunnus (or tuna). The box we bought is chu-toro. As I remember, it's between ¥ 2,000 to ¥ 3,000. There was a Japanese mistress told us, "it's cheap, just buy it." So we bought it. The taste is so good, so juicy.
這家路邊小吃則是因為可以便宜吃到海膽與扇貝,還挺不錯。
We bought this because it combine two thing, sea urchin (uni) and scallop.
吉澤商店,會停下來就因為有日本和牛四字,想說來到日本,應該要嚐一嚐和牛,就買了一盒,帶回去房間下廚煎一煎,很好吃!
We stopped at Yosizawa because we saw the key word "Yoshizawa beef." Since we stayed in a AirB&B with kitchen, we brought it back and cooked by ourselves. Juicy and delicious.
築地市場還有一項名產─玉子燒,這次嚐試了兩家,大定與丸武,不過因為我本身不那麼喜歡吃甜的蛋,算是嚐過就好,口感挺不錯的。
There are two famous stores sell Tamagoyaki. One is Daisada and the other is Marutake. I'm not a fan of sweet eggs, so I just taste it since it's famous.
築地どんぶり市場則是我這次做功課時找到的餐廳,這裡販售一道特別的料理─鮪魚臉頰肉排丼,因為是第一次聽說,還特地記下地址尋找,再加上築地市場在2017年八月初的火災,讓人擔心了一下,幸好這兒不受影響,照常營業,有吃到好吃的鮪魚臉頰肉排丼,真的像是在吃牛排肉一樣,軟嫰香甜,好好吃喔~
The is the breakfast on the second day we visited Tsukiji Fish Market, Selamat Datang. The most popular one is the Tuna Cheek Steak. It's so good that you may think you're eating steak.
