[Taiwan] 台北,捷運港墘站,阿宏日式料理 (A Hong)

阿宏是一間平價日式料理,從低消只要120元就可以推估一二。
This is a high C/P ratio restaurant to eat Sashimi with really good quality.


我點了海膽鮮魚蓋飯與兩個握壽司─干貝與炙燒比目魚鰭邊肉,總價只要370元,真的是便宜。
The menu. I ordered Fish Don, Scallops and Engawa. Totally NTD 370.


雖然海膽的數量不算多,不過生魚片挺多的,旗魚,鮭魚,和???(認不出是什麼魚),配上不錯的醋飯,好吃。
The fish don has swordfish, salmon, shrimp, sea urchin and I don't know the last one, ha~ It's easy to tell that the wasabi may not be chemical synthesis. The fish and the sea urchin are very good.






比目魚鰭邊肉與干貝都很鮮甜,好吃。
The engawa sushi and scallop sushi. They are fresh and sweet, very good.


還滿豐盛的味噌湯。
The miso soup is delicious and can really find fish in it. That's a good thing.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運大安森林公園站,小林食堂一間壽司

從外觀來看,這間小林食堂感覺還挺低調的,反而讓人有種或許很高級,很貴的感覺,特別有點期待今晚會吃到什麼!
The Lin Canteen, it's a Japanese restaurant near Daan Park. The restaurant looks low-key from outside which makes me have higher expectation.


菜單出乎意料的簡單,以丼飯套餐為主,今天不太餓,不想吃太多飯,就點了握壽司套餐,沒想到吃飯過程中,左右瞧了瞧,似乎在場客人有八成以上都點了握壽司套餐,似乎這才是這兒的招牌菜!
The menu is simple, it provides 11 main dishes as a whole set includes appetizer, salad, barbecued fish and miso soup. I ordered the Sushi set.


前菜的沙拉,份量不多,剛好開開胃,準備接下來的生魚片大餐,哈~
The salad for appetizer. The fresh vegetables tell me, ready for the fishes.


刺蝦軍艦卷,蝦子本身不大,不過挺甜的,很好吃。
The stab shrimp roll. The raw shrimp is sweat and fresh, very good.




炙燒甘貝握壽司,這大概是我無論到哪間日式餐廳必點的一道握壽司,這種既大且厚的甘貝超好吃,非常甜,加上一點醋飯,這一口非常滿足。
The bum scallop. The scallop is very thick and sweat. The scallop sushi is always good especially when the scallop is thicker. This one is good and sweet. 


炙燒旗魚握壽司,雖然有記得用薑片和白蘿蔔洗洗口中的味道,但這道旗魚的印象還是不深刻,記得還算是不錯,可吃得出鮮甜味。
The bum swordfish. I guess I didn't have a chance to eat bum swordfish before. It's fresh.


右邊的鰤魚是今晚唯一的「生」魚片,哈,真是有趣,今晚大多數的握壽司都是用炙燒的方式料理,而不是生吃,這塊鰤魚很厚,相對來說很有嚼勁,提供不一樣的口感,好吃~
左邊的炙燒海鱺,口感就比較脆一點,也算是不錯的搭配。
The right one is Japanese amberjack. This is the only raw fish in this meal which is a little bit interesting. I thought sushi should always be raw, but most of today's are bum fish. Anyway, it's kind of chewy and sweet.
The left one is cobia or black king fish. It's sweet and delicious.


手捲,裡面有包魚,只是不知道是什麼魚,還算不錯吃~
The temaki / hand roll. There are some fishes in the roll but I don't know what it is. Even though, it's still good. 


炙燒鮭魚,必須說,鮭魚就是軟,嫰,甜,好吃!
The bum salmon. The most soft fish tonight, really delicious.


燒烤胸鰭,這似乎是一般比較少人吃的部位,我倒是挺喜歡的,或許是運動得多,這部位的魚肉挺嫰,且還大塊的,吃起來很過癮。
The grill pectoral fins. I like it. When eat a whole fish, the part is what I like to eat.


料滿多的味噌湯,好喝,而且還可以加湯,這在冬天是一項非常好的服務,可以喝得非常暖再走出店門。
The miso soup. It's good and you can ask more for the soup which should be a really good service in winter.

整體說來,這兒的握壽司做得很好吃,而且醋飯的份量是稍微偏少一點的,這樣才不會沒吃幾個就覺得飽了,可以放開心地享用美食,非常棒,讓人會想再來試試小林食堂的無菜單料理,午餐一千,晚餐一千五,至於今晚,則是506元(460+10%)。
In general, the sushi is good here and the rice for each sushi is a little bit light with much more fish. So people can try a lot fishes and don't be too full. This is a good thing for a good Japanese sushi restaurant. Next time, I should try the meal without menu, for lunch is NTD 1,000 and for dinner is NTD 1,500. For tonight's sushi set, total is NTD 506.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運南京復興站,三友拉麵慶城店 (Three Friends)


某天下班前,Google了一番,找到了這間在回家途中的拉麵店,三位好朋友合作一起開的店,就順路來品嚐。
The restaurant is designed really Japanese style. Since the bosses are friends with 3 people, so called "Three Friends."




