[Japan] 京都，左京區，順正豆腐 (Kiyomizu Junsei Okabeya)

順正豆腐也是一間部落客在介紹京都時一定會介紹的店家，似乎只要來到南禪寺，就應該來吃豆腐，有名的就兩間，順正豆腐是其中之一。
The Kiyomizu Junsei Okabeya is a very famous restaurant in Kyoto and it's well-known about the tofu.

在從京都御苑前往南禪寺途中，發現一條很漂亮的銀杏人行道，拍了幾張照片之後，才發覺就位在京都大學的熊野寮前，也就是京都大學的學生宿舍前面，真的是很幸福的學生呀！
On the way to Kiyomizu Junsei Okabeya, I found a good place for beautiful ginkgos. It's just in front of the dormitory of Kyoto University. 

十一點左右，在南禪寺前發現順正豆腐，就先來登記，約一小時後才能用餐，期間就先到南禪寺的庭園走走。
The Kiyomizu Junsei Okabeya is just in front of the Nanzenji. As I remember, I arrived around 11 in the morning, and wait for about 1 hour to get in. So I went to the garden of Nanzenji for a walk.

既然難得來了，就不用省錢了，直接點了最貴的「月」套餐，日幣4,110元。
Since it's not easy to have a chance to eat here, I ordered the most expensive set, the Yudofu tuki, costs ¥ 4,110, which is also the most expensive meal in this trip.

茶水，倒是第一次直接給一整壺的。 
The tea. It's kind of different, it serves with the teapot.

忘了是不是杏仁豆腐，應該是類似用做布丁手法做的，冷的前菜。 
I don't remember if this is almond junket, I guess it should be something similar.

豆漿。 
It's soya bean milk.

還不錯的生魚片。 
The sashimi is good.

前菜類的東西，似乎沒有很突出。 
Above are kind of appetizers, I don't remember if any of them is particularly outstanding or not.

烤味噌豆腐，這是我覺得最棒的一道，一方面我很喜歡烤的熱熱的，軟嫩的豆腐(例如深坑的烤臭豆腐)，二方面則是味噌烤過之後的香氣也更濃郁，兩者相加，很棒！ 
Barbecued tofu with miso sauce, this is fantastic. The best tofu I love here. 

天婦羅，我挺喜歡在日本吃天婦羅，日本的天婦羅都能把水份和甜味鎖在裡面，一口咬下，嚐到的都是蔬菜的美味，不像在台灣，只會吃到油味和厚厚的麵衣味，不錯吃。
The tempura, it's delicious. The tempura in Japan is always good. The chef can keep the water and taste in the vegetables, so it's good that you can still taste the flavor of the vegetables.

附了一碗糙米飯。
The brown rice.

作為主角的豆腐鍋，我其實滿失望的，實在是淡而無味，我覺得豆腐是需要一些調味，或者加一些東西進行提味的，例如鹽巴，但這一鍋，感覺就是清水煮豆腐，湯裡似乎放了一片柚子之類，但柚子的味道又進不去豆腐，實在...
The tofu. To be honest, I'm disappointed about the tofu. I can taste nothing about the tofu. If the chef can add some salt, I think it might be able to increase the sweet of tofu. 

這算是為了符合京都氛圍嗎？連順正豆腐都有很漂亮的庭園。
The restaurant has a good garden.

整體來說，個人覺得不值得花四千日幣來這兒吃這一餐，能夠留下印象的餐點太少了。
As a conclusion, I don't recommend to eat here. I didn't remember many things about the food, which means it's not worthy to pay ¥ 4,110.
