雖然位子偏內側,可以透過詢問其他攤商,或是跟著人潮走,倒是不難找,基本上販售的東西就是牛的各個部位,為了一「碗」打盡,直接就點了牛雜湯。
You can easily find it follow the visitors or you may ask anyone there. It serves many different portions of the bovine. We just ordered the Beef Entrails to try most of them.
果然是比我預期地還多料,湯汁還蓋不住滿溢的牛雜,分辨一下,的確是牛肝,肚,心,肉,腰都有,至少也有個兩到三塊,吃得挺爽的,基本上都是煮得比較嫰Q,有嚼勁的口感,配上清燉湯頭,適合一早,輕鬆地開始,如果覺得味道不夠重,可以搭配一點醬汁食用;如果覺得湯喝得不夠,這兒可以免費加湯。
There are so many pieces and you can ask for more soup for free. The soup is light so you may still taste the sweet of beef. If it's not salty enough, you may eat them with the soy sauce.
由於看到隔壁的弟弟手上拿著的春捲(潤餅)看來不錯,接著就到旁邊攤位的蕭家春捲買了一份,蔬菜很新鮮,好吃;調味上老闆娘加了不少糖,所以吃起來是甜的,提醒一下。
Just next to Wang, there is another small vendor, the Xiao's Popiah. There are a lot of vegetables inside and with sweet sauce. It's more like a dessert.
