[HongKong] 尖沙咀,池記雲吞麵 (Chee Kei)



由於第一天下午基本上在九龍公園附近閒逛,直接找了家在附近巷子裡的池記雲吞麵吃晚餐。
Since I spent my first afternoon in the Kowloon Park, I found a restaurant nearby, the Chee Kei.


第一餐就體會到了在香港吃飯的特色,明明就還有一些位子,但我還是跟別人併桌了...
低頭看著菜單,有好多組合的套餐搭配,想說就吃個原味再加上一盤蔬菜,於是就點了雲吞麵+芥蘭+凍豆漿,65塊港幣,有點感覺了,香港的物價真的比台灣貴。
It's famous for the Wonton noodles. If you only eat the noodle seems to be too less, so the menu provides many different sets. I just order the Wonton noodles, Chinese kale in soup and ice soya milk. The set costs 65 Hong Kong dollars.


還不錯的豆漿,有加糖調味(個人不喜歡完全無糖的豆漿),甜度適中。

上湯芥蘭,的確如傳言所述,雖然梗子看起來很粗一根,但其實被煮得很軟,口感很好,搭上高湯的微甜味,挺好吃的。
The Chinese kale in soup, this one is good. Even the stem is very thick, it cooked really soft. With the sweet soup, it's yummy.




雲吞麵,剛上桌時,我是有點驚訝的,怎麼這麼小一碗?一把麵夾起來,才發現是滿滿的一碗,份量算是很足夠的,不過那麵真的很像是速食麵,比較硬,也比較Q,其實不太容易咬斷,很有嚼勁,挺好吃的;至於雲吞的部分,海味很濃,我猜裡面除了蝦子,還放了不少的蟹肉,或許也熬煮得比較久,鮮味很鮮明,和台灣的口味挺不一樣的,好吃。
The wonton noodles. The noodle is really like the instant noodles in Taipei, very chewy. It's tasty. I guess the chef add shrimp and crab to wonton, the flavor of seafood flavor is really strong. I like it.
