[US] California,Los Angeles,Ice Cream Lab
這間店雖然販售冰淇淋,但卻不是一般的冰淇淋,在製作過程中,會加入氮氣讓冰淇淋的口感更好,雖然不確定是不是心理作用,感覺上是有更綿密。
Obviously, this is the place for eating ice cream. Why it called "lab"? Because it makes liquid nitrogen ice cream. Isn't it like a lab to use nitrogen for making ice cream? You may see the process from below three photos.
上面的三張圖,便是加入氮氣的過程,這樣泊泊冷氣外冒的樣子,我想就會讓人更期待等會兒的冰淇淋了!
朋友和我總共點了兩個口味,Roc N' Roca與Banilla,都挺不錯的,好吃;如果有機會到比佛利山莊附近逛逛,順道晃過來吃個小點,休息一下,是個不錯的選擇。
My friend and I, tried the Roc N' Roca and Banilla. Both are delicious. If you have a chance to come to Beverly Hills, don't forget to come here for a cup of nitrogen ice cream.
