[Germany] 巴伐利亞州 Bavaria，Goldener Bär

巴伐利亞高級酒店 (Hotel Bavaria Superior) 就是我們這次在貝希特斯加登 (Berchtesgaden) 活動的中心點，沿著旅館前的斜坡向北走，再經過一個大轉彎，就會抵達 Berchtesgaden 的市中心，想逛街，想吃飯，都集中在此，走路大概十到十五分鐘的距離；沿著 305 公路往南，則是 Berchtesgaden 的公車總站 (同時也是火車站)，若再經過圓環向南，則是補給中心，大賣場 Lidl 和 REWE，走路也不過十分鐘，真的是十分方便。
We didn't spend much time in Berchtesgaden, the Hotel Bavaria Superior is just in the middle of where we went. It's really convenient. When going north for about 15 minutes, after a big turn, you will find the center of the town with lots of stores. When going south, it's the bus station and the train station. If you go across the road, you will find the supermarket Lidl and REWE.

第一天 Check-in 之後，天色已晚，就沿著斜坡向北走，到了市中心，只剩少數幾個店家有開，還好的是，大部分的餐廳都開著，是逛街的店面已關，我們就找了一家在 Google Maps 上，4.1 顆星的 Goldener Bär 用餐。
After check-in, we went north to the center of the town. We found many shopping stores are closed. Luckily, we found a restaurant with 4.1 stars on Google Maps is still opened, the Goldener Bär.

放眼望去，東方人與西方人大概各占一半，應該還算是一間當地人也會來吃的餐廳吧！裝潢挺有鄉村風，且服務生也都會穿著巴代利亞服飾，應該也算是一個氛圍特色；另外，這兒是有可能要與人併桌的，我們後來就跟六位商務人士併桌吃飯，也是另一種體驗。
When we sit in, we think this may be a really local restaurant because we also find many western people eat foods here. The restaurant is decorated with Bavaria style and also the waitresses wear the traditional dress. 
I'm not sure if it's common in Germany or in Europe, but it's unusual in Taiwan. You may need to sit with some strangers if the table is for a big group. For example, we sit with 6 strangers since the table is for a group of 8 to 10.

這兒的菜單，基本上是寫德文的，只好利用 Google 大神協助，在點了德國豬腳之後，在不想點兩份的情況下，唯一比較有興趣的是一道咖哩，雖然在這兒點咖哩似乎有點奇特，但就來試試吧！
Since the menu is written in German, we use Google Translate to try to understand what we can order. The first thing is the Schweinekrustenbraten (or Schweinshaxe or haxe which I found when I'm writing this blog). Since we don't want to make it double, we found something interesting, the curry vom schwein mit gewürzreis seems better than others.

咖哩先上，就來嚐嚐看西方人怎麼煮咖哩，不得不說，還挺好吃的，僅有一點微辣，很適合配飯，且那米飯似乎很厲害，Google 翻譯說那是茲維克爾精製的米飯，挺不錯的，雖然感覺有點泰國香米；倒是豬腳有點出乎意料，豬腳本身很棒，外皮很酥脆，內裡的肉也很軟嫩，吃起來真的很好吃，有點驚訝的是旁邊附上了兩個「奧地利丸子」，猜測或許是因為國王湖畢竟是德國向奧地利買的，有相同的飲食習慣應該也不用奇怪，但是，我必須說，那丸子...真的是很不符合我的沒味道，又沒有嚼勁，實在是我很難得，會剩下的食物...
The curry vom schwein mit gewürzreis is good. With a little spicy, it's really good to eat with rice. What surprise me is the Schweinekrustenbraten which is served with die Klöße, I guess that because the king's lake is bought from Austria. The pork is really delicious with the crispy skin and soft meat. But the die Klöße is not my type. That's something I may leave on the plate when I finish it.

依服務生推薦，點了當地的黑啤與白啤各一，雖然是在下著雨，氣溫只有十餘度的夜晚，在溫暖的室內，喝杯啤酒，就是爽！
Even it's wet and cold outside, we still get dark and light bears which is a good start and good ending for this meal.
