由於搭早班的飛機,決定一下飛機就直奔京都,很快地買了Icoca & Haruka的單程票,就從大阪抵達京都,沒想到,飛機餐似乎太少了,才一點多,我就餓壞了。
Since my flight from Taipei to Osaka is in the early morning, I arrived Osaka around 11:30. I decided to directly take the train, Haruka, to Kyoto. When I got the Kyoto station, I'm starving.
畢竟第一次來,決定直接到京都車站旁的拉麵小路解決午餐,一出車站的左方,就看到拉麵小路的看板,還滿容易找的。
Leaving the Kyoto station and turn left, I saw the sign and direction to Kyoto Ramen Koji.可搭乘戶外的手扶梯或是室內的電梯直達十樓,已經十一月底了,戶外已經有聖誕樹的裝飾,有些人會特地過來拍拍照。
You may take the elevator and the escalator outside to go up to the 10th floor. Because it's near Christmas, there is already a Christmas tree out there.
到了拉麵小路,沒怎麼想,繞了一圈,找看起來肉最多的那碗麵,點下去就對了!
Since I was starving, I went around and choose the one with the most meats.
點菜的界面做得挺精緻的,有文字,有圖片,還能切換成中文界面,我點的是12號餐,小卡上就寫著「肉盛味」,哈~
It's popular to order by a Kiosk machine. And don't worry, it provides Chinese menu. I ordered number 12 which is with a lot of chashu and onsen tamago.坐下來四處參觀一下,才發覺這兒是以「黑醬油」而聞名,似乎無意間發現了一家還挺有特色的拉麵店呢!
When sit in, I realized that this restaurant is famous about its black soy sauce which is also using for their ramen. It seems that I found an interesting new things for me.
當拉麵終於上桌,好誘人呀~在乾淨的黑色湯汁中,翠綠的青蔥,鵝黃的拉麵,軟嫩的叉燒,油亮的溫泉蛋,對比之下都更顯美味;喝了口湯汁,沒有我預期中那麼鹹,很不錯的口味,麵是細麵,同時也很有嚼勁,讓人一口接一口,很大塊的叉燒,吃起來很軟嫩,而且又很過癮,是大滿足的一餐,作為這次旅行的第一餐,真的是太棒了!
When the ramen is on the table, it looks so attracted. And the soup is so clear. When taste it, it's not as salty as I expect. It's lighter. The noodle is thin and chewy, very nice. It has a lot of chashu and the chashu is thick which is what I want right now. It's so good which is a good beginning for this trip.
