[HongKong] 尖沙咀,九龍公園 (Kowloon Park) & 香港漫畫星光大道 (Hong Kong Avenue of Comic Stars)
在旅館Check-in之後,稍微上網查了一下,決定晚飯前就到附近的九龍公園散散步,輕鬆一下,從彌敦道與海防道交叉口,清真寺旁的入口進入公園,沒想到路旁開了一排漂亮的黃色花朵,還幫一對香港母女拍了合照,挺不錯的公園。
After check-in the hotel, I decided to take a walk at Tsim Sha Tsui. I entered the Kowloon Park at the entrance on Nathan Road. I don't know what tree they are, the yellow flowers are so beautiful.
在公園的某個角落,找到了這座怪怪的雕像,叫做牛頓的構想,哈~

整座公園挺大的,繞了一陣子之後,發現眼前有條挺有趣的大道,原來就是香港漫畫星光大道,雖然我沒有很迷港漫,只能認出其中的幾個角色而已。
There is an interesting corner in Kowloon Park, the Hong Kong Avenue of Comic Stars. I didn't watch that many Hong Kong comics, so I can only recognize several characters.
超級出名的「老夫子」。

算是聽過名字的「龍神」。
The Dragon Lord.
馬榮成的代表作之一,華英雄。
The Hero Wah of A Man called Hero.
最後則是我最愛的「風雲」裡面的「步驚雲」,真的覺得很有氣勢呀!不像其他的雕塑,好像只是排排站在那兒而已。

[HongKong] 尖沙咀,池記雲吞麵 (Chee Kei)
由於第一天下午基本上在九龍公園附近閒逛,直接找了家在附近巷子裡的池記雲吞麵吃晚餐。
Since I spent my first afternoon in the Kowloon Park, I found a restaurant nearby, the Chee Kei.
第一餐就體會到了在香港吃飯的特色,明明就還有一些位子,但我還是跟別人併桌了...
低頭看著菜單,有好多組合的套餐搭配,想說就吃個原味再加上一盤蔬菜,於是就點了雲吞麵+芥蘭+凍豆漿,65塊港幣,有點感覺了,香港的物價真的比台灣貴。
It's famous for the Wonton noodles. If you only eat the noodle seems to be too less, so the menu provides many different sets. I just order the Wonton noodles, Chinese kale in soup and ice soya milk. The set costs 65 Hong Kong dollars.
還不錯的豆漿,有加糖調味(個人不喜歡完全無糖的豆漿),甜度適中。

上湯芥蘭,的確如傳言所述,雖然梗子看起來很粗一根,但其實被煮得很軟,口感很好,搭上高湯的微甜味,挺好吃的。
The Chinese kale in soup, this one is good. Even the stem is very thick, it cooked really soft. With the sweet soup, it's yummy.
雲吞麵,剛上桌時,我是有點驚訝的,怎麼這麼小一碗?一把麵夾起來,才發現是滿滿的一碗,份量算是很足夠的,不過那麵真的很像是速食麵,比較硬,也比較Q,其實不太容易咬斷,很有嚼勁,挺好吃的;至於雲吞的部分,海味很濃,我猜裡面除了蝦子,還放了不少的蟹肉,或許也熬煮得比較久,鮮味很鮮明,和台灣的口味挺不一樣的,好吃。
The wonton noodles. The noodle is really like the instant noodles in Taipei, very chewy. It's tasty. I guess the chef add shrimp and crab to wonton, the flavor of seafood flavor is really strong. I like it.

[HongKong] 尖沙咀,譚仔三哥過橋米線 (TamJai SamGor Mixian)
在香港的最後一晚,決定輕鬆地在尖沙咀逛逛,搜尋了附近的餐廳之後,決定來譚仔三哥吃吃何謂過橋米線。
The last night I stayed in Hong Kong, I decide to take a walk at Tsim Sha Tsui. After some search, I ate my dinner at TamJai SamGor Mixian.
這兒的名物有二,一是招牌的過橋米線,基本有各式湯頭可以搭配,我就直接選了不辣的清湯,雖然似乎網路上比較推薦的是酸辣湯頭,我比較不習慣的,反而是每樣配菜都必須另外加錢,基本湯底只有青蔥和豆苗,只加點了墨魚丸,共港幣30元;第二名物則是雞翅,選擇了有名的湖南土匪雞翅,小盤的22元。
There are two famous dishes here, the mixian and chicken wings. For the maxian, the customer can select different soups, broth, sour and spicy, and numb and spicy. I ordered the broth taste with cuttlefish balls.
我猜湯底或許是火腿去熬煮的,因為沒有濃郁的海鮮或是豬骨的味道,本身帶點甜味,只是有點胡椒的微微辣味,不錯喝;米線我覺得似乎就是在台灣的那種粗的米粉,只是長度長了很多,成了挺有嚼勁的麵條,很好吃。
The soup is sweet and with a little bit spicy from pepper even I couldn't find pepper in it. It tastes good. The noodle (mixian) is like the think rice flour in Taiwan, but much longer. It's yummy.
雞翅灑上了芝麻,帶了不一樣的香氣,且烤得外皮酥脆,內裡軟嫰,好吃,再加上較重的調味,和我點的較淡的清湯底米線,搭配得很好,好吃!
The chicken wings, I think the black dots are sesame. It smells so good. And the wings have strong tastes. With the light mixian, they're so matched.

