[Taiwan] 台北,捷運國父紀念館站,起家雞 (Cheogajip,光復店)

起家雞是間台北街頭很熱門的韓式炸雞餐廳,上次想吃的時候,居然七點初頭就排不到內用座位了,真是誇張;這天,比較有空,在六點半抵達,拿到了內用權,但還是要等到快八點,真的是讓人驚訝!
The Cheogajip is a very famous Korean style of fried chicken restaurant in Taipei. Last time we came here around 7 o'clock and there is no room for eating here. You may only take away. So we found a time to came here more early, arrived at 6:30, but we can only get in one hour later...


菜單上的口味其實不多,總共八種,另外還可以點半半炸雞,一次品嚐兩種口味,但是,卻只有五種組合,而且還不能加價選購其他組合,我在猜,這是不是店家吸引回流客的手法,讓人每次都只能吃到一種口味,就會多來幾次,總之,由於比較想吃的兩種口味不在組合裡,就點了頂級洋釀全雞,450元。 
There are not so many choices. It has 8 different flavors in total, but only provide 5 combinations if you want to try two flavors at the same time. Maybe this is why people come here again and again, want to try all the flavors. Because the combination doesn't have waht we want. We just ordered the Supreme Yung Nyeom for NTD 450.


附贈的小菜,醃蘿蔔,如果炸雞吃得有點膩,吃吃這個微酸的爽口醃蘿蔔挺不錯的,且吃完可以再叫,讚! 
Free side dish for pickled radish. You can ask for more if you finish it.


頂級洋釀全雞,挺大一盤的,不過兩個人吃的話,挺剛好的,四周的客人都是吃光光的;口味上挺特別的,帶著微微的甜味,且有「涮嘴」的感覺,讓人一塊接著一塊,其實不太會有膩的感覺,口味調得很棒,再加上多汁,嫰Q的雞肉,真的很好吃! 
The Supreme Yung Nyeom taste of fried chicken. The sauce is a little bit sweet and lip smacking. Even the chicken is juicy and chewy, but I think the sauce is the key why people come back again and again. It's really finger licking.


另外點了瓶台啤,有趣的是杯子,不知是不是在韓國喝燒酒時會加水還是加冰塊稀釋,所以才會有這樣的酒杯,說明各種比率下的酒精濃度。