我點了招牌之一的豚骨無敵拉麵,會點它單純只是因為料最豐富,哈~
I guess the Tonkotsu Ramen is one of their famous dish, so I try it because it has the most side dishes on the noodle.

點的時候完全沒發現,配料裡居然有甜地瓜(甜馬鈴薯?),雖然稍微有點奇怪,甜地瓜本身料理的不錯,還滿好吃的。
The most interesting side dish, the fried sweet potatoes. To have something sweet while eating ramen is kind of weird but interesting. 



湯頭是豬大骨湯,沒有純日式那麼鹹,還不錯喝;麵是挺有嚼勁的細麵,建議搭配一些湯汁會更好吃,更有味道;叉燒則是比較軟嫰的口感。
The soup is cooked by pig bones, but not that salty. The noodle is thin and chewy, I recommend to eat with some soup which will provide more flavor. The cha-shiu is soft and delicious. 


另外單點了炸雞作為搭配,沒記錯的話,這是用雞胸肉去炸的,挺特別的,比一般雞腿肉軟些,也甜一些,炸得挺好吃的。
As usual, I ordered Fried Chicken as the side dish. If I remember correctly, it's chicken breast which is really unusual. It's more sweet and soft.


店裡有幅三個人的畫作,應該是想要傳遞店主三人的友誼吧!

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運南京復興站,請請義大利餐廳 (Cin Cin Osteria)

當我敲開餐廳大門時,真的沒想到裡面還人聲鼎沸,旁邊還坐了幾位正在等位子,而此時居然已經八點,只剩半個小時可以點餐了,因此我的下一個動作就是回頭開門,準備離開,結果服務生叫住了我,再五分鐘就有位子了,原來我剛好遇到上一輪結束的時間點呀!
When I arrived the restaurant, it's 8 o'clock and the restaurant is still full. I was planing to find another restaurant but the waiter told me to wait five minutes and I'll have a table. And the last order is 20:30.



進門後先左右張望一下,發現這兒有手工披薩,好久沒吃手工披薩了,想吃,所以就在肚子咕咕叫的情形下,點了應該會吃得很撐的一份麵加一個披薩,共計577元(含10%服務費)。
Because I was so hungry and because here has handmade pizza, even I already knew it may be too much, I still ordered one pasta and one pizza. Plus 10% service fee, the total cost is NTD 557.



餐點附的麵包與橄欖油,相對不特殊。
The free bread and the olive oil. I can't tell how good the oil is, just as usual as I tried in other places.


辣味塔香深澳港透抽細圓麵,頗呦口的名字,基本上是以橄欖油為基底的透抽義大利麵,湯汁收得很乾,麵條吸得很飽,本身就很有味道,又有嚼勁,很好吃,透抽應該另外川燙,燙得很剛好,鮮甜味有出來,又保持Q嫰的彈性,很好吃的一盤麵,本來有打算要留一些麵下來,空一些肚子吃披薩的,完全忘記了~
The Spaghettini with Squid, Chili and Basil. I don't know if the taste is Taiwan only or not. At least I didn't find it in US. The sauce is olive oil based and dried to almost cannot see it. So the noodles adsorb the sauce to provide more flavor that makes it really good. And the squid is fresh and cooked really chewy. It's really delicious.


大口吃肉披薩(10吋),由於點餐時太餓,直接就點了肉最多的披薩,好吃,而且吃肉吃得很過癮,只是因為我只有一個人,真的是吃到撐,就會有點膩,只是仍然夠好吃讓我全部吃光光了;難怪這間餐廳在Google Maps上可以拿到4.3顆星,適合三五好友來此吃晚餐,聊是非,進門時有看到咖啡相關器具,應該還可以再配上一杯好咖啡!
The Meat Club Pizza (10 inches), full with homemade sausage, chorizo, bacon, chicken, and beef. It's tomato sauce based pizza. It's good but really too much meat, especially after I finish the pasta. 
This is a good restaurant to eat with friends and chat with friends. The only thing not that good is it closed at 21:30 which is a little bit early. On the other side, this could also be good, ha~

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運劍南路站,金春發牛肉店 (Jin Chun Fa)

金春發牛肉店在內湖也是一間老店了,就位在捷運劍南路站旁,販賣各式各樣的牛肉料理。
This is a really popular beef noodle restaurant near Miramar. Nothing special, just serves beef dishes includes different way to cook and different parts.

菜單上以各種部位的牛料理為主,其他的菜色不多,不過我還沒有機會嚐嚐那些特殊料理,例如牛腦,牛鞭什麼的。
Most of the dishes includes part of a cow, for example fried beef brain which sounds interesting but I haven't had a chance to try.


