[Taiwan] 台北,捷運西門站,牛公館牛肉麵 (Niu Kung Kuan)

西門町附近人潮眾多,在附近逛了逛,找了一間看起來不錯,又不用等的餐廳。
One day, I just found a restaurant which looks good and there are no people outside because I don't have time to wait.


價位也還算一般,雖然有點偏高,以西門町來說,應該算正常。
I ordered the Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup, boiled vegetables and the side dish, braised dried tofu.


拿了一盤小菜,滷大豆干,滷得還滿入味的,不用沾醬就很有味道。
The braised dried tofu, the dried tofu is braised with the soy sauce. Taste good.


燙大陸妹,一碗60元,剛在菜單上看到時,真的是瞪大眼睛,怎麼會有人燙青菜要賣到六十塊錢,一般都是30-40元的,沒想到居然是用跟牛肉麵一樣大的碗裝著的一碗燙青菜,我想,這份量應該超過一般的兩倍了吧~口味上,醬油和大蒜都提供了更多樣化的變化,這碗燙青菜還挺不錯的。
The boiled vegetables, today is taiwanese lettuce. It's crispy and good. This is a suprise for me. When I found it costs NTD 60, I think it's expensive. Generally should be 30 to 40. When the watress served it, the size is so big, the bowl is the same size with the beef noodle. I think the quantity may be twice than other restaurants.








清燉半筋半肉麵,湯很清,有著淡淡的肉味,麵是細麵,口感普通,肉則是燉煮到很軟爛的牛肉,輕輕一咬就能切斷,牛筋則還保留一點韌性,QQ的口感,也很好吃。
The Beef Noodle and Tendon Soup. The soup is light but still can taste the flavor of meat. It's good and I like this kind of light soup. Another thing I like is the beef is so soft, really easy to eat.
