[Taiwan] 台北,捷運台北101/世貿站,好丘 (Good Cho's)

週六早上去走了一趟象山,雖然時間不長,不過運動量挺大的,下山之後,再繼續走到四四南村的好丘吃午餐。
On a Saturday morning, I went up to the Elephant Mountain with a friend. While going down, it's almost noon. So we walk to the Four Four South Village and eat lunch at Good Cho's. 




我覺得這份菜單設計得很棒,讓人食指大動,好想趕快吃上一口,在幾經考慮之下,依照片選了我很少會點的─麻婆豆腐套餐。
The photos of the dishes are very attractive. So I ordered a set of the Mapo tofu.


今天的附湯是蕃茄湯,蕃茄味相當地濃郁,而且裡面菜色豐富,份量也多,非常好喝。
The soup of the set. It's tomato soup and really yummy. The flavor of tomato is really strong.


滷味部分,我點的是噴香魯味小盤,內容物有豬耳朵,小豆方干,花生仁和好丘自製涼拌菜,裝在一個便當盒裡上菜,算是有點別緻的小驚喜,魯味都魯得很入味,很香,很好吃。
The Taiwan Traditional Side Dish Mix. There are bean curd, pig's ear, peanuts and pickled cucumber. The taste is good. An interesting thing is they are served in a lunch box that all Taiwanese had used in elementary school.


麻婆豆腐的主菜,或許因為主食是麻婆豆腐,菜飯的味道淡了一點,比較像是白米飯的口味,加上了豆腐之後,微辣的口味,微麻的刺激,挺好吃的,不過,我覺得這一大盤中,最好吃的是蒸蛋,蒸蛋裡面其實並沒有加上其他配料,雞蛋本身的甜味發揮得非常好,很甜,非常棒,在吃的時候,真的覺得好享受~
The set of the Mapo tofu. The vegetable rice is light. If you want more strong taste, put some mapo tofu and eat together. It will be a little spicy and tongue-numbing. 


朋友點的眷村腐乳雞腿貝果堡,我嚐了一些貝果,光吃就很好吃,有嚼勁,嚼著嚼著,會有微甜的味道跑出來,不用加醬就很好吃,我很少吃貝果,有印象的,應該只有在NY Bagels有嚐過,好丘的比較好吃。
The Chicken Bagel Sandwich is what my friend ordered. The bagel is really delicious. It's chewy and with a light sweet taste. For me, it's better than NY Bagels'.

另外還有個不錯的地方,好丘的廚房也算是開放式的,與賣場只隔著透明玻璃,可以看到另一面的員工怎麼備料,如何料理,也讓人放心很多,對品質有信心。
There is one thing that I didn't take a photo but I think it's very important. The kitchen of Good Cho's is visible, so people can see how they prepare and cook. It can help people to trust the qualify of their foods.
