[Taiwan] 台北,捷運中山站,時代1931 (Jidai 1931)







某天,女友介紹了一間位在捷運中山站附近的居酒屋-時代1931,原來這是日本的東京餐廳工坊有限公司來台開的第二間餐廳,前身是一間彈珠汽水工坊,在二樓仍可看到當時的管線,改建之後營造成1931年,帶著日本風味的台灣餐廳,也由於1931年正好是電影《KANO》中,嘉農棒球隊贏得全台冠軍,赴日本參加夏季甲子園大賽的那一年,在二樓,就有個角落展示著相關物品。
One night, my girl introduced me an izakaya near Metro Zhongshan station, Jidai 1931. It's an factory which produced ramune in the past, so you can still see the pipe lines at the second floor.
The decoration of this restaurant is trying to bring back the atmosphere in 1931 at Taiwan. Which is also the year Kano baseball team won the champion and go to Japan to join Summer Koshien in the movie, KANO. So you can find a corner at 2nd floor where demo relative items.












這兒的菜單有三大張,實在供應不少東西,在這麼一個下雨的夜晚,實在想喝碗暖暖的湯,於是就點了相撲鍋,再加上這兒的招牌菜-牛肉稻草燒,以及一些串燒。
There are three pages of the menu which means here serves many kinds of foods. Since it's really cold, so we have a chankonabe. And here is famous of the meat cooked by the straws, so we ordered a beef grilled by the straws. And several pieces of Skewered food.


這是我第一次看到三得利的生啤酒,一時沒忍住,就點了一杯來嚐嚐,泡沫很綿密,很容易入口,啤酒微帶點苦味,稍微少見一點(除了台啤),還滿好喝的。
This is the first time I find a izakaya provides Suntory draft (draught) beer, so I ordered one cup to try. The bubble is soft and easy to drink, but the taste of the beer is just a little bit bitter.


常見的招待小菜-毛豆,口味比較輕淡一點,還不錯。
The free appetizer.


炒水蓮,由於比較少見而點,清脆鮮美,炒得很好吃。
The fried white water snowflake. We ordered it since it's not so common. It's crispy and tastes good.


雞心串燒,少見的整顆雞心,吃過很多家都只提供切片雞心,整顆雞心更容易把美味鎖在裡面,多汁又甜,非常好吃,因此建議不要,或者只滴幾滴檸檬就好,這樣酸味才不會蓋過雞心的鮮美。
The chicken heart. This is really good because it's the whole heart. Not like others which slice it as pieces. With a whole, it can easily keep the juice inside and makes it mellow and tasty.  


烤帶皮玉米筍,必須說,這真的是我吃過最不好吃的了,感覺好像沒烤熟,仍然帶點硬硬的玉米筍,或許因此甜味沒有出來,普普。
The baby corn which I don't recommend to try here. I guess the chef doesn't grill it well so it is too hard and not sweet.


大蒜雞腿肉串燒,個人覺得這個蒜味醬的調味不是太好,或許怕蒜味太濃讓人反感,但我覺得調得太淡了,沒有蒜香,且醬料本身卻又蓋過了雞肉香,反而嚐不出食材的味道,有點普通的一道菜。
The garlic chicken leg, it's so so.




相撲鍋非常好吃,尤其是豬肉丸子,吸飽了湯汁,一口咬下,口中豐富的鮮美味,再加上豬肉的香甜,很棒,還會覺得只有三顆丸子,實在好少。
The chankonabe is really yummy in a winter day like today, a rainy day. The best I like it's the pork balls. It's flavorful of the soup and still sweet of pork, really delicious.






牛肉稻草燒,是我第一次吃用稻草烤出來的食物,真的覺得有不一樣的香味,雖然不確定是稻草香,呵~不過,烤得五分熟的牛肉,加點鹽,真的很好吃,就只是覺得少了點~
The beef (steak) grilled by the straws. It smells differently and taste good. It grilled really good, just medium rare. So good, just not enough even I already feel full.

總共是1,382元,算是便宜的居酒屋消費。
It costs NTD 1,382 in total.