半筋半肉麵,麵是少見的陽春麵,搭上清燉湯頭,倒是還滿合的,且這兒的清燉湯有濃郁的牛肉味,非常好喝;牛肉和牛筋都是煮得剛好,仍然有嚼勁的好吃!
I had a Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup with two side dishes. The tendon isn't soft but with the chewy taste, a good to way to eat the tendon. The soup is light and full of the fresh and sweet of beef. It's hard to find a restaurant to provide such original taste of the beef soup. 


沒想到這兒一盤燙青菜要60元,所以我點了50元的水蓮,有點出乎我意料的,是個冷盤,水蓮仍然挺脆,還帶著水蓮的甜味,挺好吃的。
The White Water Snowflake. I have no idea it's cold. Usually I order boiled vegetables in such place. The white water snowflake is cheaper, so I tried it. Even it's cold, it's still crispy and keep the sweet of vegetables. It's good.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運松江南京站,古月炎旬肴酒坊 (Kogetsuen Yakitori)

今天下班時已經有點晚了,在捷運松江南京站附近的巷口,看到巷子裡,古月炎的燈籠,就讓人聯想到居酒屋,似乎還滿適合在這樣的夜晚去喝杯小酒~
It's a little late when I left office today. When I saw the lantern, I know it's izakaya which is a good choice for Friday night. It's near Metro Songjiang Nanjing Station.



櫃台上方的黑板,用中文,日文寫著今日特餐,因應每天渔獲不同而有變化,每天基本都會有的料理則列在一般菜單裡。
On the black board, it's the today's special listed in Mandarin and Japanese. On the menu, it's the general dishes for every day.


點了一杯台啤十八天生啤酒,的確比一般啤酒更順口,雖然在半個多小時後,吃最後一道料理時,味道有稍微走掉,估計應該半小時內都能維持好口感。
People should drink some alcohol when walk in a izakaya. I have Taiwan Draft Beer. 


季節野菜,初嚐時覺得比一般的調味要鹹,不會到不能接受,不過不知是不是因為偏鹹,同時也把青菜的甜味很明顯地帶了出來,算是一道有點矛盾的料理,先嚐到鹹味,再吃到青菜甜,如此交錯,呵~
Fried Vegetables, it's kind of salty. An interesting thing is that I also can taste more stronger sweet of the vegetables, It might be why the chef put more salt.


雞肉蔥串,雞肉(有嚼勁的雞腿肉)烤得剛剛好,配上雞皮與蔥段,真是好吃!
Yakitori, it's chicken leg with scallion (green onion). The scallion can bring more flavor to eat with the chicken. The chicken is grilled perfect. To eat with the skin and the scallion is so good.


比目魚緣側握夀司,這是一道讓我傻眼的料理,明明點的是握夀司,為什麼好像變成了軍艦卷?雖然魚肉很軟嫰,也很甜,只是海苔味還是有點不搭。
Engawa, which really surprised me it looks like this? Although it's soft and sweet, but the seaweed doesn't match to the taste.



烤玉米筍,每次到居酒屋都會點的料理,烤好後,燒燙燙的玉米筍,沾點鹽,超甜,超好吃!而且吃了那麼多烤肉,應該要來點蔬菜的!
Grilled Baby Corn, I always order this because it's so sweet and I think it's healthy too.


鹽烤香魚,雖然肉比我原以為地少,肉還是滿新鮮滿好吃,重點是魚卵好多,吃得好過癮,真的是一個非常好的結束。
The last one is Grilled Ayu, or called Sweetfish. Although it doesn't have much meat, it tastes fresh and sweet. The best part is the egg, it's crispy and delicious. So nice to have it as the last dish to finish the dinner. So good~

以上五菜加一杯啤酒,共760元,居酒屋的東西好吃,但就是貴了點。
For above 5 dishes and one cup of beer, totally cost NTD 760.

[Taiwan] 台北,捷運中山站,魚兵衛

某個晚上,我在捷運中山站附近找到了這家小店,魚兵衛太春和食處。
One night, I found this restaurant in an ally near Metro Zhongshan Station. It's a Japanese restaurant.


會決定在這兒用餐,主要是門口的廣告黑板上寫著「限量」鰻魚飯,300元。
I was attracted by Unadon (grilled eel over rice), NTD 300.


這份菜單看來用了很久,很有年代了~
A simple and old menu.


鰻魚飯一上桌,有點小失望,怎麼只有一片鰻魚?一般不是該給兩片嗎?除此之外,這碗鰻魚飯挺好吃的,粒粒分明的白米飯,配上醬汁,很順口,不用配菜一下子就可以吃光。
The Unadon. It's delicious but only one piece of the eel. I thought it should be two pieces.


另外點的炸雞也很不錯,肉汁有被鎖在裡面,好吃。
I also ordered fried chicken as the side dish. It's made by chicken leg and the chef is good to keep the oil inside the chicken. It's good.