[HongKong] 油麻地,廟街 & 興記煲仔飯 (Hing Kee)
廟街,一個由於香港電影才得知的地方,距離我在香港住的飯店不遠,就在第一天晚上來這兒走走逛逛,上圖的牌樓即是位於佐敦道的廟街入口。
The Temple Street is known because of the Hong Kong movies. Since it's close to where I stay, I went here at my first night in Hong Kong. The above photo is the entrance of Temple Street and Jordan Road. And the visitor bus just stopped there to take photos.
一進入廟街就覺得挺有趣的,原來指的是這樣,大家坐在街上享用平民美食的地方呀~
It looks different than the night market in Taiwan. The restaurants are on the side of the street, but people eat at the middle of the street. The restaurants don't have to prepare tables for the customers. It's interesting.
多走幾步路之後,景色從餐廳利換成販售小東西的商家,這些商家占據了街道空間,只剩中間窄窄的一條通道可供行人行走,覺得很像是台北的夜市,只是,都沒有賣吃的店家,而我偏偏對逛這些小東西沒啥興趣,就覺得有點無聊了。
When go north, the style changes. The restaurants get fewer, and more stores to sell some interesting things. But this looks like the night market in Taipei which become a little bit boring to me. So I try to bypass the section to find Hing Kee where I would like to have my dinner.
興記煲仔飯位於整個廟街夜市的北邊,若從佐敦道的入口起算,大約要走15到20分鐘,如果中途有停下來逛逛那些小攤位,可能需時更久。
The Hing Kee Restaurant is located at north of the Temple Street. If you don't stay for the small stores in the night market, it's around 15 to 20 minutes walk.
當我抵達時興記時,其實我是很迷惑的,為什麼有這麼的店面都掛著「興記」的招牌?哪家才是真正的興記呀?我還特地上網確認網友的照片,對了招牌之後才進來,結果一看菜單,原來這附近的六家興記都是同一家,真的是太~誇張了~
When I sit down, I found one thing on the menu which shocks me. Before get in, I was hesitate which Hing Kee is the right one? There are so many nearby. Now, I get it. All 6 Hing Kee are the same one. This cannot happen in Taiwan, have branches so close.
這兒有五六十種煲仔飯,因為是獨自一人,乾脆就點一碗最出名的招牌─北菇滑雞煲仔飯,要價港幣48元,還算平價。
I just order the famous rice in pot, the Chicken & Black Mushrooms w/Rice Pot which costs 48 Hong Kong dollars.
當煲仔飯上桌時,那個鍋看起來好有味道,很有老店的感覺,蓋子一掀開,撲鼻的飯香與雞肉香味,不自覺地會流口水,再淋上店家的醬油,攪拌一翻,光是畫面與氣味就讓人食指大動,粒粒分明的泰國香米,搭配香菇與有嚼勁的雞腿肉,真是好吃極了;稍微有點麻煩的就是要啃一下雞腿肉的骨頭,若是換成無骨雞腿肉,不知香味是不是就少了點。店家另外有自製的羅漢果茶,搭著煲仔飯吃也挺不錯的!
It looks so unique when the waiter put the pot on my table. The pot really looks like was used for decades. When open it, the smell is so enticing and finger licking. Put some soy sauce and stir the rice, the smell even better. The taste is simple, but delicious. Only one thing is not that good, there are bones of the chicken thigh.

[HongKong] 赤柱,The Boathouse
今天本來想去南丫島走走,可惜由於下雨,不想去海灘,於是改成到赤柱來逛逛,這間Boathouse,由於其漂亮的藍色外觀而聞名,不過聽說後來店主由於「風水」的關係,改漆成亮黃色,我覺得,還是很棒!
The Boathouse is a famous building in Stanley because of the beautiful blue in the past. I heard that the owner painted it to this bright yellow because of Feng Shui. Anyway, it's still looks nice!
基本上,我只看到有人拍照,似乎沒有人在此用餐,既然已經來到香港最有異國風情的角落之一,赤柱,那就來嚐嚐吧,於是我點了五分熟的牛肉漢堡,再加上一杯啤酒,總共229元,可惡,沒注意到啤酒沒打七折。
Many people took photos of the building, but I didn't find one to eat here. Since Stanley may be one of the most west style places in Hong Kong, I would like to try some western food for my lunch. So I order the US Prime Beef Burger and a glass of Kronenbourg 1664. Damn, the beer should be 30% off because of the happy hour, the waiter forgot that.
我坐在二樓的窗邊,雖然天氣不佳,這景色還算不錯。
I sit at the first floor next to the window. The view is not bad although the weather is not good.
啤酒還不錯,很順口,只是,十幾分鐘後似乎就略帶苦味,稍微有點特別,不過仍然挺不錯。
The beer is soft and easy to drink at the first. But I feel that it's easy to turn a little bit bitter just 15 minutes later even it's still cold.
漢堡部分,我很喜歡薯條,外皮炸得非常脆,但內裏仍然很軟,很棒的口感,再加上適量的鹽,即使不沾蕃茄醬,也超好吃的;漢堡排很厚,搭配許多生菜,再加上兩片仍帶有豬肉味的培根,很好吃,只有兩個算是口味上的差異,裡面沒有酸黃瓜,以及漢堡排不夠多汁,肉味有點不足,稍微「乾」了一點,口味上的變化少了一點點,算是個人喜好吧,仍算是好吃的漢堡!
I like the french fries which is very crispy outside and soft inside. And the chef adds some salt to provide more flavor on them. It's palatable even without the ketchup. The burger is yummy. I like the beacon still has taste of pork and the thick patty. It's a little bit pity that the patty is not juicy enough although it makes my hands clean when finish it, ha~
