[HongKong] 佐敦,澳洲牛奶公司 (Australia Dairy Company)


我在香港的最後一天,決定再來一家名店拜訪看看─澳洲牛奶公司,正好這兒就是以早餐出名,雖然早餐其實是全天供應的;由於許多人都說這兒很容易要排隊,我決定早點到,接近八點時抵達,外面倒是沒有排隊人潮,裡面也已經坐了七八分滿了。
On the last morning I stayed in Hong Kong, I went here, the Australia Diary Company, for my breakfast. Many bloggers mention that it's easy that you may need to wait since it's so famous. I tried to arrive a little bit earlier, around 8 o'clock. There is no line outside. I just directly walk in and order.



雖然這兒似乎也以「店員的不友善」出名,我的感受到是還好,只是在我決定要點「早餐」並詢問飯料能否加價換燉奶時,我的確是有一點點不高興,只好再花個20元加點冰燉奶。
Each table has the menu and also on the wall. I order the set of breakfast and it's kind of bad thing is that you cannot add some money to switch the coffee or tea to other drinks. I can only spend 20 HK dollars more to have the double boiled milk (iced).



牛油方包與西煎雙蛋,真的是很簡單的兩道料理,但好好吃,吐司煎(或烤?)得酥脆,中間抹上牛油,帶點溼氣,讓吐司不會那麼乾,口感和味道都讚!炒蛋非常地軟嫰,有種在吃半熟蛋的感覺,真的讓人很愛。
The toast with butter and scrambled eggs. The toast is really simple but smells so good. The scrambled eggs are so soft. It's good for a person who likes yolk soft eggs.


火腿通粉,這就是一道很特別的料理了,我還沒這樣吃過通心粉,或說已經不知多久沒吃過通心粉了,更不用說是這樣的料理方式,特別,而且也挺不錯。
The ham powder, this may be a weird thing for a Taiwanese. I never saw someone cook it this way. I think it's not bad.



冰燉奶,吃起來就像布丁,口感棉密,帶著點牛奶味的香,甜,好吃,真的是一道很好的,早餐甜點。
The iced double boiled milk, it's like a pudding. I am a person who doesn't like milk, but this milk pudding is good, soft and a little sweet of milk. It's a good dessert to finish the breakfast.
