[Taiwan] 馬祖,東引島,山猴的店

民宿老闆娘推薦的第二家鮮魚店─山猴的店,由於中午被阿兵哥送舊包場了,我們還先打電話訂位,老闆還問是一人四百,還是五百的無菜單料理,由於天氣不佳,沒玩到什麼,只能怒吃,當然就選500元等級,結果吃得超飽,哈~
Before having dinner here, we made a phone call to reserve a table for us. The chef asked how much budget for each people, NTD 400 or 500? Since the weather is not so good these days, we wanted to eat more, 500. And that's really a lot.


青菜是炒水蓮,新鮮爽脆,讓人一口接一口。
Fried white water snowflake, it's fresh and delicious.


印象中是炸的小軟絲,很Q很好吃。
The squid.


黑毛,光這隻黑毛,就值得這一餐,鮮嫰多汁!
The Sea Chub, the official name is Girella leonina.


這算是客家小炒。
Fried dried bean curd.


糖醋魚,算是我比較不滿意的一道菜,因為糖醋料理比較容易出現不新鮮的食材。
The sweet and sour fish. The only one I didn't like.


宮保雞丁,很下飯。
The Kung Pao Chicken.


海佛手,亦稱佛手,要將外殼撥開之後,才能吃到裡面一點點的肉,算是嚐鮮,畢竟在台灣,大概只有在馬祖才吃得到,挺特別的一道食物,不過,我們四個人沒吃完就是了,畢竟實在麻煩了些。
It's Turtles, or capitulum mitella. A really special sea food which you may only find at Matsu in Taiwan.


很大方的一鍋魚丸湯,在這飄著細雨的夜晚,有這一碗熱湯,超舒服。

或許因為老闆好客,或許因為這個晚上只有我們這一桌客人,上完菜之後,老闆拿出櫃子中的東引老酒跟我們分享,也分享他由於喜歡在東引釣魚,最後移居東引開店的故事,好香~
Maybe because the chef just like to chat with customers, or maybe we were the only customer in that night, the chef share some local aged wine with us for free. It's good!
