[Japan] 京都,地鐵烏丸線烏丸御池站,串くら (Kushikura)



從貴船神社回到旅館,由於時間已晚,就在附近找了間居酒屋吃晚餐,沒想到似乎還小有名氣,是串くら本店。
When we back from Kifune Shrine, it's almost 9 o'clock. We found an izakaya near Karasuma Oike Station for our dinner, the Kushikura.




一進門,由於我們不會說日文,服務生就直接拿了英文版菜單讓我們點菜,很明顯,這裡以雞肉料理為主,花樣繁多,其他肉種就少了點,於是點餐就以雞肉為主。
It has English menu for us to order. I guess the items may be less than the Japanese menu because I found something doesn't on the menu on other people's table. Most items on the menu are chicken, I guess it's what this izakaya is famous for.


我們直接坐在進門的廚房前方,由於有玻璃隔開,倒也沒有要和廚師聊天的困擾,呵~
We just sit in front of the kitchen.



雞心與雞翅,兩者都與台灣的風格不太一樣,雞心一般是一整顆,這兒取的是較大的雞心,然後切片,比較沒有那麼Q,但感覺比較香;雞翅則是只有中段,外皮烤得脆脆的,口感很不錯。
Above are the chicken hearts and wings. The heart is chewy and the wing smells good. 

雞肉串。

雞胸肉與雞肉丼飯,雞胸肉煮得非常好,一點都不柴,配上紫酥葉與味噌,很好吃 ;雞肉丼飯則是為了補充些澱粉,比較能填飽肚子。
The breast with plum labiate and the broiled chicken thigh bowl.

很明顯,份量還是不太夠,所以點了顆烤馬鈴薯,好香甜。
The grilled potato from Hokkaido.


再加點了豬肋條以及雞肝,雞肝非常嫩,好好吃~
The premium pork rib and livers.

整體來說,我覺得這是間很適合作為續攤的居酒屋,菜的份量都不多,大家邊聊天邊喝酒,氛圍很好,但若要當作正餐,就會覺得有點不滿足,或許就要點更多的菜了~
Overall, I think this is a good izakaya for eating supper after dinner because of the small portion. A group can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, good foods and good bear here.
