[Taiwan] 嘉義,嘉義市,劉里長雞肉飯 (Liu Li Zhang Ji Rou Fan)

第三天早上,在旅舍櫃台的建議之下,我們來到劉里長雞肉飯吃早餐,一到就發現KANO的橫條推薦(雖然我不知道KANO在什麼樣的場合進行推薦,呵~),再加上幾乎客滿的人潮,應該是不錯的選擇。 
On the 3rd day morning, we came to Liu Li Zhang Ji Rou Fan for the breakfast by the recommendation from the front desk of the hostel.


看起來很傳統的菜單,除了主要的火雞肉飯之外,還有很多配菜可以選擇,我超愛這樣的菜單,可以點很多道菜,吃到爽! 
The menu, and there are many side dishes for order. Although I usually don't eat too much for the breakfast. With so many things I can order, I just want to try as many as I can.


坐下後突然發現,桌上貼了張小廣告,劉里長雞肉飯準備要在晚餐時段營業了,這或許是個好消息,不再只有早午餐可以吃到。 
It seems that here didn't serve for dinner before and they are preparing (maybe hire new staffs) to opened at dinner time.


全部上桌之後才發現,原來我們點了八道菜呀,哈~真是豐盛的早餐~ 
Totally we ordered 8 dishes. 



火雞肉片飯和火雞肉絲飯我們各點了一碗,米飯都煮得很香,再加上雞油,十分好吃,就我個人來說,我更喜歡肉片飯,大片一點比較容易吃出火雞肉的美味。
The turkey rice, one is shredded and the other is sliced. The rice cooked really well and with the juice of turkey, it's so good. For me, I prefer to have the turkey been sliced, it's easier to taste the sweet of turkey.




  
配菜部分有涼豆腐,炒高麗菜(已放涼),醬油花枝(不點沙拉口味是因為沙拉總是會放太多,那就破壞了花枝的美味了),滷豬皮與荷包蛋,一開始我覺得花枝有點太少,不過由於配菜太多的關係,吃起來其實算是剛剛好,不會吃得太飽;不過,我倒是覺得豬皮的油太厚了,薄一點的話,豬皮應該會更有嚼勁,更好吃。 
The side dishes, we had tofu, fried cabbage (already cool down), squid, pig skin and over-egg. At the beginning, I thought the squid is too small. Since we ordered so much, it's just fit for us. For these side dishes, I just had a small complaint, the pig skin is too fat. If the fat can be less, it should be perfect. 


最後以一碗火雞腳湯結束,好舒服~
The soup with turkey feet. This is the first time I try it. it's light and good.
