[Japan] 京都，上京區，めん馬鹿一代 (Menbaka)

這是一間網路上相當有名氣的名店，且正好在我住宿地附近，於是今天在逛完神社之後，就來此用餐，沒想到，不過才五點初頭，就已經有十幾人排在我前面了，等了約四十分鐘才能入座，這時間還算OK。
This is a very famous ramen restaurant for foreigners. Even I arrived at 5 o'clock, there are already 10 to 15 people before me waiting there. It takes around 40 minutes for met to get in. 

由於有些餐前提醒，店員在每個人入門前都會問一句：「你從哪兒來？」我這樣聽下來，沒有日本人來此用餐，有聽到南韓人，香港人，菲律賓人等等，記得還有歐洲人，算是很國際化的一間餐廳。 
Because it's a little bit dangerous, the waiter will ask a question before you have a seat, "Where do you come from?" And I didn't hear anyone is a Japanese. 

也因此，菜單也很國際化，有中文，韓文等等，我就點個噴火拉麵A套餐，再加上我習慣的唐揚炸雞。
Of course I order the Negiramen, and with A set since now it's a little early. I also order fried chicken as the side dish.

上菜囉！火真的是噴得好高呀，而且還不斷地有熱油濺出來，雖然有點危險，但也很美！
The Negiramen is on fire. Even it's just 1 or 2 seconds, it's still amazing. So beautiful.

或許因為被熱油瞬間烤過，湯頭與蔥都有點焦香味，吃起來好香，再搭上微硬的細拉麵，好好吃，一下子就下肚一大半了。
It smells toasty and the soup also looks black, and I guess both are because of the oil and the fire. It's so good and enjoyable. 

A套餐的小碗炒飯，炒得很棒，粒粒分明，簡單調味，很順口，輕輕鬆鬆地就吃完囉！
The fired rice is also good. The rice is dry and hard which is appetizing. I just finish it so quick.

加點的唐揚炸雞，我覺得是一般水準。
I think the fried chicken is good, just at the average level.
